Abstract

In this study, clustering data on STMIK STIKOM Indonesia alumni using the Fuzzy C-Means and Fuzzy Subtractive methods. The method used to test the validity of the cluster is the Modified Partition Coefficient (MPC) and Classification Entropy (CE) index. Clustering is carried out with the aim of finding hidden patterns or information from a fairly large data set, considering that so far the alumni data at STMIK STIKOM Indonesia have not undergone a data mining process. The results of measuring cluster validity using the Modified Partition Coefficient (MPC) and Classification Entropy (CE) index, the Fuzzy C-Means Clustering algorithm has a higher level of validity than the Fuzzy Subtractive Clustering algorithm so it can be said that the Fuzzy C-Means algorithm performs the cluster process better than with the Fuzzy Subtractive method in clustering alumni data. The number of clusters that have the best fitness value / the most optimal number of clusters based on the CE and MPC validity index is 5 clusters. The cluster that has the best characteristics is the 1st cluster which has 514 members (36.82% of the total alumni). With the characteristics of having an average GPA of 3.3617, the average study period is 7.8102 semesters and an average TA work period of 4.9596 months.

Abstract

Mustard greens is one of the plants that is very susceptible to disease. There is no type of mustard greens plant that is strong against disease or pests. In order to overcome or treat these diseases and pests, mustard greens farmers need to know the type of disease or pest that is attacking. But unfortunately, farmers' knowledge regarding mustard plant diseases is limited to the visible symptoms or the condition of the affected plant. The lack of knowledge of mustard greens farmer practitioners is due to the lack of counseling so that the presence of experts to help farmers is needed. Unfortunately, the experts are not always able to help if the condition requires fast handling because the number of experts are not many. In this study, this problem was resolved by developing a system equivalent to expert knowledge in detecting diseases in mustard plants. The system developed was a web-based system to detecting types of mustard disease automatically with the forward chaining method which can be used as an alternative to manual activities carried out by experts using 9 pests/diseases and 18 symptoms. The test results showed that the level of accuracy with expert expertise reaches 88.8%

Abstract

Many people have benefited from the use of information technology, one of which is in the trade business sector. One company that is engaged in manufacture that utilizes information technology in its operational processes is Gelato Secrets. Its efforts to support business goals have been supported by an Information System (SI) which is still relatively new to be implemented in Gelato Secrets, namely the Odoo application that supports the sales process in each outlet. To evaluate the maturity level of information technology governance in the Odoo application, a framework is needed as a reference model to ensure the quality of IT governance in the application of the "Odoo" application. Control Objective for Information and related Technology (COBIT) is a best practice that provides an organization's entire business process and describes it in a logical structure of activities that can be managed and controlled effectively. The results of the research, measuring the average level of capability obtained, have only reached the Established Process level, which means that each sub-domain has been well defined and standardized. This shows that almost all processes meet the requirements, but there are still weaknesses on the side of system changes caused by the absence of an adequate documentation process. The company still has to fulfill the level 5 process, namely Optimizing Process by means of regular training to HR about existing Information Systems and also fulfilling user needs such as adding menus that can facilitate the smooth running of business processes in order to meet the expected company targets, as well as adding more technology devices. Information needed by the company in sufficient quantities.

Abstract

A monitoring system is needed to monitoring vehicle’s daily activities at Bank Indonesia Lhokseumawe. The management of vehicle’s daily activities in the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia Lhokseumawe is still using manual handwritting’s records on some books, which is making it difficult to retrieve the required data quickly and accurately. To assist in carrying out the objection given, the authors designed an integrated information system which capable to monitoring vehicle’s daily activities. The Information system based on web and gps for android.

Abstract

The management of Land and Building Certificates at Universitas Malikussaleh is still using a manual library in Biro Perlengkapan which contains some problem whereas it can be burned accidentally refers to fire case in 2017 in Rektorat Building at Universitas Malikussaleh. Given the problem faced by the staff in Biro Perlengkapan, the authors idea is to create a database-based data processing system, the authors designed an integrated information system which be able to anticipated such problem in the future and saving time to collecting important certificates such Land and Building Certificates at Universitas Malikussaleh and protecting them with Honey Encryption algorithm. The information system based on desktop and works as a client-server system. The result of this research provide that the honey encryption algorithm can protect the data and it can solve the problem in management system of land and building certificates.

Abstract

The learning implementation in the subject of ¬social science¬, especially the topic of Indonesia's geographical location at SD Negeri 99 Pongrakka is still carried out in a classical way, namely using the lecture method with learning media in the form of depictions on the blackboard or just observing pictures through textbooks. These methods make the learning process less interesting and seem passive because there is no direct interaction between the topic and the students. To create interactive learning, we propose the development of learning media by utilizing Augmented Reality technology. The system proposed in this study can display the geographical location of the province in 3 dimensions by means of the user pointing the marker at the camera then the camera detects the marker and the object will be displayed directly on the monitor screen according to the marker used. After testing the system based on the Software Requirement Specification, it was able to be concluded that the application of visualizing the geographical location of the province based on Augmented Reality could not only make learning more interactive but also more interesting, so that it could be used as an option for learning methods.

Abstract

One of the main duties of the police is to provide services to the community, namely the preparation of Police Record Certificate (SKCK). Making SKCK based online to facilitate the community in making SKCK. But there are some online SKCK users, there are still many problems that arise and criticism of online SKCK. Therefore it is necessary to measure the level of satisfaction and analyze the factors that affect user satisfaction with online SKCK. This study uses the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. This type of research is quantitative by distributing questionnaires to SKCK registrants in the Banyuwangi area. Data analysis was carried out by using valid test, reliable test, descriptive statistical test, F test and T test using SPSS 22. The results of the descriptive test with the Likert scale in order of the largest, namely the content variable with a percentage of 85.4%, are included in the Very Satisfied category, the 80.4% timeliness variable is included in the Very Satisfied category, the 75.8% ease of use variable is included in the Satisfied category, the 73.2% format variable is included in the Satisfied category and 67.5% accuracy variable is included in the Satisfied category.

Abstract

Game is an activity that aims to have fun, light exercise, fill spare time, and sometimes used as a means of education. One of the most downloaded desktop games is a game made in Indonesia with the survival horror genre made with Unity. Unity is a user-friendly game engine that supports more than 25 platforms and provides many ready-to-use assets. The authors made a desktop-based 3d game with the survival horror genre made with Unity. The method used in this game's manufacture and design is the Multimedia Development Life Cycle, which has six stages, namely Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing, and Distribution. In making this game using Blender, Camtasia Studio, Adobe Photoshop, Unity, Inno Setup, and the C# programming language. The program function testing phase has been successful using the black box method, and from this research, a 3d game called "Suanggi Survival Papua" based on the desktop with single-player mode has been produced. Games with the survival horror genre combined with the local culture can add insight into the knowledge and train the players' concentration.

Abstract

Web technology is growing rapidly, with today's website being a role to improve effectiveness, the design of the web can be said to be good when it meets usability aspects for testing the products, which are compatible with the manufacturing and easier access to the site. One of the implementations of the effectiveness of website technology is the implementation of the website to assist with learning teaching at the covid-19 pandemic. Nganjuk district will maintain it by creating an e-learning based website called Si-Prestasi. But in the user data found on the si-prestasi website, there is a user decline from the Si-Prestasi website. In January 2021, student users reached 731,621 and in April 2021 to 187,590 times and teacher users, 3,658 times opened the applications for their accomplishments, and in April 2021 down to 11,612 times. Thus the study aims to analyze Culinaire's usability system by referring to the 5 aspects of usability: learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and satisfaction. The results of this research demonstrate that the aspects of learnability, efficiency, memorability, and satisfaction are at a good category value and the error aspect falls insufficient category. Therefore, improvements need to be made to optimize the website and improve on the server si-prestasi websites.

Abstract

Temporary Waste Disposal Site (TPSS) is a place to collect waste from various community activities which will later be transported to the final disposal site by garbage trucks. There are many considerations in choosing a TPSS location, so the selection of a TPSS location is very important in supporting the collection of waste that will be transported to final disposal. The Jember Regency Environmental Service is an agency in charge of waste management, including the selection of TPSS locations. Choosing the location of TPSS so far is still manual, where manual selection cannot be separated from human error, so that choosing the location of TPSS is not accurate can cause new problems in the community. In addition, there is no standardized assessment system in the TPSS selection process, so a decision support system is needed that can be used to assist the process of selecting the best TPSS location recommendations. In making this research system, we implemented the hybrid method of AHP and TOPSIS. Where the AHP method is used to determine the weight of the criteria while the TOPSIS method is used for the selection process for TPSS candidates.
