Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran leverage dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada KBW Nasdaq Financial Technology Index periode 2016-2021. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif verifikatif, serta metode yang digunakan ialah explanatory research. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu Teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 6 perusahaan. Perusahaan financial technology yang terdapat pada KBW Nasdaq Financial Technology Index adalah objek dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analysis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adlah Teknik regresi data panel dengan aplikasi pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi Eviews12. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil temuan yang menunjukan bahwa leverage berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, serta profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhdap nilai perusahaan

Abstract

This study investigates the effect of employee voice behavior on organizational climate of manufacturing firms in Nigeria. It used a cross-sectional survey research design and Data were gathered as of February 21, 2023, from middle and lower level employees of manufacturing companies registered under the Manufacturing Association of Nigeria, Delta Edo Chapter. Ten businesses with a combined staff of 2,017 were chosen for the study's purposes. Using Taro Yamane's formula, a sample of 334 employees was created and only 287 responses were retrieved. After a multicollinearity test and correlation matrix revealed no collinearity issues, the hypothesis were tested with linear regression. Results of hypothesis tested showed that participation has positive significant relationship with organizational climate. Additionally, a positive, significant relationship between involvement and organizational climate was discovered. According to the study's findings, employee voice behavior that is measured in terms of participation and involvement enhances the organizational climate, which fosters coworker support, management recognition, creativity, and equity among all group members. The study advises manufacturing firms' top management to recognize the necessity of regularly involving middle and lower level employees in their decision-making processes, whether directly or through advisory participation, in order to continuously increase organizational effectiveness.

Abstract

Tingginya angka penganggunan dalam beberapa tahun kebelakang ini didomisili oleh lulusan SMK dengan kurikulum baru yang berorientasi pada Dunia Usaha, dengan itu diharapkan lulusan SMK tidak hanya menghasilkan lulusan yang mencari kerja namun, dapat menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan. SMK YPKKP Bandung telah mengembangkan aspek-aspek pembelajaran guna menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri dan pengetahuan mengenai kewirausahaan dikalangan siswa-siswi SMK. Akan tetapi, jumlah siswa-siswi yang berminat untuk berwirausaha di SMK tersebut tidak menunjukan peningkatan yang berarti masih rendah minat berwirausaha (Entrepreneurial intention) pada siswa-siswi tersebut disebabkan oleh rendahnya pengetahuan atau ilmu mengenai cara menjalankan usaha (entrepreneurial education). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) yang dilakukan pada siswa-siswi SMK YPKKP Bandung sebanyak 98 responden. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil untuk pengaruh langsung, sub variabel self efficary lebih berpengaruh dibandingkan sub variabel lainnya terhadap Entrepreneurial intention. Sedangkan untuk pengaruh tidak langsung sub variabel self efficary selalu dapat meningkatkan pengaruh terhadap Entrepreneurial intention dibanding sub variabel lainnya. Sedangkan sub variabel yang selalu menurunkan pengaruh sub variabel lainnya yaitu behavioural control.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview of the profitability of stock prices in financial technology companies listed on the NASDAQ. The type of research used is descriptive and verification research with explanatory research methods. The sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 6. Financial technology companies listed on the NASDAQ are the objects in this study. The data analysis technique used in this study is a panel data regression analysis technique with data processing applications using the Eviews 12 program. This study obtained findings showing that profitability has a positive effect on stock prices. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the higher the level of profitability achieved by the company, the level of stock prices will increase

Abstract

The apparel industry is characterised by a complex and culturally diverse global supply chain that requires a high degree of collaboration and is complex with multiple perspectives. We will use Soft System Methodology (SSM) to tackle this complex and ill-structured problem that needs a clear-cut solution.The project will involve conducting extensive market research, analysing business intelligence reports, surveying employees, and conducting interviews with top management, clients and suppliers of Asmara's founding office in Indonesia. There is a potential to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience. This thesis aims to analyze the impact of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning on the apparel industry. The suggested course of action using SSM involves involving stakeholders actively in deciding on transformational measures and instilling a sense of ownership in the change process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh pengaruh dari online brand community terhadap brand loyalty melalui brand trust sebagai variabel intervening pada anggota komunitas Nikon Team Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 200 responden yang merupakan pelanggan Nikon yang tergabung sebagai anggota komunitas Nikon Team Indonesia. Data diolah secara statistic dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Online brand community memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand loyalty melalui brand trust secara simultan dan parsial.

Abstract

Many companies have implemented social media in terms of product promotion. Ease and efficiency are the fundamental reasons why social media, such as Instagram and TikTok, are the main platforms for product marketing. One way to promote using social media is to make a brand storytelling video to introduce the product offered, in this case, sports shoes. This study aimed to determine the relationship between customer brand engagement and purchasing decisions for sports shoes, especially in Greater Bandung. The method used in this study is descriptive and associative, in which the survey is distributed to respondents who live in Greater Bandung. The analysis results using descriptive and associative quantitative methods show that two independent variables, namely Brand Storytelling (BS) and Customer Brand Engagement (CBE), significantly influence purchasing decisions (PD) for sports shoe products, both directly and when consumer brand engagement acts as a mediator on purchase decision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini  berujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi dan Pengetahuan terhadap Keputusan Investasi Generasi Milenial pada P2P Lending (Studi pada Investree Lender) . Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif yaitu dengan penggambaran dan pemaparan variabel-variabel yang diteliti kemudian ditarik kesimpulan. Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah Keputusan Investasi (Y) dan Motivasi (X1) dan Pengetahuan (X2) sebagai variabel bebas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Investree Lender. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling (pengambilan sampel dengan menentukan kriteria-kriteria tertentu) dengan menggunakan Teknik non-probability sampling terhadap 150 Investree Lender. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Structure Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat bantu program IBM SPSS AMOS versi 26.0 for Window. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Motivasi dan Pengetahuan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Investasi. Berdasarkan hasil temuan ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat Motivasi dan Pengetahuan Lender Generasi Milenial maka akan semakin baik Keputusan Investasi yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh gambaran dan pengaruh online customer reviews terhadap willingness to pay pada Generasi Z pengguna produk kosmetik halal di e-commerce Shopee yang diwakili oleh brand Wardah, Make Over, dan Sariayu Martha Tilaar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif. Metode yang digunakan simple random sampling dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 200 responden. Teknik analisis penelitian ini adalah analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan program AMOS for windows. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gambaran online customer reviews dan willingness to pay berada pada kategori baik, berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan. Temuan pada penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa keberadaan online customer reviews pada e-commerce Shopee mampu menaikkan tingkat willingness to pay produk kosmetik halal.Kata Kunci : Online Customer Reviews, Willingness to Pay

Abstract

The problem of employee work productivity is still faced by many companies in the public sector which generally include government agencies and State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN). One of the BUMN companies that has work productivity problems is Perum Perhutani KPH Garut. This study aims to obtain findings related to (1) a description of the work environment, (2) a description of rewards, (3) the level of work productivity, (4) the influence of the work environment on work productivity, (5) the effect of rewards on work productivity, (6) the influence work environment and appreciation of work productivity. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample technique used is a saturated sample of 78 employees. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS) using smartPLS computer software version 3.0. The results of the study show that 1) the work environment is at a very appropriate level, 2) the rewards are at a good level, 3) work productivity is at a high level, 4) the work environment has an influence of 47.9% on work productivity, 5 ) rewards have an effect of 45.5% on work productivity, and 6) work environment and rewards have an effect of 78.2% on work productivity From research on hypothesis testing it can be seen that the work environment and rewards have an influence on work productivity.
