Abstract

Abstract. This research is motivated by indications of funds that should be funded by government funds, but still taken from the community. This study aims to look at the level of effectiveness of the School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS) in State Vocational High Schools (SMKN) in Bandung City. The approach in this study uses quantitative, and descriptive research methods. The population in this study were all State Vocational High Schools (SMKN) throughout Bandung as many as 15 State Vocational High Schools (SMKN). This research is census research. So that all populations will be sampled. Data collection techniques using documentation and interviews. Furthermore, the data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis. The results of the study state that the effectiveness of the school operational assistance fund (BOS) in state vocational high schools (SMKN) throughout Bandung is quite effective with a percentage of 88.67%. Keywords. effectiveness; school operational assistance fund AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya indikasi dana yang seharusnya didanai oleh dana pemerintah, tetapi masih diambil dari masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  melihat tingkat Efektivitas Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri (SMKN) Se-Kota Bandung. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif, dan metode penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri (SMKN) se-kota Bandung sebanyak 15 Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri (SMKN). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian sensus. Sehingga semua populasi akan dijadikan sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan wawancara. Selanjutnya teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa tingkat efektivitas dana bantuan operasional sekolah (BOS) di sekolah menengah kejuruan negeri (SMKN) se-kota Bandung tergolong cukup efektif dengan persentase 88.67%. Kata Kunci. efektivitas; dana bantuan operasional sekolah

Abstract

Dividend policy is a decision that can be taken by the company in deciding whether the profit earned will be distributed in the form of dividends or retained for reinvestment. Bonuses can be used as a signal by investors to make investment decisions that will affect the company's stock price. The main purpose of this study is to identify whether dividend policy could convey information to the market which generates a reaction on stock prices. Research methods used descriptive and verification. An indicator of dividend policy is the dividend payout ratio, and stock prices used in this study is the closing share price. Samples in this study are ten mining companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that regularly pay dividends in 2008-2012. Analysis of the data used is a simple linear regression. Based on the research shows that the dividend policy affects stock prices.Kebijakan dividen merupakan suatu keputusan yang dapat diambil perusahaan dalam memperlakukan laba yang diperoleh apakah akan dibagikan dalam bentuk dividen atau ditahan untuk reinvestasi perusahaan. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi apakah kebijakan dividen menyampaikan informasi ke pasar yang menghasilkan reaksi terhadap harga saham. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif verivikatif. Indikator kebijakan dividen adalah dividen payout ratio dan harga saham yang digunakan adalah harga saham penutupan. Sampel dalam penelitian 10 perusahaan pertambangan yang rutin membagikan dividen selama 2008-2012. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kebijakan dividen dijadikan sebagai sinyal oleh para investor dalam mengambil keputusan investasi yang pada akhirnya akan berpengaruh terhadap harga saham perusahaan. Penelitian ini mendukung signaling teory.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of working capital on profitability in telecommunications companies in Indonesia, namely PT. Indosat Tbk, PT. Smartfren Telecom Tbk, and PT. Bakrie Telecom Tbk 2006-2015. The type of research used is descriptive and verification. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Based on the results of the study indicate that there is a positive effect of working capital on profitability, which means that if there is a change in working capital it will affect the increase in profitability (ROA) of the telecommunications sub-sector. The difference in this research lies in the object of research, the time of the study, the measuring instrument, the literature used, the theory used and the results of the study.

Abstract

Purpose - This study was conducted to look at the capital structure and economic value addedDesign / methodology / approach -The method of this research using and verification.. The object of this research is PT Primarindo Asia Infrastructure Tbk. Data collection techniques with time series. Data analysis techniques using multiple analysis techniques that is with the help of SPSS 20 for windows.Findings - Based on the results of research using verifikatif analysis, obtained the result that the capital structure does not have a positive effect on economic value added which means if there is a change in capital structure will affect with the increase of economic value addedOriginality / value - This research provides a basis for understanding the issues of capital structure overview and Economic value added. The difference of this research with the previous research is located on the object which is the company in the manufacturing industry that is PT Primarindo Asia Infrastructure Tbk with the variables studied are capital structure, and economic value added, and using theory or reference different from previous researchers. The results of this study that the structure of the capital in the nose using debt to equity ratio has a negative result

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study was to analyze the description of Bank Soundness by using RGEC method and influence on stock priceDesign / methodology / approach - Method in this research used descriptive and verification methods. Data that used are secondary data of each Public bank foreign exchange on Indonesia Stock Exchange with analysis technique using multiple linear regression. Sampling in this research use purposive samplingFindings - The result of this research shows that NPL and ROA have positive effect to share price, GCG and NIM have no effect to stock price, LDR and CAR do not have an effect on stock price but regression direction with positive sign showing relationship with stock price.Originality -The difference of this research with previous research is on research object and method, population and research sample, research period, measuring instrument and research result, as well as foreign theory and journal source and foreign book and research result.

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this research are to descript of capital structure and firm value, and to analyze the impact of capital structure to firm value at textile and garment companies for the period 2011-2015.Design / methodology / approach - Method in this research used descriptive and verification methods. Data that used are secondary data from fact book years 2011-2015 with analysis technique using simple linear regression. Sampling in this research use purposive sampling.Findings - The result showed that the capital structure has a positive effect to firm value.Originality -The difference of this research with previous research is on research object, population and research sample, research period, measuring instrument and research result.
