Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the bank's internal analysis of the deposit growth by signaling theoryperspective and market discipline. Corresponding signal theory that positive internal conditions increase theconfidence that the company has a high quality to attract the interest of the depositors. In this study, researchersused purposive sampling and sample size 349 companies obtain conventional bank in Indonesia, Bank Indonesiaregistered in the year 2008 to 2012 includes the factors of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan Deposit Ratio(LDR), Return on Assets (ROA ), and Non-Performing Loans (NPL). Hypothesis testing using t - test with asignificance level of 5%. Based on the results of that study showed a significant positive effect of CAR, LDRsignificant negative effect, significant positive influence ROA and NPL significant negative effect.KeywordS : Deposit Growth, Capital Adequancy Ratio, Loan Deposit Ratio, Return on Assets, Non Performing

Abstract

This research is performed on order to test the influence of the variable Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR),Non Performing Loan (NPL), Posisi Devisa Netto (PDN), Net Interest Margin (NIM), BOPO (BiayaOperasional/Pendapatan Operasional), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and SBI rate toward Return OnAsset (ROA).Methodology research as the sample used purposive sampling, sample was accured 20 BankDevisa in Indonesia. Data analysis with multi liniear regression of ordinary least square and hypothesestest used t-statistic and Fstatistic at level of significance 5%, a clasic assumption examination whichconsist of data normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroskedasticity test and autocorrelation test is alsobeing done to test the hypotheses. During research period show as variabel and data research wasnormal distributed. Based on test, multicolinearity test, heterosskedasticity test and autocorrelation testclassic assumption deviation has no founded, this indicate that the available data has fulfill the conditionto use multi linear regression model. This result of research show that variable PDN and Suku Bunga SBIdid not influence ROA. Variable CAR, NIM, and LDR positive significant influence significant towardROA. Variable NPL and BOPO negative significant influence toward ROA. Abstract

In order to increase revenues in today's world where competition in the form of business intensifies, the governmentneeds to do some efforts and policies in the field of taxation. One cause is not optimal tax revenues caused by thelevel of tax compliance and private entities in paying taxes is still very low. The diversity profile of someone fromdifferences in gender, age, and education level, then weak and pemahamaan knowledge, the financial condition ofthe company, the company's environmental, behavioral control and subjective norms someone who causes thetaxpayer compliance rate in Indonesia is still low in addition to lack of awareness of the taxpayer in paying taxes.Sample in this study was chosen by 73 respondents by using purposive sampling and convenience on taxprofessionals who work in the garment industry in the city of Semarang. Data obtained by distributingquestionnaires. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this studyindicate that knowledge and understanding of tax laws are significant positive effect on tax compliance agencies,financial condition was not significant positive effect on tax compliance agencies, corporate environment issignificant positive effect on compliance with corporate taxpayers, control the behavior of a significant positiveeffect on tax compliance body, and subjective norm significant positive effect on tax compliance body.Key words : compliance with corporate taxpayers, knowledge and understanding of tax laws, the financialcondition of the company, the company environment, behavioral control and subjective norms.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menguji pengaruh rasio Current Ratio, Debt to Equety Ratio,dan Return On Equety terhadap Financial Distress. Analis rasio keuangan perusahaan merupakan salahsatu alat untuk memperkirakan atau mengetahui kondisi keuangan perusahaan. Apabila kinerjaperusahaan meningkat nilai perusahaan akan semakin tinggi. Peneliti menggunakan purposive samplingdan memperoleh sample sebesar 192 sampel perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI. Dataperusahaan kemudian diuji dengan menggunakan regresi logit untuk menjelaskan pengaruh antarvariable tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Current Ratio berpengaruh negatif tidaksignifikan terhadap financial distress,sedangkan variable Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh positifsignifikan terhadap financial distress, dan Return On Equity berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadapfinancial distress.Kata Kunci : CR, DER, ROE, financial distress

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyse the influence of independency, integrity,professionalism, competency and compliance code of conduct on the quality of audit performedby the auditors of Audit Board the Republic of Indonesia Representatives of Central JavaProvince. The population of this research consisted of all auditors who have completedEducation and Training for Functional Position of Certified Auditors (JFP) and a minimally 2-year experience as auditors. The primary data was collected by administering questionnaires tothe respondents and the analysis was performed employing the multiple regression model. Theresult showed that integrity, professionalism and compliance with the code of conduct have apositive and signifiant impact on the audit quality, while independency and competency do nothave a positive impact on audit quality.Keywords: independency, integrity, professionalism, competency, compliance code of conduct,quality of audit.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of job stress, person-organization fit onturnover intention by using job satisfaction as mediating role, study in PT. HerculonCarpet. The study is mainly based on review of the existing literature and collection ofdata through an adopted questionnaire survey, conducted from the selected sample of PT.Herculon Carpet. A total of 212 questionnaires were distributed among the sample whichis selected using the technique of purposive sampling. 176 respondents returned thequestionnaire, which are utilized for the analysis purpose. The result found that jobstress positively influences job satisfaction, person-organization fit positivelyinfluences job satisfaction, while job stress positively influences turnover intention,person-organization fit negatively and non significantly influences turnover intention,job satisfaction positively influences turnover intention and job satisfaction mediates jobsatisfaction on turnover intention. This research is limited by other independent variablewhich are not investigated in this research, therefore the R square value is only 0.400.Key words: Job Stress, Person-Organization Fit, Job Satisfaction, TurnoverIntention

Abstract

This Research have a purpose to explain the influence job characteristic and empowerment onemployees performance mediation by Organizational Commitment at office of SemarangMerchant Marine Polytechnic. Research population is public servant of Civil at SemarangMerchant Marine Polytechnic, while sample use the technique of purposive sampling. Methoddata collecting by using quesioner which passed to a responder. Examination to researchinstrument done with the validity test ( analyse the factor) and test the reliabilitas with thecoefficient alpha of appliance to statistic test by multiple regression analysis regresi, test the t, testR2 and mediation test. Result of research indicate that the Job characteristic have an effect onpositive and significant to organizational commitment. Empowerment have an effect is positiveand significant to organizational commitment, Job characteristic have an effect on the positivebut not significant to employees performance, Empowerment have an effect is positive andsignificant to employees performance, while Organizational Commitment have an effect is positiveand significant on employees performance.KeywordS: Job Characteristic, Empowerment, Organizational Commitment, EmployeesPerformance.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of competence and organizational commitment toward teachers’performance in MI Sekecamatan Winong Pati regency moderated with the organization climate. Thespecific objective of this study was to examine the effect of competence and organizational commitmenttoward teachers’ performances are moderated by the organization climate. The usefulness of this study isto clarify and extend previous research on the effects of competences and organizational commitmenttoward teachers’ performance are moderated organization climate. This study used a population ofteachers in MI Sekecamatan Winong Pati regency much as 107 teachers. Sampling techniques in thisstudy is proportional random sampling methode. The method used in this research is regression withinteraction quasi moderation. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows competencehas no effect toward teachers’ performance, organizational commitment effect toward the teachers’performance, the organization climate no affect the teachers’ performance, the influence of competencetoward teachers’ performance is not moderated by organizations climate, and organizations climatedebilitates the effect of organizational commitment toward teachers’ performance.Keywords : competence, organizational commitment, organization climate, teachers’ performance

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of motivation and organizational commitment onteacher performance in MI Sekecamatan Winong Pati regency moderated with the organizationculture. The specific objectives of this study was to examine the effect of motivation andorganizational commitment on teacher performance are moderated by the organization culture. Theusefulness of this study is to clarify and extend previous research on the effect motivation andorganizational commitment on teacher performance are moderated organization culture. This studyused a population of teachers in MI Sekecamatan Winong Pati regency much as 107 teachers.Sampling techniques in this study is probability sampling with proportional random samplingmethod. The method used in this research is regression with interaction quasi moderation. Based onthe results of the study can be summarized as follows motivation has no effect on the performance ofteachers, organizational commitment effect on the performance of the teacher, the organizationculture no affect the performance of the teacher, the influence of motivation on teacherperformance is not moderated by organization culture, weaken the influence of organization culturevariable of organizational commitment with teacher performance.Keywords: motivation, organizational commitment, organization culture, the performance ofteachers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Personality and Performance through Empowerment againstOrganiztional Citizenship Behavior moderated by social capital Population Council Representative Officer atthe National Family Planning Central Java Province. This research is expected to produce a useful analysis toprovide empirical information about the influence of personality, empowerment, organizational citizenshipbehavior on employee performance with moderated social capital can be considered toimprovehumanresources.To examine the relationship between variables, the researchers used a techniqueCensus, Data analysis using SPSS 20.00. Data were collected by using a questionnaire given to respondentsstudy population 149 employees and entirely used as samples, while the samples were processed 118respondents. Tests on research conducted by the test instrument validity (factor analysis) and coefficient alphareliability test while statistical testing tool used is multiple regression analysis, t test, test and test R2moderation. The results showed that personality positive and significant effect on OCB, Empowerment positiveand significant effect on OCB, Personality positive and significant impact on employee performance,Empowerment positive and significant impact on performance, OCB positive and significant impact onemployee performance, Personality no positive effect and significant impact on performance, Empowermentpositive and significant impact on performance, OCB is not positive and significant impact on performance, testresults showed that the OCB mediation mediate the effect of empowerment on employee performance, but OCBdoes not mediate the effect of personality on employee performance. The test results show that social capitalmoderation appropriately used as a moderating variable, which acts to moderate the relationship betweenempowerment employee performance.Keywords: Personality, Empowerment, OCB, performance and social capital
