Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out the effect of organizational career managementinfluence, individual career management and competency on the employees career effectivenessof PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Pemalang. Primary data concerning oforganizational career management, individual career management, competency and employeescareer effectiveness are being used to conduct this research. The sample of this research were 72employees of variety of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Cab.Pemalang organization. Dataanalysis in this research use the multiple linear regression analyses by using SPSSsoftware.According to these data analyses, find out that organizational career managementshould be positively and significantly effect on employees career effectiveness. Individual careermanagement by partially should be positively and significantly effect on employees careereffectiveness. Competency should be positively and significantly effect on employees careereffectiveness. Finally, is that employees career effectiveness level will be greater whencompetency, the Individual career management and organizational career management level arebeing greater.Keyword : Organizational career management, Individual career management, Competency,Employees career effectiveness

Abstract

The results of this study are the Influence of organizational commitment, organizational culture and jobsatisfaction on teacher performance. The research problems in this study are: (1) to examine the influence oforganizational commitment, school culture, and job satisfaction on teacher performance. (2) to test whether jobsatisfaction mediates organizational commitment, school culture of the teacher performance. The samples ofthis study are 103 teachers of Kesatrian Senior High School under the Kesatrian Education Foundation inSemarang. The used sampling was census techniques and the used model was multiple regression analysis. Theresults of this study are: (1) organizational commitment is not proved in influencing the job satisfaction, (2)school culture has positive and significant influence on the job satisfaction, (3) organizational commitment wasnot proved in influence on teacher performance, (4) school culture has positive and significant influence onteacher performance, (5) the job satisfaction has positive and significant influence on teacher performance, (6)job satisfaction variable is not proved having the function as intervening variable on the variable of schoolculture on teacher performance.Keywords: organizational commitment, school culture, job satisfaction, teacher performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze how far the influence of transformational leadership style and motivation onteacher performance mediated organizational commitment in private high school teachers in the District of Pati. Theuse of this research is to clarify and enlarge the previous research about the influence of transformational leadershipstyles and motivation on teacher performance mediated organizational commitment. This research is an explanatoryresearch.The population is 193 teachers in private high schoolin District of Pati. Data analysis starts frominstrumenttest,normality test, muilticolonearitytest, heterocedastisity test, models test,hypothesis test and mediating effect test.The result showed that transformational leadership style has no influence on organizational commitment,motivation hasa positive influence and significant on organizationalcommitment, transformational leadership style has a positiveinfluence and significant on the teacher performance,motivation has a positive influence and significant on teacherperformance, organizational commitment has a positive influence and significant on teacherperformance,organizational commitment is not efective to mediate on the influence of transformational leadership styleon teacher performance, and organizational commitment is proved to mediate the influence of motivation on teacherperformance.Keywords: transformational leadership style, motivation, teacher performance, and organizational commitment.

Abstract

Sikap individu terhadap suatu perilaku diperoleh dari keyakinan terhadap konsekuensi yangditimbulkan oleh perilaku tersebut (behavioral beliefs). Seseorang yang yakin bahwa sebuahtingkah laku dapat menghasilkan outcome yang positif, maka individu tersebut akanmemiliki sikap yang positif, begitu juga sebaliknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengujipengaruh pengaruh norma subjektif dan kontrol perilaku yang dipersepsikan terhadap niatpinjam KUR Mikro Nasabah BRI di Pati. Penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik sensus dimanajumlah populasi sebanyak 150 orang nasabah BRI, sedangkan data yang diolah sebanyak121 orang nasabah. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Pengujianhipotesis digunakan t hitung pada taraf signifikasi (α) 5%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitiandapat disimpulkan bahwa (i) norma subjektif tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat pinjam, (ii)kontrol perilaku yang dipersepsikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat pinjam.Kata Kunci: norma subjektif, kontrol prilaku yang dipersepsikan, niat pinjaman

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence company’s image and satisfaction with trust andits impact to clients loyalty on Prudentials insurance Pru Vision Pati. Total sample are 100respondents, by using purposive sampling method with criteria that clients have become customersof at least 3 years. Analysis of the data in this study using regression analyzing. Hypothesis testingis used t calculated at the level of significance (α) 5%. Where mediation test using path analysis.Result of regression analysis in this study resulted in the coefficient of determination for 0,941 orin other words the changes in loyalty can be affected by the company’s image, satisfaction andtrust of 4,1%. The results of this study show that company’s image positive and significant impacton clients trust, satisfaction positive and significant impact on clients trust, company’s imagepositive and significant impact on clients loyalty, satisfaction positive and significant impact onclients loyalty, trust positive and significant impact on clients loyalty, and trust does not mediatethe influence of company’s image and satisfaction of the clients loyalty.Keyword: Company’s image, Satisfaction, Trust, Loyalty

Abstract

This study takes an object in PD. BKK Dempet Dempet City Branch Demak, where the reasons for selecting the titlebecause of the realization that achieved PD. BKK Dempet Dempet City Branch Demak 2009, 2012 and 2013 was notachieved so that it becomes a problem that must be addressed by the management of the bank. One way to boost therealization of loans obtained by the bank is to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty in lending transactions (credit)in the bank. Therefore, this study aims to identify and analyze the influence of trust, Brand Image and service quality onloyalty mediated by customer satisfaction (studies in PD. BKK Dempet Dempet City Branch Demak). Samples in thisstudy were 100 respondents who considered representative of the entire population. The sampling technique used in thisstudy purposive sampling is sampling based criteria or considerations such as: a customer of PD. BKK Dempet DempetCity Branch Demak for at least 2 years, and is domiciled in the territory Dempet, Demak. Tools of data analysis usingmultiple linear regression with mediation or intervening variables. The results show that there is a partial positive andsignificant effect of trust, confidence and quality of service to satisfaction. Partially there is a positive and significanteffect of trust, trust, quality of service and satisfaction to loyalty. The results show that the mediating effect ofsatisfaction does not mediate the effect of trust, brand image and service quality on customer loyalty.Keywords: trust, Brand image, service quality, satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of image and price perception on customer satisfaction, the effect of image, priceperception and of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. This study do to customer of Business Centre SMK Negeri 2Semarang. By using purposive sampling, obtained to 100 respondents, who make a purchase at least two (2) times a year, asa specific target. The results of this study show that image and price perception, are positive and significant take effect oncustomer satisfaction. Image are not positive and significant take effect on customer loyalty and price perception are positiveand significant take effect on customer loyalty. And than customer satisfaction positive and significant take effect oncustomer loyalty Business Centre SMK Negeri 2 Semarang.Keywords: Image, Price Perception, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

The Development of the present national and regional done aiming at improving the well-being of the community.Execution of development can not be inevitable from the use of natural resources. However, the exploitation ofnatural resources which are not heeding the abilities and resources support neighborhood resulted in adeterioration in the quality of the environment. It is necessary to research on the opportunities of the city towardssustainable development in order to improve the welfare of society. This study aims to measure the probability of thecity towards sustainable development based on the classification of cities in Urban Semarang and yogyakarta.Analysis tool used is the multinomial logistic regression. The results showed the economic factors, demographic andsocial factors that influence the classification of the city towards sustainable development. City inhabitants are solidprobabilities to become a sustainable city is getting smaller. Calculation probabilities through scenario data,mapping can be used in the future and the basis of decision-making or the determination of urban policies relatingto the environment.Key words: probability, city, sustainable, scenario, binary logistic regression

Abstract

Keberadaan Kabupaten Tulungagung yang berbatasan langsung dengan Samudera Indonesia, menjadikan lautmerupakan bagian penting yang perlu dikembangkan. Keberadaan masyarakat yang ada di sekitar pantai semakinmemerlukan perhatian khusus manakala terjadi gap yang berlebih antara masyarakat pesisir dan perkotaan. Tulisanini merupakan hasil penelitian yang akan menguraikan permasalahan masyarakat pesisir yang ada di KabupatenTulungagung, melihat bagaimana keadaan yang ada dan apa saja peran yang telah diambil oleh pemerintah daerahmengatasi permasalahan yang ada. Desain penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan dataadalah observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian adalah di Desa Panggungkalak, KecamatanPucanglaban, Kabupaten Tulungagung. Hasil penelitian diketahui jika masyarakat Desa Panggungkalak KecamatanPucanglaban yang ada di sekitar pesisir hidup dengan sangat terbatas, pemerintah daerah tidak begitu mengambilperannya dalam rangka memberikan kekuatan kepada masyarakat guna mengembangkan ekonomi lokal.Kata kunci : Pengembangan, Masyarakat, Pesisir.

Abstract

Kota Palembang, sebagai ibu kota provinsi Sumatera Selatan terkenal sebagai pusat kuliner dan industri kerajinankhas Palembang. Industri tikar berbahan dasar daun purun merupakan usaha turun temurun dan menjadi usaha yangbanyak dilakukan oleh kaum perempuan terutama ibu-ibu yang memiliki kemampuan menganyam daun purunmenjadi produk tikar daun purun. Pemerintah Daerah berupaya untuk mempertahankan dan melestarikan usaha ini,melalui pemberian akses di bidang permodalan, pelatihan, pemasaran, mengikutsertakan pameran kerajinannusantara di Jakarta. Namun, usaha ini masih belum maksimal karena programm yang diberikan masih berjangkapendek, belum menyentuh akar sebenarnya yaitu masalah kemiskinan. Usaha ini juga, belum diorganisir denganbaik, dan belum dikelola secara profesional, padahal dari usaha ini secara tidak langsung sudah banyak memberikanmanfaat bagi pendapatan keluarga. Rumusan masalah adalah bagaimana memberdayakan kaum perempuan melaluipotensi-potensi yang dimilikinya, sehingga mampu membantu meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Penelitian inijuga untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala yang terjadi pada usaha pembuatan tikar daun purun ini, serta solusi yangdiperlukan dari temuan penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali potensi yang dimiliki kaumperempuan pengrajin, dan sekaligus pelaku usaha, menggali dan menggambarkan kendala-kendala kaum perempuandalam memanfaatkan bahan baku daun purun yang ramah lingkungan, serta solusi yang ditawarkan dari temuan ini.Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan metode forum diskusi kelompok dan wawancara. Hasil yang ditemukandalam penelitian ini antara lain; 1). Sebagian besar usaha tikar daun purun dilakukan oleh kaum perempuan, danmerupakan usaha turun temurun. Usaha ini mampu membantu pendapatan keluarga. 2). Kendala yang dihadapiadalah bahan baku daun purun yang jumlahnya semakin menurun karena adanya perubahan fungsi lahan menjadiperkebunan sawit, dan musibah kebakaran yang kerap muncul setiap musim kemarau tiba, dan 3). Perlu adanyapembinaan yang optimal dari pihak pemerintah daerah, dan lembaga terkait dalam hal keuangan, pemasaran,pelatihan produk yang lebih variatif dan kompetitif serta menjadikan lokasi sekarang ini menjadi daerah sentra barupembuatan tikar daun purun yang berada di dalam kota Palembang.Kata kunci: Pemberdayaan perempuan, produk berbahan ramah lingkungan
