It takes a long time to process inventory items are done manually using an inventory form before entered on thecomputer database. Using the android-based application on a smartphone as a replacement for an inventory form,then the inventory to be faster because reading or inputting data on a computer database can be done directlythrough the app android by utilizing the Wi-Fi network using client-server concept. Computer as a server thatprovide special services to the client (android application on the smartphone) that store and read the data if requiredby the client. The protocol used in data communication between a server computer with android application is TCPand HTTP protocol with a static IP address. Analysis of data packet transmission is done using Wireshark softwareand parameters measured were the flow of data packets and time delay. The test results on the time delay of the datadelivery show that greater the distance between the access point and client (android), the time delay of datatransmission will be greater with an average value of 14 ms. The time required to complete all inventory processusing android application on the smartphone at 7 minutes 45 seconds. whereas if inventory is done manually takestime for 21 minutes 64 seconds.Keyword : Data packets transmission, time delay, Wi-Fi, android, client-server

Most Batik and Handicraft UMKM experiencing difficulties in marketing their products. The solution given wasto create a website, but to optimize the website also required certain techniques. Unfortunately some batik andhandicraft UMKM do not understand it. Therefore, this study will implement the techniques that batik andhandicraft UMKM website recognized by the search engines. This research will be implemented ContentManagement System (CMS) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) using On Page techniques. On PageTechniques can be done such as by creating a template that is SEO friendly and fast when accessed, put metatags and keywords. Survey and analysis of keywords on batik and handicraft will be done so that each productcan occupy the top rank in Google search. Results from this study is the website Batik and Handicraft whichimplements SEO On Page in an easy way. The use of Content Management System is expected to help webmanagers of UMKM to promote their products and probably increase sales of UMKM products. Sebagian besarUMKM Batik dan Handicraft mengalami kesulitan dalam memasarkan produknya. Solusi yang diberikan adalahmembuat website, namun untuk mengoptimalkan website juga diperlukan teknik tertentu agar web dikenalorang. Namun sayangnya beberapa UMKM batik dan handicraft tidak memahami hal tersebut. Oleh karena itu,penelitian ini akan mengimplementasikan teknik agar website UMKM batik dan handicraft dikenal oleh mesinpencari. Penelitian ini akan mengimplementasikan website berbasis Content Management System (CMS) danSearch Engine Optimization (SEO) menggunakan teknik On Page. Teknik On Page dapat dilakukan diantaranyadengan membuat template yang SEO friendly dan cepat saat diakses, memasang meta tag dan keyword. The network manager of Triatma Jaya Vocational High School want to manage a LAN (Local Area Network)easy and practical. One requirement is to access and control the LAN network through the Internet and mobiledevices. Virtual Private Network (VPN) is a solution for these needs. VPN allows a connection to a localnetwork securely over the Internet. The development of mobile devices has been so rapid, smartphone can beused as a tool to access and control the network. To implement it will be designed a computer network thatallows the implementation of a VPN. By paying attention to the availability of equipment which has been inTriatma Jaya, Mikrotik equipment used for routers and VPN servers. Implementation starts by designingnetwork topology, IP address allocation, server installation and configuration. Results of implentation VPN isnetwork availability in providing access services via the internet. Users who have been granted will have toaccess and control the network from mobile devices as same as in Local Area Network securely. Pengelolajaringan di SMK Triatma Jaya ingin mengelola jaringan LAN (Local Area Network) dengan mudah dan praktis.Salah satu kebutuhannya adalah mengakses dan mengontrol jaringan LAN melalui internet dan peralatanmobile. Virtual Private Network (VPN) dipandang sebagai solusi untuk menyediakan kebutuhan tersebut. VPNmemungkinkan suatu koneksi ke suatu jaringan lokal dengan aman melalui internet. Selain itu perkembanganperangkat mobile telah begitu pesat, smartphone atau ponsel pintar bisa dijadikan alat untuk mengakses danmengontrol jaringan. Untuk mengimplementasikan hal tersebut akan dirancang suatu jaringan komputer yangmemungkinkan implementasi VPN. Dengan memperhatikan ketersediaan peralatan yang telah ada di SMKTriatma Jaya, peralatan Mikrotik digunakan untuk router dan server VPN. Implementasi dimulai dariperancangan topologi jaringan, alokasi IP Address, instalasi pc sebagai server dan konfigurasinya. The Indonesia Government on period 2014-2019, endorsed 2014-2019’s Rencana Pengembangan JangkaMenengah Nasional (RPJMN) with concept of developing Indonesia from the edge. One focus of RPJMN isreduction of inequality interregion and it’s to be strengthened with the UU Desa and supported PP No. 43 year2014 concerning implementing the law No. 6 year 2014 concerning the village and PP no. 60 of 2014 on DanaDesa sourced from APBN. The database about the villages have been formulated in the Pedoman PenyusunanPendayagunaan Data Profil Desa dan Kelurahan through Permendagri No. 12 year 2007 in the form softwareand information system (IS) called Profil Desa dan Kelurahan. Implementation of the village profile and has notyet optimal, existing data cannot be integrated with the other villages, and the other data for villages authorities.IS that has been developed is still limited functionality in demographic data services. This paper will be to planand design a strategic planning for information systems that will be developed using the Enterprise Architectureof TOGAF ADM framework. One of the most crucial problems which are faced by financial institution is high level of non-performing loan.Many analysts have attempted to solve this problem by various strategy and method, but this problem stillpersists until now on. With regard to the spreading of credit cooperation, now it is time for the creditcooperation manager to minimize the level of non-performing loan to under 5 % as the Indonesia bank stated.On the other hand numerous credit cooperations still cannot hire an analyst because it is expensive, while thedecision to approve or not a credit is a key point which determines the probability of non-performing loan.Some requirements which relevant to the credit approval are: amount of loan, time, earning, number of familyand personal credit track record. This research uses the data from the “Artha Abadi” Jepara credit cooperationfrom the year of 2010 to 2014, the number of credit data as many as 2010 which consist of performing and nonperformingloan. This research use the data mining classification method with the model of neural networkwhich is deployed to assess the data processing accuracy with the rapid miner and then continued with themeasurement use the confusion matrix, ROC curve. The result of the neural network algorithm after the test ofconfusion matrix, ROC curve and T-test show a very high accuracies value, and the dominant value of AUC andalgorithm. The value of accuracy is 96.95 % with the number of AUC equal to 0.981 and the result of the T testshow that the neural network algorithm is the most dominant result. Finally, this research reveals that the highlevel accuracy of the credit analysis can be done with the relatively cheap cost of computation.Key words: Neural Network, Accuracy, Confusion Matrix, ROC Curve and T-Test

Telepon seluler merupakan alat komunikasi. Selain sebagai alat komunikasi telepon seluler dapat juga digunakansebagai sistem pengendali jarak jauh, dalam hal ini dapat menyalakan dan mematikan mesin sepeda motor. Salahsatu manfaatnya adalah untuk memanaskan mesin sepeda motor yang ditinggalkan di garasi saat tidak ada orangdi rumah. Aplikasi pada sistem ini menggunakan handphone, mikropengendali ATmega 16, IC DTMF MT8870dan relai. Ketika mesin dinyalakan, parameter yang diamati adalah keberhasilan kinerja IC DTMF. Sedangkankondisi mematikan mesin sepeda motor parameter yang diamati adalah keberhasilan alat mengirimkan sinyalberupa speed dial yang digunakan sebagai laporan. Untuk mengaktifkan kontak dan menyalakan starter padasepeda motor digunakan tombol 1 dan tombol 2 pada keypad telepon seluler. Ketika dilakukan penekanantombol, IC DTMF MT8870 akan menerjemahkan sinyal DTMF yang dikirim dari telepon seluler pengendali.Sinyal yang dihasilkan kemudian akan diproses oleh ATMega 16 mikropengendali. Mesin akan mati secaraotomatis selama 120 detik setelah waktu yang ditentukan telah terlewati atau dengan melakukan penekanantombol selain tombol 2. Report yang dihasilkan setelah mesin panas berupa panggilan dari telepon seluler yangterpasang pada alat dengan memanfaatkan fungsi speed dial pada handphone.Kata Kunci : Telepon Seluler, Mikropengendali ATmega16, IC DTMF MT8870, Timer, Speed Dial.

Kota Semarang sebagai ibukota Jawa Tengah memiliki pusat oleh-oleh yang sering didatangi oleh wisatawan. Namun karenakurang informasi mengenai keberadaan lokasi pusat oleh-oleh tersebut maka banyak wisatawan mengalami kesulitan mencarilokasi pusat oleh-oleh tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang aplikasi penentuan rute terdekat dengan waktu tercepatmenuju lokasi pusat oleh-oleh secara real time dengan menggunakan GPS pada smartphone android. Metode penelitiannyadengan model siklus hidup pengembangan sistem. Model analisis sistem menggunakan Use Case Diagram, Sequence Diagram,Activity Diagram, Class Diagram. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa aplikasi menentukan rute terdekat dengan waktu tercepat kelokasi pusat oleh-oleh di kota Semarang dengan mobile android. Users of mobile phones with android operating system is increasing from year to year as more affordable. Thisgives the potential use of mobile phones as a means of disseminating information. As the capital of Central Java,Semarang has a variety of health care facilities which include Posyandu is always used by the surroundingcommunity. However, not all locations Posyandu known by the public because they lack information about thelocation. It is necessary for the navigation application Posyandu in Semarang. The purpose of this research ishow to design the application model and the location of Posyandu in real time with the geolocation methods andformulas Haversine. The method used is the Systems Development Life Cycle. System analysis model using UseCase Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams and Class Diagrams. Results of this research is theapplication of navigation map based on Android mobile can provide information about the existence of thelocation, route and distance Posyandu. Results of this application is important for people who need drivingdirections Posyandu location.
