Abstract

This research analyzed the performance of finance of KUD South Banyudono which is relied on by financial statement of KUD period 2002-2006. As for this research target to know the finance efficiency of KUD South Banyudono tend to go up or descend and to analyze the finance performance of KUD South Banyudono during last five year, evaluated from ratioanalysis finance covering ratio liquidity, leverage and profitability. The result of research indicate thatthe fund management of KUD South Banyudono havefulfilled the efficient criterion seen from its finance ratio analysis during period 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and finance performance of KUD South Banyudono evaluated from ratio analysis its finance have good enough Pursuant to analyzed the ratio that is liquidity, leverage, and profitability indicate that the finance performance of KUD South Banyudono not yet efficient, that is not yet owned the cash which liquid, too much debt, and ability print the low profit.

Abstract

Chocolate provide many health benefits when consumed in enough, such as reducing stress, lowers blood pressure, improves blood circulation, reduces the risk of cancer. So that processed chocolate has the opportunity to serve as the culinary field effort. Diverse menu flavored drinks provided by Franchise Chocolate Classic, to the satisfaction of chocolate drink lovers. The purpose of this study to analyze the antecedents of satisfaction (menu diversity, trust, and customer value) in the form of customer loyalty. Collecting data using primary and secondary data. The sampling method using a non-probability sampling with purposive sampling of 140 respondents. Validity and reliability using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and cronbach's alpha. Methods of data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings of the research there is the influence of the diversity of the menu, the value of customers' satisfaction, there is no effect of trust on customer satisfaction, there is the influence of satisfaction on loyalty, there is the influence of the diversity of the menu on loyalty, there is no influence of the value of customer loyalty, satisfaction mediates the effect of the diversity of the menu and confidence customer loyalty, satisfaction does not mediate the effect of customer value on loyalty. Advice for Chocolate Franchise Classical Solo to pay attention to the diversity of the menu, keep the trust and customer value so as to encourage consumers to buy again, recommend to others and be loyal.

Abstract

The business is undergoing many changes including the media used as promotion. The existence of advertisements on television began gradually abandoned and shifted to a new strategy, namely advertising on social media. The rapid growth of social media users in Indonesia has become one of the factors in the change. This study aims to determine the extent of the impact of using influencers as a promotion strategy on social media, especially Instagram. This study uses a qualitative netnographic method by collecting data through observation of social media accounts and in-depth interviews from informants. The results of this study include illustrating that there are positive and negatif impacts from the use of influencer services. Companies must be smart in choosing influencers that are in line with product segmentation, price, and influencer's background because people are now getting smarter at making purchases.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to: (i) acknowledge and examine the differences between the financial performance of Islamic banking with conventional banking, (ii) to analyze and explain the differences in efficiency levels between Islamic banking and conventional banking (iii) analyze and compare the efficiency of Islamic banking with banks conventional. The population used in this study is a commercial bank in Indonesia with 124 banking institutions with the details of five state banks and 119 private banks. sample of banking institutions in this study are 5 government-owned banking institution (s) and 3 institutions of Islamic banks. The method of analysis used in quantitative research is descriptive (analytic). Measurement and test efficiency and efficiency ratio of the difference of Islamic banking from conventional banking to use Supplier Data Analysis (DEA) and two different test mean (t-test). The results showed during the observation period 2006-2010, economic activities (banking) of Islamic banks are relatively more efficient than conventional banks

Abstract

At the moment customer satisfaction represent norm obliged to given by every organization.Besides, research proves that satisfaction unable to guarantee the happening of customer loyalty.Delight believed by practitioner and academician as construct, which can guarantee customerloyalty. Unhappily, till now research for searching the domain of delight still very rare. Thisresearch tries to search that domain with qualitative technique. Results of focus group yield fivevariables becoming delight domain that are: justice, esteem, security, trust, and variety.

Abstract

At the present time, industrial business are facing the situation of increasingly intense competition, the emergence of competition beetween brand of the old with the emergence of new brand at the same products. Therefor, a better understanding of consumer behavior is needed to maintain by the company.This resaerch aim to find out of the influence of positioning, differentiation and brand equity to the consumer decision order to purchase energy drink of kuku bima ener – g. Using  the purposive sampling technique 100 respondents were obtained and become the sampel for this research. Data was analyze by using quantative  analyze which focused on multiple regresion.The result show, all variabel of independent has a direct corelation with the dependent variabel. Coeficient of determination show in the adjusted squre 85.9%  which mean that is influence purchasing decision can be explained by three independent variabel in this research. And remaining 14,1%  can be explained by other variables outside the model of the research.

Abstract

This seminal article discusses the basic concept of succession planning in family business. Family business succession has been a central subject in fsmily business research since it only has smallsatisfaction number of generation shifts. Succession planning is a long term process, consist of sequential activities to set up and make certain family business sustainability through generation shift. There are two medels of succession management process; first, succession anagement process based on corporation activities held by Aon Consulting Group Forum (2003), and second, succession management process based on treatment to successor proposed by Scarborough Zimmerer (2006). Succession performers in business family arepredecessors, successors, and siblings. The succession planning activities consist of four categories; successor selection and training, postsuccession business strategy, the role of predesessor at post succession, and the dissemination of succession result informati on to stakeholders.Finally, the conceptual model of succession planning in family business was developed .

Abstract

This research is to understand and to analyze the influence of good corporate governance and leverage toward financial performance on Manufacture Corporation registered in BEI year 2012-2013, both partially and simultaneously. Indicator used to explain good corporate governance in this research is including board of directors, independent directors and audit committee.Analysis method used in this research is doubled-linier regression in accordance to the purpose of this research which is to analyze the influence of independent variable toward dependent variable. Sample used in this research is all Manufacture Corporations registered in BEI year 2012-2013. The determination of sample is using purposive sampling. By using this method, it acquired 92 corporations that will be used as the sample in this research. The result of hypothesis test in this research shows that board of director do not affect significantly toward financial performance. Independent director significantly has negative impact toward financial performance. Audit committee significantly has positive impact toward financial performance. Leverage significantly has negative impact toward financial performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the correct function form in knowing the factorsinfluence the level sale of commodity of retail company middle and top class in YogyakartaSpecial Region Province. The research used the time series secondary data from various theinstitution related to the research. To test the hypothesis concerning the factors influence thesale level, researcher used regression least square analysis. In choosing the function formresearcher applied the MWD test (Mackinon, White, and Davidson) and Error CorrectionModel. The research result show that by paying attention the estimation result of errorcorrection approach, log-linear function form have ability to predicted better relative andconsistent with theory compared to the linear function form.

Abstract

This research is performed on order to analyze the influence of Non Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Operating Expense to Operating Income Ratio (OEOI) as independent variable toward Return on Asset (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) as dependent variable. Sample for this research is all of BUKU 4 banks and seven banks on BUKU 3 banks  in Indonesia in 2006-2015 period. Data analysis with multi liniear regression. The result of  this research shows that all of independent variables have significant influence on ROA and ROE simultaneously.  NIM has partially significant effect on profitability both in BUKU 3 and BUKU 4 banks but other variables have various effect on profitability. The amount of the contribution or influence independent variables to ROA are 64,7%  in BUKU 3 banks and 90,4% on BUKU 4 banks. Meanwhile contribution of independent variables to ROE are 55,4% in BUKU 3 banks and 74,1% in BUKU 4 banks.
