Abstract

This research in first year aim to to analyse influence signifikan among cultural factor, social factor, personal factor, and psychological factor to buying decision of batik product at Kampoeng Batik Laweyan Surakarta. Research done at chosen region that is: at Kampoeng  Batik Laweyan Surakarta. internal issue in this research is what there are influence which signifikan among cultural factor, social factor, personal factor, and psychological factor to buying decision of batik product at Kampoeng Batik Laweyan Surakarta.  Independent variable of this research are culture factor (X1), social factor (X2), personality factor (X3), and psychological factor (X4). And for dependen variable that is buying decision of  batik product at Kampoeng Batik Laweyan Surakarta (Y). This research use primary and secundary data. Primary data obtained from technique of survey field by spreading quetioner at consumer buying batik at Kampoeng Laweyan Surakarta, while data sekunder obtained from various source publicized. Result of research indicate that the 1) variable of culture factor have the influence which signifikan to buying decision of product , social factor variable have the influence which signifikan to buying decision of product, variable of personality factor have the influence which signifikan to buying decision the product, and psychological factor variable have the influence which signifikan to decision buy the product 2) result of analysis test the F of variable of culture factor, social factor, personality factor, and  psychological factor  together have the influence which signifikan to buying decision of product 3) result of calculation to assess the R2 obtained  78,4% variation changing to decision product explained by variation changing of culture factor, social factor, personality factor, and  psychological factor. While the rest equal  21,6% explained by other factor which don’t observation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect customer loyalty to customers of Bank Papua Branch Yogyakarta. Customer loyalty in this research is influenced by trust, switching barriers and bank image. Respondents in this study are all students who have savings in Bank Papua branch of Yogyakarta and domiciled in Yogyakarta. This research is a survey research by using questionnaires. The analytical tool used for hypothesis testing is SEM-PLS. The results of data analysis show that trust has a significant positive effect on switching barriers and image. Trust has no significant effect on loyalty. Switching barriers affect loyalty. The image is not proven to have a significant effect on loyalty.

Abstract

This study aimed to test whether there are significant non-financial variable to the bid ask spread around each earnings announcement on Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of 143 listed company, selected 32 companies that meet the criteria. Analysis of the results showed that the analysis shows the variation change bid ask spread of 0.05. Where the average bid ask spread five days before the earnings announcement rat higher than the average bid-ask spread five days after the earnings announcement. So there are differences in the bid-ask spread significantly between the time before and the time after the earnings announcement. This indicates that most investors still regard the stock as a trade commodity. The analysis shows the variation change bid ask spread of 0.05. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengivestigasi pengaruh faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal terhadap pertumbuhan perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Purposive sampling digunakan dalam mengambil sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel dengan sepuluh bank syariah selama delapan tahun periode pengamatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan fixed effect model sebagaimana yang disarankan oleh hasil pengujian likelyhood ratio dan Hausman test. Hasil analisis menemukan bahwa rasio perbandingan pembiayaan dengan dana pihak ketiga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan bank syariah. Demikian juga profitabilitas juga berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan bank syariah. Pembiayaan bermasalah juga berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan bank syariah. Faktor eksternal yang berupa kondisi ekonomi juga berpengaruh positif terhadap pertubuhan bank syariah.

Abstract

Aset Perbankan Syariah dari tahun ke tahun mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan namun, sampai akhir 2008 share Perbankan Syariah masih relatif sangat kecil dibandingkan dengan total Perbankan di Indonesia, sehingga prediksi para pengamat, pegiat dan atau praktisi Perbankan Syariah bahwa share Perbankan Syariah pada tahun 2008 mencapai 5% dari total Perbankan tidak sesuai dengan kenyataan.Dalam lima tahun terakhir, Pembiayaan yang diberikan Perbankan Syariah menunjukan peningkatan yang signifikan, namun share-nya terhadap total Perbankan di Indonesia masih sangat kecil atau belum menunjukan pertumbuhan yang pesat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine relationship between equity theory and work outcomes ineducational staff’s context. To operationalize these constructs, equity theory was measured by threedimensions of organizational justice, namely procedural, interactional and distributive justice, whileorganizational outcome was measured by job satisfaction. The result of study shows that all dimensionsof organizational justice have significant effect to job satisfaction. Conclusion about relationship betweenequity theory and work outcomes and recommendations for future research also discussed.

Abstract

Abstrak - Industri festival musik mengalami perkembangan sejak tahun 2010 hingga kini ditandai dengan banyaknya festival musik yang mulai bermunculan secara rutin dilaksanakan setiap tahunnya atau hanya untuk seremonial tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membahas pengaruh festival quality dan positive emotion terhadap festival loyalty dengan festival satifaction sebagai variabel mediasi pada pengunjung Jazz Traffic Festival di Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan 200 responden dengan teknik non-probability sampling dan metode yang digunakan adalah judgemental sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisi jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa festival quality dan positive emotion berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap festival loyalty dan festival satisfaction terbukti sebagai varibel mediasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyarankan pihak penyelenggara Jazz Traffic Festival atau promotor festival musik lainnya untuk memperhatikan kualitas layanan festival dan emosi pengunjung yang terbentuk ketika mengunjungi suatu festival musik untuk meningkatkan kepuasan sehingga berdampak pada loyalitas terhadap festival tersebut.

Abstract

The study aims to examine the relationship between buying environment characteristics, esatisfactionand e-loyalty referring to the research model from Kim et al. (2009) that is applied to apparel product category in the US as a developed country. The study offers a new empirical perspective by investigating electronic product category in Indonesia as adeveloping country.The study conduct a survey method to reach a purposive sample of 200 consumers from 4big cities in Indonesia that are Jakar ta, Bandung, Yogyakarta and Surabaya. The findingsprove that among six online service attributes, only convenience and information caninflluence e-satisfaction significantly. Web appearance, entertainment value, communication and customization are failed to be a significant predictors of e satisfaction. In the next step, e-satisfaction influences e-loyalty significantly.

Abstract

This research aim to test the impact of work-family balance and family friendly program to jobsatisfaction. The sample of the research are 75 nurses in Panti Wilasa Hospital by purposive sampling.Result of the research support hypotheses. First, work-family balance have positive impact to jobsatisfaction, second, family friendly program have positive impact to job satisfaction. Analyses in theresearch use multiple regression.

Abstract

The ASEAN Economic Community by 2015, there will be five free flow are: flow of goods, services ,investment flows, flows of capital and labor flows, the condition creates opportunities and challenges for companies in Indonesia, so the company needs to prepare a strategic move . Competitiveness of the Indonesian nation needs to be improve , in order to be able to compete with the ASEAN countries Assess the design of management planning and control system (SPPM) should be done . SPPM structure comprisin : ( a) the organizational structure is designed using the system ownership approach ( cellular manufacturing system, just-in -time purchasing and production, customer-driven innovation, and customer service focus.
