Some research shows that microfinance institutions can help them improve their standard of living. In organizational behavior theory, a leader really determines the success of a program. However, no leadership model has been found in Islamic microfinance institutions that play a role in the success of the program to help increase the lives of customers who are on the verge of poverty. Research in the first year has concluded that vision, hope / faith, altruistic love, meaning / calling, membership, commitment and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on spiritual leadership. The implication of the results of this study is that the management of human resources (HR) and company management along with all policies directly related to HR aspects are better based on the application of spiritual leadership by managers. However, empirical evidence has not yet been found that the role of spiritual leadership on the successful management of poverty alleviation programs in Islamic microfinance institutions. The second year of research aims to find empirical evidence with a qualitative approach. data with content analysis approach.

Dalam kajian ini kinerja perusahaan pada industri kecil akan diukur dari aspek penjualan, profitabiliti, efisiensi, kualiti produk dan kepuasan pelanggan. Penjualan adalah sumber diperolehnya pendapatan perusahaan. dari penjualan akan diperoleh sejumlah uang untuk menjalankan operasi perusahaan dan keuntungan. Dalam cross-sectional studies, keuntungan perusahaan pada sektor industri yang berbeda tidak sebanding, yang disebabkan tingkat intensiti modal yang berbeza-beza (Kauranen 1993). Profitabiliti berguna untuk mengukur kemampuan memperoleh keuntungan dengan memanfaatkan modal atau asset yang ada pada perusahaan. Keuntungan yang besar bukan bererti profitabilitinya bagus, jika dikarenakan modal yang digunakan juga besar. Efisiensi akan menunjukkan kinerja perusahaan memanfaatkan segala masukan (input) yang tersedia secara tepat penggunaannya untuk menghasilkan out put. Sedangkan Kepuasan pelanggan menunjukkan kemampuan perusahaan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada pelanggan sehingga menjadikan pelanggan akan tetap setia mengguna produk perusahaan di masa yang akan datang

This research aim to test the impact of capital structure to company debt policy. The capitalstructure consisted by insider ownership, institutional investor, and shareholder dispersion. This researchuse sample of all manufacturing business which enlisted in Jakarta Stock Exchange during year ofl999 - 2002. result of partial test indicated that shareholder dispersion variable have a significant effectto company debt policy. Examination by simultaneously indicate that all component of capital structurehave a significant effect on negativity to company debt policy. Equally, all variables mirroring expense ofagent serve to purpose of instrument of determinant of debt policy to minimize agency cost.

This research is a descriptive study with the aim to produce a model of planning for therecruitment and training of the institution in creating a professional labor export. The methodologyused by the technique of collecting data through surveys, koesioner, and interviews, the sample isprospective migrants who apply through the recruitment agency in West Sumatra. The resultswere obtained that the model include the need to pay attention to the existence of recruitment, thecharacteristics of the workers, paperwork / documents TKI, giving skills / expertise of workers andthe provision of debriefing Final Departure (PAP) before workers dispatched. From the analysisconducted that models used give a significant effect of more than fifty percent. This means that thismodel should be applied against those involved in sending workers abroad, namely recruitmentand skills training institutes place. As for the government of this model can be used as a referencein making a policy in sending workers abroad in order to minimize problems abroad.

The purpose of this research was to examines and evidence empirically the effects of profitability(NIITA and NIATTA), capitalization (TETA) and liability (CDTD) on the probability ofbank’s bankruptcy. The sample are taken from commercial banking listed in Jakarta stock exchange(JSE) in the period of 2001 to 2002. The Logistic regressions model is used to estimate the probabilityof company’s bankruptcy. The result of this study show that factors: profitability (NIITA andNIATTA), capitalization (TETA) and liability (CDTD) have significant effect to the probability ofbank’s bankruptcy. Using analysis of logistic regression the research found that probability bank ofbankruptcy (dummy variable) is dependent variable and NIITA, NIATTA, TETA, and CDTDat variable independent.

This study provides empirical evidence of a rational understanding of sharia finance, relegiusitas, primordialism and influence on the attitudes of entrepreneurs in selecting the financing in Islamic banks. Sources of data drawn from the population of Muslims in the city of Semarang entrepreneurs who are members of the organization ICMI (Association of Indonesian Muslim Scholar) Semarang, amounting to 46 entrepreneurs.With the number of samples taken by 35 entrepreneur. The questionnaire was distributed in August 2014. The results also show the R square of 0.643. With the results of hypothesis testing that proves that the attitude of entrepreneur in selecting the financing in Islamic banks more directly influenced by rational understanding of Islamic finance with the level of sig. at 0,00. The conclusion of this study is that the attitude of entrepreneur in choosing financing in shariabanks more directly influenced by rational factors. Understanding the underlying profit factors of business entrepreneurs in choosing financing in Islamic banks. While relegiusitas factors and primordial or organization is not evident similarity ties directly influence the attitude of entrepreneurs in choosing financing in shariabanks.

This study was conducted to determine the influence of Product Placement and Congruity Ads toward buying interest which is moderated by consumers’ attitude on “advergames” brand. The participant of this study was 100 students of Satya Wacana Christian University, which consist of 87 male students and 13 female students. All of the participants have ever played “PES 2016” game on their mobile games application. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, with questionnaire as the data collection method. The analysis used in this study was regression analysis interaction. The result showed that there was no moderation effect of product placement and congruity ads toward purchase intention, twotypes of products in the context of the game.

Intellectual Capital (IC) is important because firms in Indonesia needs a lot of competitive advantage, mainly from IC, in order to compete in the era of ASEAN Economics Community (AEC). This study investigates the positive relationship between intellectual capital and firm performance and examine the moderating role of family ownership and institutional ownership on the relationship between intellectual capital and firm performance. The data collected from annual report from high-tech industries and conducted in Indonesia. The final sample used in this study consists of a total of 144 observations. This study uses panel data regression model analysis, i.e. fixed effect regression and random effect regression. The results showed that intellectual capital has a positive effect on financial performance in Indonesia. This result indicate that intellectual capital can give higher financial performance for the firms. On the other hand, the result found that the positive moderating role of family ownership and institutional ownership on the relationship between IC and firm financial performance.Keywords: Intellectual Capital, Family Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Financial Performance.

For many years Islamic banking industry has increased. One of player in Islamic banking competition is PT. MuamalatIndonesia. In service companies, the complaints are something that can not be avoided, in order to stay in competition, they must transform themselves continually to increasing handling of customer complaints as a determinant to create customer satisfaction. One of the advantages can be gained by the companies if the customers are satisfied, they will be a loyal customers. Measuring instruments used was a questionnaires, and datas are analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling. The results shows that handling of customer complaints toward customer satisfaction. While handling complaints do not directly affect customer loyalty.
