Abstract

Dalam era masyarakat yang semakin mengglobal, ,masyarakat wirausaha amat diperlukan untuk mengurangi ketergantungan masyarakat terhadap lapangan kerja yang semakin menyempit. Sebagai seorang wirausaha dituntut agar mampu mengaplikasikan segala kemampuan untuk peningkatan usaha, agar mampu membantu dirinya sendiri dan orang lain terlebih membantu perekonomian Negara di sektor informal. Masalah yang menjadi salah satu ganjalan dalam pembangunan adalah mindset sebagian besar masyarakat tentang lebih baik mencari pekerjaan daripada menciptakan pekerjaan.

Abstract

Karanggawang society have been autonomy in strategy of make little family who well being and happiness with KB program. Thus, this research have purpose to know how society can participate to planning family  program.   This program aim to wipes and husband. The theory is used as analysis is masculinity dominant by Pierre Bourdieu theory. This research is done in Karanggawang and Pagersari village, Mungkid, Magelang residence. Variety of research is qualitative with strategy phenomenology. The result of research have been shown that society program  to KB there were unsuitable position between women and men in to take decision. KB program participation more dominant women than men. In the society have been constructed that KB program only to women not men. Whereas, the basically  KB program can be join by women or men. Conservative social structure still use dominant patriarchy system. So that, men have big power than women, so women just receive and become subordinate in the family and social environment.

Abstract

In modern era such as today women needs continues to spread, especially on the beauty matters. So they always trying to maintenance her body in order to be beautiful and attractive. This study investigates how beauty construction undertaken by career women in the District Lamongan, Lamongan. This study used qualitative methods and methodological this research based on phenomenological approach. Informant selected using purposive sampling by using triangulation with the source that is comparing and checking the degree of confidence behind the information obtained through different interviews in retrieving information.The results showed that, in shaping beauty among career women, the work environment is the main factor. And unwittingly they are a form of mass media (advertising). In this study also shows that the nature of consumerism in women who do beauty treatments, today beauty be a part of their lifestyle to become a modern feminist woman.

Abstract

Study and Discussion Middle Class in Indonesia Since the 1970s making us Startled andremind them a very central role in the class structure of the elite class and the lower class.Mengah class structure that is very dynamic and became the most influential class in the classstructure Indonesia1 nation. The most influential class of bargaining structure makes itdifficult to track class in the class structure of the Indonesian nation but their role is veryimportant, and some of the events changes ranging from the collapse of the old order and thenew order and the new order to the order of the reform to make the lesson for the nation thatetintas and their role is to make the power of change in the state system and social structure inthe community. Abstract

Tulisan ini merupakan bagian dari penelitian beberapa tahun lalu (2011-2012) di Jakarta.  Fenomena baru tapi lama ini menunjukkan bahwa Paranormal  memiliki peran krusial dalam perikehidupan hampir seluruh masyarakat Jakarta , termasuk kalangan terdidiknya. Abstract

Studi pemetaan sosial dan kebutuhan masyarakat dilakukan di 3 (tiga) kelurahan yang terdapat di Kecamatan Kepulauan Seribu Utara, Kabupaten Administrasi Kepulauan Seribu. Wilayah studi adalah Kelurahan Pulau Panggang, Kelurahan Pulau Harapan dan Kelurahan Pulau Kelapa. Wilayah studi termasuk kedalam zona pemukiman Taman Nasional Kepulauan Seribu (TNKps). Pusat Kecamatan terdapat diantara Pulau Kelapa dan Pulau Harapan, sementara itu pusat pemerintahan kabupaten terdapat di Pulau Pramuka yang termasuk ke wilayah Kelurahan Pulau Panggang. Hasil pemetaan profil kondisi wilayah dan sosial ekonomi menunjukan bahwa wilayah studi masih memiliki ketergantungan sumber pendapatan pada sumberdaya alam pesisir terutama perikanan dan pariwisata. Kondisi wilayah penangkapan ikan tidak cukup baik karena wilayah studi merupakan tujuan wilayah penangkapan nelayan lokal dan nelayan dari luar seperti Jakarta dan Tanggerang. Kompetisi penangkapan ikan di wilayah <4 mil tinggi. Pada saat survey dilakukan masih terdapat nelayan dari Pulau Panggang dan Pulau Harapan yang menggunakan alat tangkap yang dilarang secara hukum yaitu jaring muroami. Selain kegiatan perikanan tangkap, diwilayah studi juga berkembang kegiatan budidaya laut yaitu Keramba Jaring Apung (KJA) yang dikelola oleh secara individu, kelompok maupun oleh perusahaan. Profil kebutuhan menggambarkan kebutuhan masyarakat di desa-desa studi terutama yang terkait dengan ketersediaan kebutuhan dasar. Kebutuhan dasar yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian yaitu kebutuhan terhadap pendidikan formal, sampah, kepadatan penduduk, kebutuhan nelayan dan sarana publik tambahan. Fasilitas pendidikan tersedia cukup memadai, namun yang menjadi kendala adalah jika ingin melanjutkan pendidikan pada tingkat SLTA siswa harus tinggal di Pulau Pramuka hal ini tentu saja menimbulkan biaya tambahan. Fasilitas kesehatan di wilayah studi sudah tersedia dari tingkat poskes, pukesmas sampai rumah sakit.

Abstract

In Madurese culture, Kiai symbolizedas someone who has adeep knowledge of religion, he is also believed as a representative prophet on earth. Discourse knowledge saminawa atho’na is a manifestation of how the figure of Kiai has a sacred meaning for the people of Madura, so that the words and actions become apatron who always followed by the public. While Blater pointing to things that dimension of violence, carok is the domain that cannot be separated with the blater. For those carok is the best way to go if their self-esteem feels to be harassed. So this blater group respected by the community and tend tobe feared because of the courage and strength.Kiai and blater in local politics of Madura are often used as a means of seizing power. This study seeks to unpack the phenomenon, such as: want to reveal the use of symbols of religious ideology (kiai) as a strategy to influence and attract the sympathy of the masses in Bangkalan elections 12-12-2012, and uncover strategies of blater is meas power presses and organizing the masses in Bangkalan elections.This study uses a critical paradigm approach to dismantle the relations of the power that inherent in the reality studied. Critical paradigm was chosen because it is believed that the reality of the struggle for power in Bangkalan elections involves cultural and political power and the economy. This paradigm always sees that reality for med over these relations.The results of this study are: a) all the symbols and identities attached to kiai used as a strategy for hegemony community by Bangkalan regent candidates. The candidates fight the owner of kiai Kholil identity to attract the sympathy of the masses, because they still have a blood descendant of kiai Kholil that was very influential in Bangkalan. b) The relation of kiai-students is an effective means of gaining support from the district level till to the villages. c) While blaterisme strategy covers two things. First, structural blaterisme and the Second, blaterisme non-structural.
