Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application, benefits and impacts of the zoning system policy in the New Student Admission (PPDB).The type of research used in this research is library research, namely research conducted based on books or literature, other reading materials to collect theories and concepts related to this research. The change to the Zoning Path Policy for the 2020/2021 Academic Year was made after studying various PPDB implementations in previous years at the local government level. Although the previous PPDB Permendikbud (Permendikbud No. 51 of 2018 and Permendikbud No. 20 of 2019) have been explicitly stipulated regarding each route, in its implementation the Regional Government makes PPDB provisions mainly on the zoning route with different mechanisms, even not according to the percentage minimum in the previous PPDB provisions. This PPDB regulation is designed so that regions can adjust the rules based on their characteristics and needsThe benefits of the school zoning policy in PPDB are equalizing access to education, bringing the school environment closer to the family environment, eliminating exclusivity and discrimination, assisting in the analysis of the calculation of teacher needs and their distribution, encouraging the creativity of teachers and local governments in providing assistance.Effective teachers are teachers who are able to use various strategies and approaches in teaching children with different abilities.

Abstract

Running a business in the Retail sector in the Clothing Sector is very risky for bankruptcy, therefore it is necessary to use an analytical tool that 95% can produce accurate and reliable results such as the Altman Z-Score, in order to easily predict the level of bankruptcy in the company. This study examines retail companies in the clothing sector by taking 3 samples from the sector companies. This study aims to determine: the bankruptcy of PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk, PT. Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk and PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk as a Retail Company in the Clothing Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The hypothesis is accepted this is due to the phenomenon of the problem of the start of the shopping boom online and there is also a COVID-19 pandemic lockdown in 2020, and the fierce competition factor, the lack of employees or workers and increasingly sophisticated technological factors make businessmen in the retail sector of the clothing sector experience the potential for bankruptcy

Abstract

This study aims to assess the company's financial performance as measured by the current ratio, quick ratio and cash ratio in two conditions, before the COVID-19 pandemic, in 2017 and 2018 and the condition of the COVID-19 pandemic, in 2019 and 2020. The theory that underlies this research is liquidity using the Current Ratio, Quick Ratio and Cash Ratio analysis tools to the 2017-2020 financial position report data. The results showed that the financial performance of PT. SLJ Tbk in 2017-2020 experienced a decrease in liquidity which indicated the company was categorized as illiquid. This decline in financial performance was due to the company being burdened with current debt which continued to increase and was also affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
