Abstract

The purpose of the research resulted in E-Commerce system that provides easiness ofcommercial transactions across the boundaries of cultures and countries with relatively more effective cost and serves personal interaction among users. The marketing digitization provides a number of operational advantages such as an easier tracing of data processing of ordering, inventory system and a more accurate payment that can create a good relationship between companies and customers. Methods used to analyze the market expansion are market opportunity analysis, business model design, customer interface, market communications and prototype design. The production of E-Commerce system uses a component-based extreme programming  method.  E-Commerce  system has front-end  and  back-end.  The  management system of content specifically negates intermediaries, reduces manufacturing and shipping costs, and stores information. E-Commerce architecture focuses on the component use of CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), PHP (Personal Home Page), Javascript Framework, jQuery, CI (CodeIgniter), and empowers the MVC (Model View Controller). The functional testing was used. The software used to do a functional test is Lime. Lime technique is integrated with the Symphony framework for PHP programming language so it is an easy testing process. The web-based sales information system can significantly expand the market share through a more dynamic and interactive business process and  have a clear differentiation pattern for all segments of society.

Abstract

Of the total of 7.2 billion of world population, three billion of them are internet users.During 2013, the numbers of internet users in Indonesia have reached 74.75 million, including31.7 million ‘Netizens’. The numbers of computer users are more than the number of internet users. These computer users are very susceptible to RSI (Repetitive Strain Injuries) which may be in the form of physical disorder, such as MSD (Musculoskeletal Disorders) or CVS (Computer Vision Syndromes), and various mental disorders. These disruptions are mainly due to people’s ignorance to ergonomic positions and incorrect attitude in using the computer for years. The biggest enemy of modern people is called ‘Disease of Civilization’, a disease caused by the changes in civilization due to the advancement of technology and bad life-style. Overcome the impact of modernization, people find the solution by “think backward”  to old concept of the ancestors. Traditional exercise, which at first used for defense mechanism against the nature and enemies (animal and human), is now applied in the work life. Computer users can stay healthy by doing traditional exercises and self-massages. These two prevention efforts are cheap, practical, effective, and no big space required, yet they are very effective and powerful to maintain the health of computer users. In particular, the authors intend to invite computer  users  to  cultivate  “Safe  and  Healthy  Computing’’ (‘‘Aman  dan  Sehat  ber- Komputer’’ = ASK)  by integrating exercises as a their life-style.

Abstract

This research proposes the three dimensional (3D) interaction on the augmented reality(AR) environment based on interposition. Interposition is captured from the intersection of reconstruction points. That points should be increased to generate accurate interposition. The optimal triangulation is used to increase the performance for reconstructing 3D. This method is applied to Logitech camera (passive stereo) and Kinect camera (active stereo) to analyze the result of reconstruction. Based on the calibration testing, optimal triangulation gives a significant deference accuration on both of Logitech and Kinect cameras. On the passive stereo, accurate interaction is generated by combining subpixel detection and the optimal triangulation algorithm, while on the active stereo, the accuration of depth image can be improved by just applying the optimal triangulation algorithm.

Abstract

Unexpected  events,  including  natural  disasters  and  disasters  caused  by  humannegligence often results in the occurrence of an emergency condition. For a disaster event, disaster mitigation is not only necessary, but an emergency response plan for handling the health /  safety of  life of the victims,  are very  important.  Proper  medical  treatment  by a professional will save many lives. Such event can occur at any location and any time, and in the same time can occur a few emergency events that require  some physician team with qualified doctors / particular specialization for handling a number of victims. On the other hand, physicians have a high mobility in performing his professional duties. Due to the limited number of physicians with certain qualifications as required in an emergency and demands should arrive quickly, we need a reliable system in order to coordinate the assignment of an emergency event can be handled properly. Coordination and scheduling can be done by those who have an authority.Scheduling optimization model with special characteristics, among others the existence of a number of emergency events  at several locations at the same time, the limited number of physician,  needs  special  skills  for  handling  emergencies,  and  the  presence  of  medical personnel who are mobile can be done by developing one assignment optimization model, namely integer linear programming (ILP). As for fast communication for coordination between the management authority with a number of doctors, a mobile application can be applied.In this research, Bipartite Graph (BG) model, Ford-Fulkerson Algorithm (FFA) and IPL model as the main part of the decision making structure are implemented into a program. The  first  model  (BG)  present  concordance  between  physicians  with  their  expertises.  The second model (FFA) helps the authority to determine physician who meet the condition. The third model (ILP) helps the authority to determine the best combination of assignment physician. Input, process, output, and feedback from the implementation is represent decision making system for the assignment physician in to the emergency events. So that the physicians can quickly find out the assignment, the schedule can be accessed through mobile applications.

Abstract

There are three lamps in traffic lights, green, red, and amber. The amber lamp is a signfor driver as preparing to move when they are stopping because the red lamp turn on, and as emptying vehicles when the phase of traffic lights turn on green, and the moment is called as lost time. Generally, the amber time is regulated manualyl and constant, but the fact that lost time is not constant. By using CCTV IP IR we can determine speed of vehicle, so we can calculate lost time in real time. The sequence of method is used in this paper to predict and determine speed of vehicle : formulation determination to convert   distance on image into actual distance in unit meter; pattern recognition of vehicles, in this research using previous research; time depth determination of the first capturing traffic until the second capturing; speed calculation of each vehicles types, and average of vehicles speed; calculation of lost time. The result of the algorithm aplying show that system can predict the speed of the vehicle, by using velocity formulation the system can determine lost time in automatically.

Abstract

Radio Frequency Identification application (RFID) has been developed to date. Oneapplication RFID. One of RFID applications developed here is a system of monitoring and controlling the lecturers performance in the lecture. In the recording system lecturers are present at each college requires a signature on the list of attendance or presence at every lecture. This situation allows and the chance of fraud in attendance lecturers where lecturers not teaching,   but still have the attendance of teaching. Thus it is important to establish a monitoring system that automatically controlled and computerized by RFID-based, so it can provide accurate information, especially in Kanjuruhan University of Malang. From research conducted found that the RFID reader can detect and read the RFID ID card, and assisted with the software as an interface can read the records in the database and display monitor in accordance with the lecturers name stored in the database. And any data that is detected will be stored in a database so easy to be viewed / monitored by the authorities

Abstract

Tilt angle is an important parameter in the flying robot to keep stability while airborne. The tilt angle was measured using Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU). The IMU consists of two sensors, the accelerometer and gyroscope. Each data from these sensors have noise that caused an error measurements. So that, it is needed a combination of sensor data to make a precision and acuracy data.Therefore, the author tries to combine accelerometer and gyroscope (sensor fusion) using a kalman filter algorithm that is implemented on Micro Hexacopter to obtain accurate data in regulating stability while airborne.

Abstract

Integration method of  stream and generator cipher can used to randomizing  messageinformation. Delivery of message information through email or mobile is required a good security and safety system. So can protect message information that be acceptable by receiver carefully and  precise.  In  this  article  methodologies  which  will  be  applied  for randomize message  information  is    processing  encryption  and    descryption  to    apply  stream  and generator cipher. The software of  this can be used to send message information applicable to information in character secret by using key stream and   generator cipher as introduction lock  of  message information.  So  with  existence  of  this  stream  and  generator  cipher  is locking authentication message information become safe and is well ensured.

Abstract

In this era medical record is focussed on how to arrange medical record document. Thestatus of manual medical record will be kept on the storage, the media like paper is very easy to be broken and lost. Therefore the information of  medical record data will be difficult to be gotten completely, moreover the file of medical record especially for using personal is not easy to be kept.How the people face the improvement in using the gadget and also smartphone. it should be cope with how to optimalize smartphone technology used by people by using correct information  media  in  the  implementing  electronic  medical  record  for  each  person.  This research  design  also  includes  the  technology  of  geographical  information  system  for  the spatial data of private doctor, hospital, medical laboratorium and related object for every using smartphone.This research will result the running application on the smartphone that can operate and manage individual medical record. It can be integrated online on the center of health and give recommendation and retrieval information about medical note for the hospital, private doctor or other health service. The invention of this application can process the medical record data from some deseases fast, more detail and easy, also the geographical visualization for the related health service.
