Abstract

Technology at this time is very important for everyday people, computerization is needed to facilitate human work. In the education sector, especially at the Pasir Pengaraian University (UPP). UPP is a university located in Kab. Rokan Hulu, Riau, UPP has problems in processing data on the selection of outstanding students (PILMAPRES) using Microsoft Excel which is considered to have many shortcomings. The purpose of this study was to implement a decision support system for the selection of outstanding students. This system will be implemented using the PHP and MySQL programming languages. Decision support systems that are made using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, using the interview method to collect data. The results of the study show that the adoption of a decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method can recommend the best alternatives to pilmpares UPP

Abstract

The development of information technology brings us into a new world, a world where communication plays an important role in life. A variety of facilities are provided to meet all communication needs. The Faculty of Computer Science is one of the Faculties at Pasir Pengaraian University, at the Faculty of Computer Science also provides various information about teaching staff (lecturers), lectures, teaching schedules and so on. Management of information at this time is by the archive system on file folders with a long search process. Based on these problems a special lecturer profile information system was created at the Faculty of Computer Science. In the system built this has the advantage that the search time does not require a long time and can be accessed by all parties. With this system can help all parties who need lecturer data.

Abstract

Ibay Computer Course and Training Institution (LKP) is a Computer Education Center the best choice of computer courses for Rantauprapat and outside the city of Rantauprapat because the courses are up to and accredited B. Currently Ibay Computers serve computer courses starting from Office Operators, Programming, Computer Technicians , Computer Networks, Multimedia, Internet, Autoca, Animation and Other Computer Courses. But now all recording transactions at Ibay Computers still use a manual system, so that all recording processes are less accurate. In addition, the course payment process is still recorded manually and inaccurately, because it must count one by one transactions that occur every day. Therefore an information technology-based system is needed to correct old system weaknesses. In making this new information system, it is intended to be able to record income and expenditure transactions quickly and accurately. And can display monthly reports quickly and accurately to the owner of a computer course. In addition, this new information system provides online registration facilities where prospective participants can register themselves through the website or Android application. The old system analysis process by conducting a survey to the computer course Ibay Computer. From the results of testing the new information system, it can record income and expenses accurately, and course participants can register their own course schedules through the website. And can display all reports to the owner. And from the results of a questionnaire filled by 5 correspondents, it was found that the overall application evaluation results were 87% good

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) techniques on the cargoriau.com website. This research focuses on the application of marketing by utilizing SEO with onpage and offpage methods in the development and improvement of freight forwarding services, cargo and expeditions in the regency and city areas in Riau Province. The website "www.cargoriau.com" is one of the websites supporting Zataka Express Group's freight forwarders and cargo promotions. Data collection techniques in this study are by interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study include transcripts of interviews, data reduction, analysis, and interpretation of data. The results of data analysis can then be concluded. The results of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) conducted by researchers on the website "www.cargoriau.com" yielded results in the increasing number of service users, Cargo and Expeditions to various districts and cities in Riau Province. This is because more traffic from website visitors "www.cargoriau.com" and the website is indexed on the first page of Google

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan Neural Network dengan metode kuantisasi Learning Vector untuk Klasifikasi Penyakit THT. Data yang diperoleh berasal dari RSUD Rantauprapat Labuhanbatu yang didiagnosis dokter hingga pasien sebanyak 57 pasien. Variabel input yang digunakan adalah data berdasarkan simptom-simptom penyakit seperti demam, sakit kepala, batuk, nyeri saat berbicara, sakit tenggorokan, kehilangan pendengaran telinga, alergi, menggigil dan berkeringat, keluar lendir yang tebal, bening sedangkan variabel targetnya adalah bagian tenggorokan Farangitis bagian tenggorokan , Hidung dan Sinusitis bagian infeksi saluran telinga. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh model arsitektur Klasifikasi Lapisan Input dengan 10 neuron, neuron Competitive Layer 3, neuron Layer 3 Line, Laju Belajar 0,05, Nilai Tujuan 0,01 MSE 0,207 dan nilai rata-rata akurasi 67%

Abstract

Proposal is a condition that must be fulfilled in making an activity. An activity cannot work if the proposal is not approved or without a proposal. The effectiveness of proposal management greatly influences the running of an activity. If the acceptance of the proposal is still by binding and sent to the recipient's room and the examination of the old proposal will hamper the implementation of an activity. Therefore making the proposal management system better, more effective and more efficient will help the activities themselves. This system offers online based using the PHP programming language, and MySQL database. The process of the e-proposal system involves student organizations, student affairs, and administrators as actors of the e-proposal system. The e-proposal system provides a system of submission, examination up to filing activity proposals, and a tracking system that makes it easier for student organizations to monitor the proposal. Overall the e-proposal system makes the performance of each part involved effective. Effective performance will make proposal management more efficient

Abstract

Pekanbaru City Police Department said that the level of crime in security and public order increased in 2017 compared to the previous year. In 2016 there were 1,847 cases, up to 2,043 cases in 2017. Far enough, around 196 cases, or 9.59 percent, were data recorded by the police of Pekanbaru resorts. The most prominent cases were theft with weights (Curat), which were 381 cases. The second is cases of narcotics and illegal drugs with 234 cases. Whereas the third rank is the case of motor vehicle theft (Curanmor) and the hijacking which is currently rife again in the city of Pekanbaru because almost every day there is news about cases of halt that occurred in the City of Pelanbaru. Geographic Information Systems (GIS) can be presented in the form of desktop applications or web-based applications that can provide an explanation of an event, make forecasting events, and other strategic planning by mapping the position of objects on the surface of the earth. It is very much needed by Pekanbaru people and immigrants to get information and find out about the location of vulnerable criminal areas in the city of Pekanbaru

Abstract

Naive Bayes algorithm can be used to predict a situation, in this study discussed how the Naive Bayes algorithm predicts a business opportunity in an environment. Environmental needs factor is a benchmark for the feasibility of opening a business, there are two types of businesses offered, namely trade and services, from a survey conducted on 50 consumer samples, consisting of 27 women and 23 men with certain criteria. From the data obtained the analysis will be based on the quantification of trade-offs using certain probability values. The selection of Naive Bayes Algorithm in this analysis is because this algorithm only requires a small amount of training data to determine the estimation of parameters needed in the classification process. From the results of this study, it is expected to be able to determine the prediction of business opportunities for the people of Medan Amplas.
