Abstract

Front End Guest Book information system on the Central Bureau of Statistics is very helpful in terms of recording visitor data, by providing an android based mobile devices that exist in the service, then visitors simply fill the self-biodata in accordance with the guidelines and face recording by utilizing the existing front camera on the device and the data is stored in a database. This system is very helpful part of the service in directing where the destination visitors in accordance with the data that has been in the content. The visitor data has reports that can be viewed and printed periodically, meaning that the head of the Central Bureau of Statistics can see the progress of visitors and their goals on a regular basis.

Abstract

Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (Decision Support System) dirancang untuk menghasilkan berbagai alternatif yang ditawarkan kepada para pengambil keputusan, karenasebagian besar proses pengambilan keputusan yaitu bentuk pemilihan dari berbagai alternatif yang akan dipilih, melalui mekanisme tertentu, dengan harapan dapat menghasilkan sebuah keputusan yang baik. Adapun metode yang digunakan untuk pemilihan keputusan adalah Profile Matching yang dapat membantu menemukan solusi atau alternatif untuk sebuahmasalah. Metode ini dapat membantu pengambil keputusan pada situasi yang ada di mana terdapat banyak alternatif keputusan dengan beberapa aspek, untuk pemilihan siswa terideal untuk menjali peserta olimpiade matematika. Adapun seluruh proses yang dilakukan menggunakan Profile Matching didapatkan hasil akhir pada pe-ranking-an siswa yang memilikikecocokan paling dekat dengan siswa ideal untuk menjadi peserta olimpiade matematika

Abstract

Marketing is one of the factors that play an important role in determining the success of an attempt tointroduce the types of products offered. The more creative the marketing will be more and more consumers areinterested. One form of creative marketing by using a web-based information system with a unique andattractive appearance. Currently, the development and advancement of the internet is also very fast, either inperson or agency is in need of internet. They use the internet to present the latest information services requiredby the community. An agency or company is in need of internet services. As in Dekranasda Kab. Inhil, theydesperately need promotion services to market the production is widespread, but during this promotion are stillusing manual systems only. Therefore, in this study will raise the issue of web-based marketing informationsystem to facilitate the marketing and sale of goods production Dekranasda. Web-based Marketing InformationSystem using PHP programming language designed using Dreamweaver 8 application and the MySQLdatabase. As well as the Mozilla Firefox application used to display web-based marketing information systemthat has been designed. Hopefully with this system can facilitate the promotion and sale of handicrafts Inhil andits products can be recognized by the public.

Abstract

This research was conducted to study the decision-making process by using fuzzyMulti Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) with total integral value method, which isimplemented in the selection of appropriate promotional tool in promoting educationalinstitutions that sheltered by Yayasan Sahabat Iman Orthodox Indonesia (YSIOI). Data werecollected through observation and interviews conducted with adviser and founder of theFoundation, and the Foundation promotional team coordinator. Furthermore, the data wereanalyzed to determine the weight or importance of each criterion (W) and the level of suitabilityof each alternative with each criterion (A). Fuzzy suitability index value is generated for eachalternative, and then used to calculate the total integral value of each alternative, to generatethe highest ranking of alternative. In this study the author use six alternative means ofpromotion tools, namely: advertising, personal selling, public relations, direct marketing, salespromotion, and internet. While the criteria used were: cost per audience member, coverage,deliver complicated messages, interchange with audiences, credibility, timing, and evaluation.From the calculation results, personal selling tool is the alternative with the highest totalintegral value (F) among the other alternatives. Thus, the personal selling is a suitablepromotion tool recommended for being used by the YSIOI to promote educational institutionunder it’s aegis

Abstract

Tanaman kelapa sawit unggul bisa berasal dari persilangan dari berbagai sumber sperti inter and intra specific crossing, disamping itu bahan tanaman kelapa sawit unggul juga bisa dihasilkan dari pemulihan pada tingkat molikuler yang diperbanyak secara vegetative dengan teknik kultur jaringan, bahan tanaman kelapa sawit yang umum ditanam diperkebunan komersial yaitu persilangan dura x pisifera (D x P) yang disebut tenera. Dari hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting, didapatkan nilai yang terbesar 0.82 terdapat pada V2, sehingga alternatif A2 yaitu bibit socfindo yang terpilih sebagai alternatif terbaik. Pada sistem pedukukung keputusan pemilihan bibit kelapa sawit ini ada beberapa yang menjadi pokok acuan dasar kriterianya adalah rendemen, jenis tanah, temperatur udara, ketinggian daerah, dan curah hujan (dengan pembagian merata sepanjang tahun) karena berdasarkan kriteria tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan pemilihan bibit kelapa sawit yang baik dan berkualitas

Abstract

Salah satu instansi milik Pemda Tingkat II Kampar adalah Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Bangkinang yang terletak di pintu gerbang kota Bangkinang dari arah Pekanbaru. Rumah Sakit ini mempunyai tugas dan fungsi melayani masyarakat dalam bidang pelayanan kesehatan. Untuk dapat memberikan pelayanan yang lebih optimal kepada pasien dan keluarganya dalam hal pembayaran biaya berobat, maka dibutuhkan Sistem Informasi Tagihan (Billing System) yang akan engintegrasikan beberapa bagian dari divisi yang terlibat dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada pasien rawat inap di rumah sakit ini. Berdasarkan hal tersebut diatas maka akan dibahas “Bagaimana merancang sistem informasi tagihan pasien rawat inappada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Bangkinang”. Abstract

English learning using text lacks appeal for children. The use of multimedia will make the learning process fun because children interact directly with moving pictures and sound. Edugame application presents different nuances and experiences for children of primary school age in understanding English as well as interacting with computer applications. This app is designed with an Object-Oriented approach that uses UML. A game that is Quiz Game devoted according to the needs of users of the Institute of English Course. This application is implemented using Action Script 2.0 programming language and Adobe Flash software. This application is very interactive and can be used as a teaching tool in learning English or used independently by the user

Abstract

Decision Making Application Acceptance BOS To Elementary School With AHP method. Has created a system as a tool for selecting beneficiary schools boss. In this system willhave primary schools are eligible to receive funding boss in the next year. The criteria used adalam this application are: Reports Tri Wulan, Dapodikmen Data, Indicators Improvement,Service, Student Achievement, Achievement Teacher, School Achievement and Accreditation. In this study, computational methods of decision-making system that is used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP settlement process are: a. Determine the order of priority criteria, b. Determining the value of the weight of each school, c. Shape calculated by AHP. The final result of the school priority value is used as decision-making tools
