Abstract

The developer of the system microcontroller ATMega16 in a control system that is moving forward, facilitate human to do control of such a device automatically without a computer device. This makes the system control in the industry is getting easier and cheaper. In this study will be made in the control system machine pieces of plastic roll on the sensor optocoupler. The equipment uses two motors, dc, of the country to curl up plastic so they form a roll, and the motor still to move heating and cutter. For the process of heating used a wire niklin as for the process of cutting the use of blade saw. To determine the length of plastic pieces then used a sensor optocoupler, and microcontroller ATMega16 as a control centre.Key word: Microkontroler ATMega16, optocoupler.

Abstract

Salah satu cara  melaksanakan Pengelolaan Hutan Lestari adalah melalui proses sertifikasi secara internasional yang dikenal dengan Sertifikasi Ekolebel.  Program sertifikasi akan dapat berjalan sangat baik apabila mendapat dukungan dari masyarakat sekitar hutan dan yang sudah tergabung dalam organisasi LMDH.Dukungan LMDH terhadap program sertifikasi akan mempercepat pelaksanaan program sertifikasi ekolabel di KPH Perum Perhutani di Jawa Timur.  Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah menggunakan random sample secara purposive terhadap 23 KPH di Jawa Timur dipilih 3 KPH analisis yang dipakai adalah uji  mean berpasangan. Hasil kajian menunjukan bahwa LMDH Pemula, LMDH Sedang maupun LMDH unggulan di KPH sangat mendukung program sertifikasi yang sedang maupun yang akan dilkukan. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil uji beda mean berpasangan di KPH Madiun, Ngawi dan Bojonegoro terletak  di daerah tolak maka h0 diterima  yang berarti tidak ada perbedaan diantara ketiga jenis LMDH dalam mendukung progam sertifikasi. Kata kunci: Optimalisasi LMDH

Abstract

An electroless plating process that does not use electric current in the coating process. Coatings that occurs due to the reaction of reduction and oxidation of [ermukaan objects, thus forming a layer of metal derived from the metal salt. Because it does not use an electric current in the electron exchange coating process happens more slowly. The purpose of this study is to see the reaction products formed on the surface of coal bottom ash results electroless plating which is affected by variations in the weight of aluminum and temperature oxidation by testing the SEM-EDX. Results of SEM-EDX will be the reaction products formed by using statistical software version PCPDF WIN 2:01. From the test results SEM-EDX with magnesium weight variation and temperature variation affects the oxidation Wt%-forming elements in it but does not affect the elements formed where for all specimens produce similar reactions, namely Aluminium Silicate Al2SiO5.Keywords: Composites, electroless plating, the reaction products formed

Abstract

Hakekat perubahan ketatalaksanaan diarahkan untuk melakukan penataan tata laksana instansi pemerintah yang efektif dan efisien. Salah satu upaya pelayanan publik adalah kegiatan atau rangkaian kegiatan dalam rangka pemenuhan kebutuhan pelayanan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan bagi setiap warga negara dan penduduk atas barang, jasa, dan/atau pelayanan administratif yang disediakan oleh penyelenggara pelayanan publik. Pelaksana pelayanan publik yang selanjutnya disebut Pelaksana adalah pejabat, pegawai, petugas, dan setiap orang yang bekerja di dalam organisasi penyelenggara yang bertugas melaksanakan tindakan atau serangkaian tindakan pelayanan publik. Standar pelayanan adalah tolok ukur yang dipergunakan sebagai pedoman penyelenggaraan pelayanan dan acuan penilaian kualitas pelayanan sebagai kewajiban dan janji penyelenggara kepada masyarakat dalam rangka pelayanan yang berkualitas, cepat, mudah, terjangkau, dan terukur. Pelayanan Berjenjang adalah penyelenggaraan pelayanan yang dilaksanakan secara bertingkat dengan menyediakan kelas-kelas pelayanan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat untuk memberikan pilihan kepada masyarakat pengguna pelayanan dengan tetap memperhatikan prinsip keadilan dan proporsionalitas. Satuan Kerja Penyelenggara adalah unit kerja yang bertugas menyelenggarakan pelayanan publik yang berhubungan langsung dengan pengguna layanan. Penyelenggaraan pemerintahan lebih banyak diserahkan kepada pemerintah daerah seluas-luasnya dengan maksud adalah untuk menggali berbagai potensi yang dimiliki oleh daerah tersebut, dan untuk meningkatkan pemberian pelayanan kepada masyarakat secara baik, benar dan cepat. Pemerintah daerah dituntut untuk dapat menyelenggarakan pelayanan sesuai dengan harapan masyarakat dan kebutuhan masyarakat. Pola pelayanan publik yang dikehendaki oleh otonomi daerah adalah pelayanan publik yang mendekatkan diri dengan pihak yang dilayani. Tata cara pelayanan yang dikehendaki, diinginkan dan diharapakan oleh masyarakat yaitu pelayanan yang lebih cepat (faster), lebih murah (cheaper) dan lebih baik (better). Untuk memenuhi yang diinginkan dan harapan masyarakat yang dilayani, penyedia layanan harus lebih dekat (closer),   lebih cepat (faster) dan lebih baik (better). Standar adalah spesifikasi teknis atau sesuatu yang dibakukan termasuk tata cara dan metode yang disusun berdasarkan konsesus semua pihak yang terkait dengan memperhatikan syarat-syarat keselamatan, keamanan, kesehatan, lingkungan hidup, perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, pengalaman, perkembangan masa kini dan masa yang akan datang untuk memperoleh manfaat yang sebesar-besarnya.Key word: Standar pelayanan publik

Abstract

Flat development is a response for citizen dwelling needs, especially for the citizen who have a lower economic, problem of lands high cost, and limited lands. Based for the problem, The Indonesian government has made a policy to built rental flats or belonging flats as a solution. On the flat development, one of criteria should applied is facade of a flat which can reduce heat thermal into buildings. This study is a second part which made a recommendation of flat mass to get comfortable thermal value by natural energy. While, this second study for identify a design recommendation of flat facade to get comfortable thermal value by natural energy. This method of study uses some literatures related on arranger a facade on the flats. The correlate variable is about materials and ventilation. Ventilation is about wide, position, and model of ventilation on the building. Besides that, explore the facade and analyze based for land efficiency, occupant’s behavior, building aesthetics, wind flow optimizing, sunlight optimizing and heat insulation into building. Result of this study is get a saving energy flat model on warm-humid climate. Focus on optimize the facade of the buildings to get comfortable value for the occupants.Keywords: flat facade, energy saving, warm-humid climate

Abstract

 Aluminium is a metal which has a mild nature, corrosion resistance, and electrical conductors that are used as matiks. Bottom ash coal used for reinforcement which is useful for producing aluminum composite with excellent mechanical properties and low cost. Besides the mechanical properties of aluminum can be enhanced by the addition of alloying elements (alloying) and the heat treatment process (heat tretment). The purpose of research is a comparative changes in microstructure before and after T6 heat treatment. This research will look at the changes in the microstructure of aluminum composite bottom ash coal that have undergone a process of T6 heat treatment that includes, (solid solution) is done at a temperature of 540 °C with a holding time of 6 hours, (quenching) with media cooling water, salt water (brine), oil, and (aging) with aging time of 2 hours, 4 hours, and 6 hours at a temperature of 180 °C From the results of tests performed on the aluminum composite material coal bottom ash, before and after T6 heat treatment process shows that. Granules greatest average diameter of the grain is shown by the media granules with salt water cooling 6-hour holding time for 165,3pm, and the smallest is 95,58pm with water cooling media holding time 6 hours, while aluminum composite granules of coal bottom ash without treatment equal to 158.4 pmKeywords: aluminum, coal bottom ash, heat treatment, quenching, aging, microstructure

Abstract

DC lamp voltage monitoring by microcontroller ATmega 328P through wireless zigbee is a monitoring tool that uses a DC lamp AVR microcontroller as a data processor, voltage and current sensors on the lights to detect the lamp current and voltage power supply, monitoring DC lights will transmit data to the monitoring in the form of a PC (Personal Computer) with the help of Visual Basic software, data transmission through wireless zigbee. Monitoring lamps DC serves to detect damage to the lamp and power supply, monitoring can be used to monitor street lighting that uses a DC lamp. Monitoring can monitor the DC lamp lights up to 50W and the power supply voltage is 12 VDC and can be informed remotely by using zigbee as a communication medium.Keywords: zigbee, lights, monitoring, ATmega

Abstract

Beton berserat adalah bagian komposit yang terdiri dari beton biasa dan bahan lain yang berupa serat, pada penelitian ini digunakan bahan serat berupa fibre steel produksi PT. BEKAERT berasal dari negara Belgia, yang merupakan perusahaan terkemuka didunia dalam bidang tekknologi di kawat baja transformasi dan coating teknologi.Spesifikasi fibre steel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Dramix®3D, Material properties : Tensile strength: Rm,nom : 1.345 N/mm2, Tolerances: ± 7,5% Avg, Young’s Modulus: ± 210.000 N/mm2, Geometry Fibre family Length (l) 35 mm, Diameter (d) 0,55 mm, Aspect ratio (l/d) 65. Hasil Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui nilai kosentrasi serat fibre steel optimum yang menghasilkan nilai kuat tekan dengan komposisi serat 0%, 2,5%, 5%, 7,5%, 10 %, serta perbandingan nilai ekonomis dari beton tanpa campuran dan beton dengan campuran serat fibre steel. Benda uji yang diteliti berbentuk silinder dengan ukuran diameter 150 mm dan tinggi 300 mm diuji untuk kuat tekan.Mix design beton dengan mutu 25 Mpa untuk pengujian umur beton umur beton 3 hari didapatkan hasil tegangan tekan beton (f’c) sebagai berikut : campuran fibre steel 0 % , f’c = 54.47, campuran fibre steel 2.5 % , f’c = 56.83, campuran fibre steel 5 %, f’c = 72.06, campuran fibre steel 10 % , f’c = 87.02.Kata kunci : beton serat, fibre steel, kuat tekan

Abstract

Ultrasonic sensor has the ability to measure the distance to an object up to 300 cm by emitting ultrasonic waves. Ultrasonic waves emitted propagating in air at the speed of sound waves 344m / sec. Reflected wave is used to detect the object distance. By using a microcontroller as a data processing, a liquid comprising system can be created. Microcontroller can control the motor dreiver relay to  activate the pump to fille the  tube and stop it if the liquid level in cylindrical tube has been reached. This system uses ultrasonic sensors GH-311, the microcontroller ATmega16, and a dc motor. The test results show, in general, GH-311 ultrasonic sensor can be applied to read the distance to the surface of the liquid, in detection range of 2cm-300cm. The system works and keep filling the tube during the waterlevel  in the tube has not reached 17 cm (as setting point). Abstract

Concrete is important engineering material, expensive construction can be caused by increasing cost of concrete. In recent years, concrete production has increased which means consumption of coarse aggregate also increased. Natural coarse aggregate is gravel. Due to the growth in the construction industry, the demand for gravel is increasing rapidly, therefore gravel is expensive. Constructions companies which are close to Sampang are used to using limestone from Sampang as partial replacement of coarse aggregate for construction which are cheaper and greater available than gravel in order to reduce concrete cost. In this case there is a need to study the concrete with limestone from Sampang as coarse aggregate in order to get better understanding of limestone in concrete mixes. The aim of this research is to investigate the compressive strength of the concrete in which limestone from Sampang was used as coarse aggregate is partially or completely replaced.  The coarse aggregate was replaced with  0%, 25%, 50%, 75% , 100% by limestone from Sampang, respectively. The compressive strengths of concrete speciemens for respective mix proportions were tested at 3, 7, 14 and 28 days of water curing. In addition the source aggregate properties were considered in this research : Los Angeles abrasion, absorption and spesific gravity for coarse aggregates and fine aggregate. The result of this investigation showed with the increase in the percentage of limestone from Sampang replacement in concrete, the compressive strength of the limestone from Sampang significantly increased.Keywords: concrete, coarse aggregate, limestone, compressive strength
