Abstract

Debt is one of the activities muamalah are allowed in Islam. Most people choose the wrong place when the event of default of borrowing and cause disputes often occur crime and immoral actions against the borrower. Unlike the case with accounts payable disputes that occur in society Talohen Hulu. The purpose of this study was to determine the background of the debts, the form of contract debts and settlement of disputes when the event of default (wanprestasi)in among community of Talohen Hulu village of Ampah City district of East Barito.

Abstract

Marketing from businesses or businesspersons uses social media influencers to enhance consumer interest and sales, as well as contribute to brand awareness. Given the increasingly fierce economic rivalry in Palangka Raya, it is difficult for business owners to survive and grow their businesses. This research's objective was to examine and determine the impact of the Abang. Lapar program's endorsement on the purchasing intentions of Palangka Raya customers. This type of research is expost facto. This research employed a statistical associative approach. Methods for collecting data via questionnaires and written documents. This research's population consisted of 15,600 followers of the Instagram account Abang.Lapar, the sample consisted of 100 participants whose values were estimated using the Slovin formula with a 10% margin of error. Using IBM SPSS Statistics 22, a simple linear regression analysis, correlation test, t test, and coefficient of determination (R2) test are utilized to analyze the data. The results of a simple linear regression analysis indicate a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, indicating a significant influence. The result of the test obtained a Pearson correlation value of 0.756, which indicates that the degree of association is substantial. The conclusion is therefore that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The result of the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.572, which indicates that the independent variable (endorsement) can explain 57.2% of the Palangka Raya consumers' buying interest, while the remaining 42.8% is explained by other variables. Therefore, 57.2% is classified as having a moderate impact. Thus, it can be argued that Abang.Lapar's endorsement of Palangka Raya has increased consumer interest in the product.

Abstract

According to PSAK there are two fundamental qualitative characteristics in financial statements, namely relevant and faithful representation. The use of accounting standards is expected to improve the quality of financial statements. This study aims to look at the level of relevance and faithful representation of financial statements at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia in the period 2013-2017. The sample in this study is 11 Islamic Banks. The level of relevance is measured by the absolute predictive value while the proxy of faithful representation is by using the absolute value of the discretionary accrual. The results of this study are that there is phenomenon trade-off where when the level of relevance of a bank is high, the value of faithful representation is lower among other islamic banks.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of taxpayer internal factors to comply with applicable tax laws. Variable religiosity and nationalism become exogenous variables to define tax morale, while tax morale will define tax compliance. Samples taken over 200 individual taxpayers whose Islam religion. Data analysis was done using Structural Equation Model (SEM) by dividing the step into outer test and inner test. The results showed that statistically religiosity influence tax morale, but on the contrary, nationalism is not shown significant results. Tax morale on tax compliance showed positive results and significant. Based on these results, can be concluded that religiosity still plays an important role in moslem society

Abstract

Salah satu produk yang perkembangannya sangat cepat pada zaman sekarang ini berhubungan dengan pakaian. Pakaian adalah kebutuhan pokok manusia selain makanan dan tempat tinggal (rumah). Manusia membutuhkan pakaian untuk melindungi dan menutup dirinya. Namun seiring dengan perkembangan kehidupan manusia, pakaian juga digunakan sebagai simbol status, jabatan, ataupun kedudukan seseorang yang memakainya. Bisnis penjualan pakaian sekarang ini memang sangat berkembang, ini terbukti dengan semakin banyaknya muncul butik, distro dan online shop yang menjual berbagai jenis pakaian. Fenomena ini di akibatkan karena meningkatnya permintaan pasar. Untuk itu penelitian ini akan difokuskan pada pengaruh jenis produk pakaian dan penetapan harga terhadap permintaan produk di Kota Palangka Raya dengan studi kasus di Toko Yulia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh jenis produk pakaian dan penetapan harga terhadap permintaan produk. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang dilakukan secara langsung di lapangan atau bisa disebut dengan field research dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 400 responden konsumen yang membeli di Toko Yulia. Metode pengumpulan data penulis menggunakan angket.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai F sebesar 241,559. Apabila menggunakan F tabel sebesar 0,0983 maka artinya ada pengaruh secara signifikan antara jenis produk pakaian dan penetapan harga secara simultan terhadap permintaan produk. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa nilai R Square sebesar 0,549 yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel jenis produk pakaian dan penetapan harga mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 54,9 % terhadap variabel permintaan produk, sedangkan 45,1% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor di luar dari variabel jenis produk pakaian dan penetapan harga. Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that affect level of skepticism of Islamic bank customers where researchers try to see the paradigm of thinking and consumer attitude using the perspective of Theory of Reason Action (TRA)from Ajzen and Fishbein (1980). The survey was conducted on 597 Islamic bank customers using a Google form distributed online. All hypotheses proposed in this study are supported. These results show that in the context of Islamic banking in Indonesia, researchers find that the level of skepticism will decrease as customers better understand the information received and evaluate information according to their needs and according to their expectations. Researchers try to contribute both practically and theoretically.First, practically this research provides important information for practitioners that customers still have a skeptical attitude towards sharia claims from Islamic banking. Finally, theoretically this study contributes to the literature by testing the skepticism of Islamic banking customers which is still a research gap in marketing research and consumer behavior in general and the research of sharia banking in particular.
