Al-Ta'rib : Jurnal Ilmiah Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab UIN Palangka Raya
Al Tarib is an international peer reviewed journal that publishes original research and critical scholarship on Arabic Language Education and Applied Arabic Linguistics with a particular emphasis on Arabic as a Foreign Language and Arabic as a Second Language. The journal aims to advance theoretically informed, methodologically rigorous, and globally relevant studies that address contemporary challenges and innovations in Arabic language teaching, learning, and assessment. The journal prioritizes contributions on pedagogy and curriculum innovation in Arabic language education, technology enhanced learning, digital pedagogy, artificial intelligence, and computational approaches to Arabic language teaching and learning. It also welcomes research on the development and assessment of Arabic language skills including listening, speaking, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, translation, and communicative competence. Other areas include learner cognition, motivation, identity, self regulated learning, psychological and sociocultural dimensions of Arabic learning, teacher education, professional development, teacher agency, instructional design, Arabic language assessment and evaluation, multilingualism, language environments, intercultural communication, Arabic language policy, Arabic for Specific Purposes, and interdisciplinary applications of Arabic. The journal also welcomes emerging studies in Arabic linguistics, educational technology, digital humanities, and natural language processing that contribute to the advancement of Arabic language education. Particular consideration is given to studies employing robust empirical methods, systematic reviews, meta analyses, design based research, experimental approaches, mixed methods approaches, and interdisciplinary perspectives that generate transferable knowledge and contribute to the international development of Arabic language education and applied Arabic studies.

It is unthinkable that errors in the pronunciation of Arabic voices can hinder understanding and lead to ambiguity and ambiguity in meaning. This study aims to determine the sound errors that researchers witnessed in Luqman al-Hakim Surabya school students. This study uses descriptive and qualitative methods for field research. The source of the data consists of primary data (samples of class II A students) and secondary data found from references related to research. While the method for collecting research data is using observation and interviews. After conducting research at the Luqman Al-Hakim School in Surabaya, the researcher found a sound error, namely the mention of letters that are similar to Tatwiriyah errors and errors in the mention of sounds in Arabic that are not found in Indonesian, namely the Prayer of Blessing. the cause of errors in the mention of the sound of Arabic in class II A students at Luqman Al-Hakim Surabaya School is ignorance and lack of application of rules in terms of sound also because of the influence of mother tongue, namely Indonesian.It is unthinkable that errors in the pronunciation of Arabic voices can hinder understanding and lead to ambiguity and ambiguity in meaning. This article aims to explain the position of Arabic language, its role and the orientation of learning it. It also tells about how muslim people respond to it, and how they take responsibility to give their children Arabic learning. In fact, not all Indonesian muslims learn Arabic whereas it is the language used in the pray and in the Holy Quran and Hadith, the two main sources of Islamic teachings. The role of Arabic also can be noticed in the development of Islamic studies and civilization. It is also as the means of communication, and international relation and diplomacy as well. Recently the orientation of the Arabic learning also changes not only for religious but also professional and economic purposes. In the religious context, every muslim is obliged to learn Arabic as much as he can to help him do the prayer. To understand the Quran and Hadith, and to master in Islamic studies, he has to learn Arabic, and so does those who teach Islamic lessons in the school, Arabic teachers and other muslim academics.
