The development of interactive multimedia CD-based teaching materials is urgent because the learning process in the Arabic Education Department is not 100% done as expected. This can be seen from some indicators that have not been achieved in the teaching and learning process. First, the lecturers teaching the same courses of Arabic language skills do not have the same standards of the competencies that students need to achieve, the learning objectives of each meeting and the assessment. Second, the use of interactive multimedia CDs have not been widely used by all lecturers of Arabic language skills. Third, there was no standard of teaching material used by some lecturers who teach the courses of Arabic language skills despite the findings from previous studies that show 25% of students have general high schools background which cause disparate abilities among students in the department. This study is a reseach and development adopting Sugiono’s development stages combined with ADDIE design model and the ASSURE design model which is then termed as ADDIERE design. This study uses mixed qualitative and quantitative methods. The results of this study are the following. First, there is a set of teaching materials comprising a validated and empirically-proven efective an interactive multimedia CD and book. The book consists of 12 chapters with each covers four language skills. The CD combines autoplay, wondershare quiz creator, record, Arabic pad tool and text media, audio and images.

Language is essentially sound. In using Arabic, the sound spoken is related to a certain meaning. A person who has a certain language can recognize the sounds that are coupled, so that they are meaningful speeches. In this case, phonology is a branch of language that talks about the sound of language that is able to distinguish the meaning of a word. The problem that was first encountered by someone in learning oral languages, especially foreign languages ​​and regional languages, was the problem of his speech. Before learning the meaning of various words and the grammar to be faced, first he must recognize the sounds used in them. Sound science as a classical science that has received tremendous attention from the Arabs since its inception. It can be seen from what was done by the lugho scholars including Imam Jahidz. He discussed in detail about Arabic phonetics, the sound of the language, the place where the language came out and its characteristics. Thus, the researcher wanted to discuss the above matters mainly about language sounds according to Jahidz, using qualitative descriptive research methods. The result of this study is al-Jahiz’s thought that sound comes from vibration of human body using lips in oral activity, then there is a transition around the lips which moves to the ears and brain, and finally the vibration is called as vocal. It is divided into psychology and physiology.

Al-Jahiz is an Arabic linguist discussing ancient and modern linguistic theories, but most of the current generation ((Arabic linguists) do not know much about him. This study aimed to examine the concept of Al-Jahiẓ on disabilities of kinetics (Al-harakiyah) and disclosure (Al-Bayaniyah) in using language. The method used was descriptive qualitative which would describe and analyze in depth the concept of Al-Jahiẓ in terms of kinetics and disclosure disabilities. The primary data sources were collected through documentation of Al-Jahiz books and others that discussed his findings. Based on the results, it was concluded that: According to Al-Jahiẓ, disabilities of kinetics (Al-harakiyah) include the presence of several movements made by the speaker during speaking or speech indicating turbulence, instability and composure, such as clearing throat or coughing. While the disabilities of disclosure (Al-Bayaniyah) include Al- ‘Ayyu Al-ḥaá¹£ru, Al-Bik’u, Al-Faḥmu, As-SalÄá¹otu, Al-Hażru.

Sociolinguistics is the branch of linguistics that examines the relationship between language and the speakers. This study specifically discusses the contextual study of the variations in the use of language communities that are affected by differences in the sociocultural aspects of society. Sociolinguistics also discusses the relationship between language and society, the use of language and social structure of the language. The social life of a complex society there are various variations of the language. Language variations provide a wealth of information about how the language is used, the social relations in a community language, and other aspects of social identity through the language they use. The use of language variation or a variety of diverse languages is a richness that is very unusual, because the study sociolinguistics never saw that kind of language contained in the community is something that is wrong or right, but only sociolinguistics examines the emergence of language diversity. The term sociolinguistic basically already used by scholars qudama 'in the books turast especially Imam Jahidz in the book hayawan bayan wa tabyin and other books, which discusses issues relating to regional variations of someone with his social status in the community as well as groups a different profession or position in society tend to use a variety of different languages

Phonology (‘Ilmu A?wat) is a branch of linguistics that talks about the sound of language that is able to distinguish the meaning of a word or a science that studies the sounds of particular language according to its function to distinguish lexical meaning. The first problem in learing oral language is the problem of his speech. Before someone learns the meaning of various words and grammar, he must recognize the sounds used in that language. Therefore, the researcher proposes the title to find out some of the problems examined in this study: how to compare the phonological values between Arabic and Indonesian language in order to develop teaching materials for a?wat sciense materials to identify these problems in depth and comprehensively. This research uses qualitaive-descriptive. The results of this study are a comparative study of phonological values between Arabic and Indonesian is the possibility of identical characteristics between both of them in term of places of articulation and the sound charasteristics.

An important problem faced by lecturers in learning Arabic is technology-based learning or through multimedia. Therefore, the author examines this through research to find out a number of issues, namely: 1) How to design learning with a whole language approach through Multi Media in improving Arabic language skills for Arabic education department at Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty of UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya? 2) How is the implementation of learning with the whole language approach through Multi Media in improving Arabic language skills for students of Arabic education department at Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty of UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya? The results of this study are that the implementation of learning with the whole language approach through multimedia is in class D as an experimental class, the researcher also implements learning by not using the whole language approach through Multi Media as a comparison class that is in class B and based on the results of calculations performed using applications Minitab 16 can be seen that the value of the t-test from the pre-test and post-test table in the experimental class or class D is 10.99 and the value of the t-count from the class B pre-test and post-test table is 5.75.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi seberapa banyak penambahan jumlah kasus COVID-19 di Kabupaten Sidoarjo Provinsi Jawa Timur dalam beberapa hari ke depan menggunakan metode ARIMA. Data yang digunakan berupa data total kasus pasien positif dan sembuh COVID-19 di Kabupaten Sidoarjo dari bulan Januari 2021 sampai Juli 2021. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah untuk data total kasus pasien positif COVID-19 model terbaiknya ARIMA (2,2,1) dengan nilai MSE sebesar 1540,51. Sedangkan untuk data total kasus pasien sembuh COVID-19 model terbaiknya ARIMA (3,1,2) dengan nilai MSE sebesar 526,81.

The Arabic language can be viewed as individual phenomenon and social phenomenon. As individual phenomenon, language is considered as special identity of human. It is human specific because only human who has the ability to do verbal language. As for social phenomenon, language is a convention of society as the owner and user of that language. Therefore, in Arabic language, there are some mu’jam such as mu’jam alfadz which has related meaning to the society including lafad (word) which is associated with the meaning of social, political, economic, knowledge and etc. This research tried to study about types of mu’jam alfadz that have meaning that is related to the society comprehensively and in detail, hopefully, it can give integrative understanding especially for Arabic language teachers.
