Telegram Instant Messaging, launched in August 2013, is an IM application. One of the advantages of telegram is processing instant messages by providing features for the wider community to use the Application Programming Interface. Bot is one of the APIs used in general to run an automatic job on computer programs. The implementation of bots has begun to be widely used. One of the advantages of Bot is that it can provide data that does not manage time to users. Bhagawad Gita and Hindu prayers can be accessed through many media, but not through instant messages. Users should still read books or search on websites to find sloka or prayers. One solution is to use the Telegram chat bot. Users only need to send commands to find information about Hindu sloka or prayers in the chat bot, after which the bot will respond according to the instructions that the user sent. The bot will look for these commands on the database system and send them to the user. PHP programming language or Hypertext PreProcessor with the language framework that will be used in building this system.

Pada era revolusi industri 4.0 ini peranan teknologi informasi sangat penting karena semua aktivitas/pekerjaan diharapkan dapat terselesaikan dengan cepat dan memperoleh hasil yang akurat dan optimal melalui teknologi digital. Sektor pemerintah maupun swasta diharapkan bisa memanfaatkan teknologi untuk menunjang dan mengoptimalkan kinerja masing-masing sektor sehingga mampu untuk memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik kepada masyarakat. Sistem informasi surat-menyurat terintegrasi (SUMATRI) merupakan suatu sistem yang dikembangkan untuk menunjang kinerja administrasi surat menyurat. Sistem mampu mengelola data administrasi perkantoran mulai dari arsip data kependudukan, arsip data surat masuk, arsip data surat-menyurat bahkan mampu menerima pembuatan surat yang dipesan secara online melalui smartphone android. Pemesanan surat secara online bertujuan agar masyarakat yang ingin membuat surat tidak perlu datang lansung ke kantor pelayanan karena semua syarat-syarat yang diperlukan bisa dilengkapi dan diupload via smartphone android. Admin menerima pemberitahuan dan memvalidasi surat yang dipesan oleh masyarakat dan memberikan pemberitahuan/notifikasi kepada masyarakat jika suratnya sudah bisa diambil. Perancangan SUMATRI diharapkan mampu membantu pemerintah dalam memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik terutama dalam hal administrasi surat-menyurat kepada masyarakat.

Public opinion is important to agencies or parties in particular fields, as it may indicate a tendency of public's view towards something (such as an object or process). One of them is in the transportation sector. Transportation has become a necessity for the community, many things more effective and efficient online, so that online transportation becomes important for society. The proliferation of online transportation, caused citizens to express opinions through social media. It is important to know the level of service of online transportation considering the large number of users, so that it can be used as a basis for improvement. One of the methods public opinion in social media is by sentiment analysis. The study used the help of Google Machine Learning for the sentiment analysis process that can produce 82,6% of accuracy number, 82,2% of precision, 83,3% of recall with the most sentiment result indicate to public opinion falls into the negative sentiment category for Gojek companies in media social of Twitter.

Balinese art and culture are unique because they may not be found in other regions. This uniqueness provides a characteristic and an attraction for foreign and domestic tourists visiting the island of Bali. The art studio is a place to provide traditional performing arts. The constraints experienced by art studios generally prevail in the manual marketing of art services, while the public or consumers experience problems ordering these performing arts services. E-Marketing is an online marketing medium with the help of the internet, which aims to expand the marketing of performing arts services without being limited by space and time. The method used in this study includes five main stages, namely, requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and system maintenance. This research produces an E-Marketing Application for Sanggar Seni Bali with a website as the mediator. The Black Box test results show that all the system functionality components have been running successfully. The questionnaire analysis based on the answer scale percentage results shows that this application has been running well, responds according to the data needed, and is very suitable to be applied to people, especially those who need assistance in ordering traditional performing arts services. The implementation of this application will indirectly be a means of promoting traditional performing arts.

Information security is a vital aspect that must be considered in use of information technology devices by active users. PT. X runs a business that applies information technology related to distribution aspects through company resource planning. Information technology formed assets IT infrastructure, information systems, operating procedures, and network infrastructure. This asset has a potential threat that causes disruption resulting losses. This problem arises to cope through the response to the risk strategy. NIST SP 800-30 method has a flexible risk perspective for the organization and federation standards of American security. Research is divided into risk measurement as a risk, risk mitigation as risk planning, and risk evaluation embodied risk reports. Results of the research show the value of risk through the calculation of the likelihood and impact matrix of the highest threat is at a low level is 14, medium at 12, and high of 4 are categorized good enough. Bukaloka is an application from Bali which is engaged in tourism regarding e-vouchers. The e-voucher service provided by Bukaloka allows users to easily buy and exchange e-vouchers without the need to print vouchers. The Bukaloka Marketplace application is not yet available for the mobile platform, so it does not facilitate access for mobile users. User Experience design is needed to facilitate application development, as well as user acceptance. The User Experience design method used is Five Planes so that the basic foundation that produces a prototype with a high fidelity level can be tested to resemble the final application. Testing the prototype using the User Acceptance Test Method with a Likert's Summated Rating. The result is that the Marketplace prototype gets a score of 815 which falls into the very good category range.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengoptimalisasi sebuah formula default pada Amibroker menggunakan Bahasa AFL dengan beberapa algoritma yang dirancang agar para trader di pasar saham dapat melakukan analisis teknikal dan mengetahui langkah apa yang dapat diambil selanjutnya pada pasar saham. Formula default yang sudah dioptimalisasi memberikan informasi berupa tampilan chart. Para pengguna formula default yang sudah dioptimalisasi dapat mengetahui tindakan selanjutnya yang dapat diperoleh diambil dengan melihat sinyal buyatau sell yang tampil pada chart. Hasil dari penelitian nantinya diharapkan formula default yang dioptimalisasi dapat menjalankan fungsi-fungsi sebagaimana mestinya. Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik dari penelitian ini adalah hingga saat ini formula default pada Amibroker yang sudah dioptimalisasi sebelumnya telah dapat menampilkan chart yang dapat memberikan analisis teknikal bagi pengguna berupa kondisi buy atau sell yang ditandai dengan sinyal berupa panah, menampilkan area resistance dan area support untuk membatasi keuntungan dan kerugian yang dapat diperoleh dari saham yang dimiliki.

The IT governance audit aims to determine the level of importance (maturity level) of a company or government agency. IT governance audit is essential because if governance is not implemented correctly, the harmony between IT is beneficial to support business processes, and standard procedures will not be achieved. One of the agencies that require the implementation of good IT governance is Office X in Badung Regency. Office X in Badung Regency has a function in developing ICT infrastructure through application development, public service content, and ICT networks to improve public services. Conditions that occur in the field are frequent errors caused by internal and external parties that negatively impact the data management of Office X. The audit process begins with observations in the agency environment related to activity data and implementation, then mapping with business goals according to COBIT 5, followed by mapping business goals with IT Goals to obtain IT processes. The obtained IT processes are then selected to obtain critical IT processes according to the Executive Office. The audit results show that four IT processes need to be given recommendations for improvement, namely MEA 01, EDM 01, APO 07, DSS02.

Providing services to rt / rw net users if done manually will consume a lot of time. Currently this service still used conventional methods even though there are applications that can help but still not efficient in providing the needs of the users such as transactions still using paper based vouchers, which will make it difficult for providers to provide time to handle user transactions. Besides that, there are also a problem where potential users of the service find a hard time to contact the provider because lack of knowledge of some of the provider to edit the mikrotik page to inform about their service and themselves to the user. With the problems mentioned, an application is needed that can provide much easier solution namely, "Design and Building Mikrotik Based Billing System and Chabot as Media Transaction Online". By making this application, it can provide much better solution for user such as getting information and interacting with the admin by using Chabot as media and online transaction to make it easier for users to update their packets and admin to process user transaction.

Tanah Lot Temple is located in Beraban Village, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency. Tanah Lot Temple is a temple that is included in the Dang Kahyangan Temple. Tanah Lot Temple has buildings scattered in the Tanah Lot Temple Tourism Object. Not all of the buildings in Tanah Lot Temple are known by tourists. Augmented Reality is a visual technology that combines objects or virtual worlds into real-world views in real-time. This study used markerless method and was developed using the Wikitude library and supported by web hosting to store information data and building coordinate data. The system in this study runs dynamically, making it easier to manage data without modifying the program code. Augmented Reality application results with real object marker of Tanah Lot Temple are that it can display information in the form of text narrative and location points along with voice explanations for each building in Tanah Lot Temple.
