Abstract

Konawe Regency is one of the second –level regions in the southeast sulawesi province, the capital city of kabupaten is located in unaaha which is formed based on law number 29  of 1959 which has an area of 16,480 km,with a population of 2000 at 443,911 inhabitants.data from konawe district police obtain information that in the past five years there has been an increase is the number of accidents. Requesting data from related parties (satlantas of konawe police station) about the nember and level of accidents in the wolter monginsidi –road diponegoro for the last five yearsas secondary data. While the points to traffic accidents (black sports ) include, the intersection of there wawotobi posts, and the intersection of four wawotobi police station.

Abstract

Infrastructure development in Konawe Selatan District is growing. Development in various sectors, such as roads, is developing in South Konawe District, especially in Andoolo District. The purpose of this study was to determine the productivity and cost of heavy equipment in the widening of the Andoolo City Konawe Selatan Road Section Widening on class B (LPB) aggregate layer work and class A (LPA) aggregate foundation work with reference to the Government Government Regulation Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) No.28 of 2016. The tools analyzed were wheel loaders, blending equipment, dump trucks, motor graders, vibrator rollers and water tank trucks. The results showed that the Wheel loader had a bucket capacity of 1.50 m3, the equipment rental cost was Rp. 142,378,301.68, Blending equipment capacity of 20 m3 of equipment costs of Rp. 79,860,305.88, Dump truck capacity of 10 tons of tub equipment costs Rp. 273,285,476.55, Motor grader capacity> 100 HP equipment cost of Rp. 14,014,050.75 Vibrator roller with a capacity of 8 T tool cost of Rp. 54,561,495.20, Water tank truck with a capacity of 1000 L for equipment costs of Rp. 23,655,470.76

Abstract

This research aims to know the working efficiency comparison tool drop hammer based on the time and cost of the construction of a warehouse capacity of 2000 tons of Bulog and the proximity to the village of Lalobao sub-district of Andoolo Regency South Konawe work item the Foundation pillars.Calculation analysis of time and costs on the use of drop hammer was carried out using data specifications and data tools survey results data  piling field stake with drop hammer, construction time data based on specifications, erection time data based on field data, as well as data pillar of permenit stake punch with drop hammer.The results of this research show that the Foundation work on powerboats based on specification use the drop hammer, with 42 pole obtained is 32,44, while based on the d ata field using the drop hammer time retrieved is 24,79 hours. From the results of the analysis of productivity costs that needed used the tool drop hammer retrieved results based on the specifications of the required expenses is Rp.11.354.000, based on the data field expenses are needed is Rp. 8.676.410

Abstract

Water is a very important need for followers of human life. Without water there will be no life on earth. The need for air by humans is endless, especially water that is suitable for household use such as: bathin, cooking, even the most important is to drink. Water demant in the district of Sawappudo Village is higher but cannot be mached by the development of existing clean water facilities. This situation is exacerbated by the reduced air condition due to a prolonged dry season.The research objective is to find out the debit (Q) needs of clean air in Sawapudo Village, Kec. Soropia Kab. Konawe in 2018-2023 which can be used  to meet the clean water needs of the Sawapudo Village community, and projecting the population using Geometric methods.The results of the study were obtained water requirements in 2018 in Sawapudo Vollage which amounted to 0.789 liters / second and in  2023 the total demand for clean water in Sawapudo Village was 1,016 liters / second. When compared with the demand discharge in 2023 of 1,016 ltr / sec, with the intake pipe discharge of 2 liters / second, the source discharge (Q source)> discharge needs (Q requirement)

Abstract

Water is a very important need for human survival. Without water there would be no life on earth. In urban areas, water supply system doing by piping system and non piping system. The piping system is managed by Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) and non-piped system is managed by the community either individually or in groups. The condition of distribution for clean water in Ulunggolaka Village, Kolaka District is still inadequate. So in order to meet the availability of water for the needs of the community, it is necessary to do the distribution of clean water by using pipes as transmission media.The purpose of this research was to know the amount of raw water requirement in Ulunggolaka Village, and to simulate Ulunggolaka raw water transmission pipeline network.From the results of the research, water demand in 2018 was 1.222 liters / second with the projection of population of 2,513 people, and the projection of population in 5 years ie 2023 obtained by water requirement 1,414 liter / second with population 2,909 person. Based on Epanet 2.0 simulation results obtained the highest pressure is at node 4 and the lowest was at node 2. The highest flow rate and energy loss are in pipe 4 while the lowest flow rate was in pipe 5 and the lowest energy loss was in pipe 3.

Abstract

Abstract This research is a research study in the laboratory and aims to determine the characteristics and feasibility of broken stone material in Motewe Village, Lasalepa Subdistrict, Muna Regency as a class A aggregate foundation on road works which refers to General Specifications of Bina Marga 2018 (Division 5).The results showed that based on existing tests, the characteristics of broken stone material in Motewe Village, Lasalepa Subdistrict, Muna Regency met specifications according to the Bina Marga General Specifications standard 2018 (Division 5) which with testing data: CBR 91.50%, Average Abrasion average of 26.24%, Liquid Limit of 24.67% and Plastic Index (PI) of 4.01% and can be used as a class A aggregate foundation on road works.  Abstrak Penelitian ini merupakan studi penelitian di laboratorim dan bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik dan layak atau tidaknya material batu pecah Desa Motewe, Kecamatan Lasalepa, Kabupaten Muna sebagai lapis pondasi agregat kelas A pada pekerjaan jalan yang mengacu pada Spesifikasi Umum Bina Marga 2018 (Divisi 5).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan pengujian yang ada, karakteristik dari material batu pecah Desa Motewe, Kecamatan Lasalepa, Kabupaten Muna memenuhi spesifikasi sesuai standar Spesifikasi Umum Bina Marga 2018 (Divisi 5) yang mana dengan data pengujian : CBR 91,50%, Abrasi Rata-rata 26,24%, Batas Cair (Liquid Limit) 24,67% dan Indeks Plastis (PI) 4,01% serta dapat digunakan sebagai lapis pondasi agregat kelas A pada pekerjaan jalan.

Abstract

Abstract Human Resources is one of the most decisive factors in a job, including in a construction work. A small job supports not supported by good human resources in terms of quality and productivity, will not provide maximum and satisfactory results in a project.This study aims to learn about how to improve work productivity in brick pairs by using tools and not using tools and to learn how to use Bricky tools in brick installation.The results of the study showed that the results of the work of the pair of bricks in the three research sites were won by SNI, using a brick attachment tool and not. Based on the percentage of performance with SNI (100%) then at location I with a performance percentage of 80%, location II with a percentage of 110%, while location III with a percentage of 70%. With this value, it is necessary to compare it when using the brick installation tool, then the percentage is 120%.  Abstrak Sumber Daya  Manusia adalah  salah  satu faktor  yang sangat  berpengaruh dalam sebuah pekerjaan, termasuk  dalam sebuah pekerjaan  kontruksi. Sebuah pekerjaan sekecil apapun  apabila tidak didukung  dengan sumber daya  manusia yang  bagus dalam hal kualitas dan produktivitas, tidak akan memberikan  hasil yang maksimal dan memuaskan  dalam sebuah  proyek.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat produktivitas tenaga kerja pada pekerjaan pasangan batu bata dengan menggunakan alat bantu dan tidak menggunakan alat bantu dan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pemakaian alat bantu Bricky dalam pemasangan batu bata.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat produktivitas  tenaga kerja pada pekerjaan pasangan batu bata  di tiga lokasi penelitian dengan mengacu pada SNI, menggunakan alat bantu pasang bata dan tidak. Berdasarkan persentase kinerja dengan SNI (100%) maka pada lokasi I dengan persentase kinerja 80 %, lokasi II dengan persentase 110 %, sedangkan lokasi III dengan persentase 70%. Dengan nilai tersebut maka jika dibandingkan dengan kinerja saat menggunakan alat bantu pasang bata maka didapat persentase 120%.
