This study aims to analyze the influence of ZIS fund's and inflation towards the economic growth in Indonesia during 2011-2015. The research method is quantitative method with multiple linear regression technique. The data used is the collected secondary data of remittances of ZIS from BAZNAS (national amil zakat agency) and inflation rate of BI (Bank of Indonesia) in Indonesia during 2011-2015 that includes monthly data all over Indonesia. The results of the research indicates that the funds of ZIS (X1) affects positively and significantly towards Indonesia's economic growth and inflation (X2) do not affect significantly to economic growth in Indonesia as well as ZIS fund and the inflation simultaneously affected the economic growth significantly during 2011-2015 in Indonesia.

Human development is one of the indicators of the success of economic growth. The good quality of human resources goes hand in hand with economic growth, this is because resources as part of the factor of production are the most valuable assets in the economic activities of a country. This study aims to determine and analyze the causality of economic growth towards the quality of human resources. The method used in this study was using the Granger Causality method. Granger Causality Approach is used to measure the strength of the relationship between two or more variables, or it can also be used as a tool to see the direction of the relationship between independent variables and the dependent variable. The variable Human Development Index (HDI) as the dependent variable and per capita income variable as the independent variable. From this study it was concluded that the granger causality test on the proposed research model states that there is no causality relationship between two independent variables and the dependent variable, but significantly the Indonesian economic growth variable has a one-way relationship with the human development index (HDI).Human development is one of the indicators of the success of economic growth. The importance of professional zakat development is also one of the government's efforts to increase the source of state income other than taxes and create synergy between tax and zakat. Along with the development of the Islamic economy which is the solution to the economic development of the Ummah, the professional zakat can be used as a source of funding to be distributed for the welfare of the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the capacity of the ability to pay professional civil service zakat. The method of data collection is done by distributing random questionnaire to 200 civil servants from various agencies that live in the city of Palembang. Data analysis was carried out based on descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that civil servants have a great potential to be collected income zakat.

Pengaruh Pembiayaan Mudharabah dan Musyarakah Terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA) Pada BPRS HIK Bekasi Kantor Cabang Karawang Nawawi, Ahmad; Nurdiansyah, Dian Hakip; Al Qodliyah, Diffah Sri Addafi

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of mudharabah and musyarakah financing on profitability (ROA) at BPRS HIK Bekasi Karawang Branch Office. The research method using descriptive quantitative method with population is all quarterly financial statements of BPRS HIK Bekasi Karawang Branch Office. The results of the research conducted show that: (1) mudharabah financing has a positive and not significant effect on profitability BPRS HIK Bekasi Return on Assets (ROA) Karawang Branch Office 2009-2016 partially. This is evidenced by the sig value. 0.187> 0.05 and the value of t count is 1.351 <t table 2.042. (2) Musyarakah financing has significant negative effect on profitability BPRS HIK Bekasi Return on Assets (ROA) Branch Office Karawang 2009-2016 period partially. This is evidenced by sig. 0,000 <0,05 and the value of t count is -7,560> t table 2,042. (3) Mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing have a significant effect on profitability BPRS HIK Bekasi Return on Assets (ROA) Karawang Branch Office 2009-2016 period simultaneously. This is evidenced by the sig value. 0.000 <0.05 and the calculated f value is 31.022> f table 3.32.

Muhammadiyah’s Framework on The Community Economic Empowerment Hakim, Imamul

The contribution of Muhammadiyah in the field of economic empowerment in the community still does not seem real. The study of the concept of community economic empowerment based on religious, social organisations needs to be done to find a more effective approach. This study aims to examine the ideas or conceptual ideas of economic empowerment from Muhammadiyah Scholars and from Muhammadiyah Structural which have been written in the published form so that the meeting point can be found in an effective format of community economic empowerment. This study uses a library approach. The results in the research are grouped into two sources of economic empowerment concept ideas, namely; the concept from Muhammadiyah intellectuals and the concept from Structural Muhammadiyah. Firstly, from the perspective of Muhammadiyah scholars emphasising the full Structural involvement of Muhammadiyah in empowering the community's economy by fostering, mentoring and developing, building a network of entrepreneurs, business networks and distribution networks, played a role as a mediator between Muhammadiyah member entrepreneurs. Secondly, the concept of community economic empowerment in the perspective of Muhammadiyah Structural, there is not much difference with the first idea, but more emphasises the development of Muhammadiyah's Economic network and its members and focuses on economic empowerment at the branch level.

Pengaruh Persepsi Label Halal Terhadap Preferensi Konsumen pada Restoran Pizza Hut dan KFC di Yogyakarta Dewi Samad, Telsy Fratama

Halal label has an important role to make consumers recognize easily the quality of products, especially to Muslim consumers. It has enhanced the image of products’s cleaness, purity, and no harm. The non-Muslims are also give positif feedback about halal label. This study aims to determine the consumers’ perseption of halal label, the effect perception of halal label on consumers purchasing preference at the Pizza Hut and KFC Restaurant. Determine whether there are differences in consumers' perception of halal label based on gender, religion, educational background, and income. Determine whether there are differences of influence on halal label perception based on gender, religion, education background and income to consumer preferences. This research is quantitative with 200 sample respondents Pizza Hut and KFC, simple random sampling method. The data collection using a likert scale questionaire. Data were analized using Correlation Analysis, Different T-test & F-test (Anova), and Analisis Multivariat Analysis Varians (Manova). The result found that overall average level of respondents's perception of halal label positif and has significant effect on the preferences. Then the result of analysis differences perseption found that there are significant differences between the consumers’ perseption of halal label based on gender, religion, educational background, while based income level, did not occur significantly different. The result analysis in effect, discover that there were significant differences influent perception of halal label on the characteristics of the consumers purchasing preferences: gender, religion, educational background, and income.

Patterns of Islamic Banks Financing to Increase the Number of Halal Tourism and the Local Generated Income (PAD) Growth In Indonesia Muhammad, Fadli

This study aims to analyze the relationship of Islamic bank financing to the increase the number of halal tourists and the growth the local generated income (PAD) period 2015-2016 in 33 provinces, Indonesia. Using the research method is granger causality and panel data multiple regression with the Minitab analytical tool. This model analyzes the influence of Islamic bank financing contributions to the number of halal tours and the local generated income. The amount of Islamic banks financing in the tourism sector such as restaurant and tourism business has contributed to increase the number of halal tourists and the growth of the local generated income (PAD). The results of this study can be used for the Islamic banking industry to support capital financing for the halal industry. In previous studies only analyzed the halal tourism potential, as well as the potential of the tourism industry in general for the local generated income. However, this study discusses the contribution of Islamic bank financing to the number of halal tourism and an increase in the local generated income.

The discourse about the Welfare State is interesting. This article aims to conduct in-depth analysis related to the concept of the welfare state and its relation to maqasid sharia according to Jamaluddin Athiyyah. The method used in this study is qualitative with a literature approach, namely conducting a study of the literature surrounding the welfare state and the Maqasid sharia. The conclusion of this study is that Athiyyah provides an overview of the division of tasks of the government in ensuring the welfare of its people into four dimensions, namely: individuals, families, society and humanity. Furthermore it was stated that the three basic principles of maqasid sharia to create prosperity would not be fulfilled but rather with the active role of the State.
