Case heater & case blower is one of component product used to make car air conditioner. The function of case heater & case blower is as a holder for various car A/C components. Case heater & case blower is produced with a mould with the support of plastic injection machine. The process is to inject the material melt into the mould. When the product comes out of the machine, it checks the product to remove the burr on the product. Burr is a minor type of defect in the product, meaning the product can still be said OK but an additional process should be done to clean the product. Additional process is called burritori, which is a process to clean burr by using cutter. Allowed burr standard of 0.1 ~ 0.3 mm, above it must be done burritori process. With the company's slogan of QUALITY FIRST, the quality of product is very important. Therefore the burritory process can not be eliminated. With the burritory process, so have additional man power to do that activity. Actually unneeded additional man power to do burritori process if product out of mould in good condition that there is no burr on product. This study aims to improve product quality by addressing the product burr problem after being out of mold. So with the increased product quality that is the absence of burr, then the burritory process previously done no longer need to be done because the product comes out of the mold already good quality (no burr). In this research using PDCA method in solving existing problems.

Musculoskeletal disorders often occur in non-ergonomic work postures. In this study an assessment of operator disorders was carried out on the installation of air cleaner components in a heavy equipment manufacturer. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which operator disorders and which body parts needed to improve work posture. The assessment method uses a standard Nordic Body Map questionnaire that is often used to assess musculoskeletal disorders. From the results of the assessment, the main disorders were in the right and left elbow body parts at 93%. Second, 87% of the body's right knee and left knee, third, right and left forearm, 80% right and left wrist, fourth on the second upper arm and 73% on the palm. The fifth is on the right shoulder, back and calf 60%. Therefore in these body parts, it is necessary to improve work posture to reduce the risk of musculoskeletal injury. An installation tool is needed for the process to make it easier for operators to work.

Jakarta is one of the cities in Indonesia with public transport services that have not been optimal. The quality index of public transport in Jakarta is only 18%, far lower than the average quality index of public transport in Indonesia which reaches 38.67%. Until 2016, the number of public transport users in Jakarta was only 24%, while ideally the number of public transport users was 60%. This shows the low interest of the people of Jakarta to use public transportation. One of the public transportation is Transjakarta Bus, where since 2011, the number of Transjakarta Bus passengers tends to be stagnant. This study aims to identify the actual problems experienced by Transjakarta Corridor Bus passengers using Soft Systems Methodology and then simulate using Agent Based Models. The use of Soft Systems Methodology produces nine model activities that can be carried out by PT. Jakarta Transportation to improve the Corridor 8 Transjakarta Bus system, so as to increase the number of passengers. The use of simulations with an agent based model shows that increasing speed and BRT scores can increase the number of passengers, but the increase in the number of passengers on the Transjakarta Bus will be more optimal if supported by a reduction in headway and the percentage of single buses. Increased passengers can occur as much as 6.83 to 44.38%.
