In order to realize bureaucracy reform of public service, especially licensing service and easy doing of business in Indonesia need to be done planning improvement strategy of regional Licensing service. Gap performance analysis regional licensing service board of DKI Jakarta conducted using MBNQA method with criteria MBCfPE version 2017-2018, while the design of the performance improvement strategy of the board of regional licensing services of DKI Jakarta is done with SWOT analysis. The results of the performance measurement of regional licensing service of DKI Jakarta using MBNQA standard resulted in a score of 752,475 which is at the level of an excellent global image with industry leader category. SWOT analysis results put the regional licensing service of DKI Jakarta in the Quadrant I (strengths-opportunities) that recommend the strategy of aggressive. Researchers recommend ten strategies for the performance improvement of the Regional Licensing Service Board of DKI Jakarta.

As one manufacturing industry with a large level of energy consumption makes energy management mandatory applied at PT. XYZ, the purpose of this research is to design energy management system implementation strategy in PT. XYZ based on ISO 50001. Started by self assessment and by collecting data on the use of primary energy sources in the company, followed by processing and analyzing using simple linear regression. The self assessment results show 38% of the total value’s completeness of existing program in the clause of ISO 50001. From the processing and analyzing’s energy usage showed energy baseline and energy performance indicators (EnPI) of the company. The result of research is identifies and proposes the potential of energy savings in air compressor distribution system, steam boiler distribution, and electrical distribution system with good housekeeping, control system, and modification, proposes the energy management system implementation based on Deming’s PDCA cycle, and continued by recommending roadmap towards the implementation of energy management systems.

PT. GTB is a manufacturing company that manufactures tyres for motor vehicles, one of them motorcycle tires. The market segmentation of PT. GTB is an Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) market. Based on OEM market segmentation, PT. GTB has two large customer groups that include OEM customers. The complaint level of the customer for the use of motor tires in 2017 as much as 622 times and year 2018 as much as 352 times. In an effort to maintain the sustainability of product sales, customer complaints are critical to the company's improvement focus. The purpose of this research is analyzing the types of customers complain the use of motor tires. In the early stages, interviews as a reference for conducting customer satisfaction surveys are further analyzed by the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) methods. Based on the results of this research, known customer satisfaction rate of the use of GTB motor tires on average is 3.56 which is lower than the customer's expectation of 4.40. The research has successfully identified seven priority attributes that are considered very important to the customer, which is the input for the company to do the improvement.

Increasing competition among competitors demands the automotive component painting industry to improve product quality, visual impairment dominates painting process product. High defects lead to quality degradation, set KPI targets have not been achieved, 1-year average defects are 5.4% from 4.2% targets. To improve the quality and to analyze product non-compliance, DMAIC and FMEA approaches are used. The use of Six Sigma can analyze defects in production. A number of improvements have been made to ensure that the objectives are met, from the analysis it was found that the highest percentage of defects in Line 1 was 6.86% and type of spot/dirty was 36.3%, DPMO value 7619 and sigma value 3.9. The analysis with FMEA based on the highest 8 RPN values is the priority of improvement, the main factor influencing spot /dirty from the machine. Regular maintenance and cleaning need to be emphasized, easily contaminated chemicals require special handling, alterations of hanger design by adding dishes should be done to prevent dirt from falling into product.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the current state of the system and facilities, machinery and equipment of horizontal winding machines from the safety, technical and environmental aspects in order to provide proposals for repair or improvement of current conditions and mitigation efforts Risk, especially in the scope of horizontal winding machine at PT XYZ, which is a fabrication company that produces tranformers and electric tranformer care services. The method of analysis used in this research is Risk Reduction Management (RRM) consisting of two main phases: risk assessment and risk reduction of the security of a machine. Risk assessment involves a risk reduction followed by risk evaluation (risk analysis) and other risks. Based on the risk evaluation can be proposed risk reduction proposal. Based on the RRM analysis is found the potential risk of electrical system potentially occurring short-circuit and potentially uncontrolled mechanical objects, hand-pinned and uncontrollable engine rotation. To make the machine safe, proposed improvements to the electrical system (foot switch cable, cable fireplace, and periodic panel cleaning), as well as smoothing the mechanical system (making warning, inspection, protective fence, protective equipment, and emergency stop). Some of the recommendations can be well implemented by the company.

The calculation on the expenditure of imported electronic products from the port to the importer's warehouse is very essential in estimating reasonable and competitive prices in the market. For this reason, The Importer “XYZ” processes the expenditure costs incurred in importing activities. In this study, the simulation technique of the Powersim program is used to carry out the calculation of these costs. The results of model simulation in the base year 2020 with a study period of 10 years and 10% increase of importage container will result the cost of IDR 3.115.260.500 in 2020 to become IDR 8,080,183,433 in 2030.

Maintenance is a process that is done to maintain the reliability, availability and the nature of being able to take care of the components or machines. Maintenance program that will effectively and efficiently support the increase in productivity of production systems. But often ignored the needs of actual maintenance program of components or machines. To get the program effective and efficient maintenance required maintenance study based on reliability. Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) is a systematic risk-based analysis to create a maintenance method accurate, focused, and optimal with the aim of achieving optimal reliability of assets. RCM studies have been done on the machinery industry, one welding machine industry, carrosserie. The study was conducted by following these RCM, which is the determination of the scope of the study, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), and the determination of the maintenance strategy. Analysis of the risk based on risk matrix drawn up through consensus of all stakeholders. Risk matrix covers the areas the incidence (occurrence), detection, as well as the level of risk (severity). Subsequently based on this calculated risk matrix Risk Priority Number (RPN). Based on the RPN value, a maintenance strategy is proposed for each type of failure mode. The whole process is aided by the use of RCM software Minitab 18 made specifically for this purpose. This study results that the value of the RPN for all equipment ranges from 72 to 900.Study of the RCM have also managed to establish a maintenance strategy appropriate for each failure mode, which provided the basis for drafting the new maintenance program.

The current issue of the Indonesian people is that there is a discussion about the discourse of moving the new capital city. The process of moving capital city requires a lot of qualified human and material resources, but whether we can see whether it is possible for the capital city to move in a very short time. Logistics and supply chains are two things that are not separated in the process of moving goods and services. Supply chain management in the construction of new capital city includes material, heavy equipment, human resource services and suppliers. The objective of this research is to develop the framework of supply chain performance measurement using SCOR method. Through SCOR research, can be traced anywhere that needs to produce more in terms of human resources and materials needed in the future, then the government needs to build a framework of indicators that must be achieved and targeted.

Rapid economic development causes increasingly fierce business competition. Moreover, the development of increasingly sophisticated technology, companies are competing to use technology to increase competitive advantage and efficiency in the company. One of the most popular information technology investments today is the Application of Systems and Products in Data Processing (SAP), systems that do business using a single database that can be accessed by all divisions within the company. The purpose of this research is to study and discuss the application of Systems and Products in Data Processing (SAP) conducted at PT. Haier Sales Indonesia. This study uses qualitative methods through in-depth interviews with IT Managers and Logistics Managers and warehouse administration staff using Pareto diagrams and fishbone diagrams. The results of the evaluation of the application of Application Systems and Products in Data Processing (SAP) in Inventory Logistics that occurred at PT. Haier Sales Indonesia is getting better, all data from every activity has been documented and integrated into the system much faster than the manual process that has been done before and can produce accurate reports. Suggestions are given in order to continue training in SAP Systems and Applications for users in developing SAP Systems and Applications.

In an industry, the maintenance department plays a very important role in ensuring the smooth production process. The method of machine maintenance with preventive maintenance is a strategy that can be used to repair existing machines. This is related to proper and regular maintenance can improve engine performance and reduce the level of engine damage which will increase the continuity of production activities. In the die casting division of PT Astra Honda Motor in the observation on the die casting machine 07 there were 45 times damage to the ladle component and 11 times the damage to the auto spray component. These two components are critical components of the 07 die casting machine. After testing the compatibility index and the good compatibility of the damage time data and repair time data to obtain distribution data distribution patterns, obtain the tablespoon component MTTF assessment results of 107,833 hours and auto spray components amounting to 314,226 hours. Whereas the MTTR value of the spoon component is 0.385 hours and the auto spray component is 0.766 hours. The next step is to look for critical component replacement time intervals with the age replacement model, to further review whether it is related to increased reliability, decrease in total downtime, and cost savings before preventive maintenance is carried out and after preventive maintenance is carried out.
