The poverty indicator is not only a result of shortcomings in meeting minimum physical needs, but also because of low accessibility to infrastructure provision, including clean water or drinking water. Indonesia has a policy to meet the access of safe drinking water. The coverage of drinking water services in Indonesia is still low (less than 50%) and it requires the acceleration of Drinking Water Supply System (DWSS) development to achieve 100% of the target of National Medium Term Development Plan and the target of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in 2019. Therefore, a specific study is needed to see the implementation of drinking water supply system (DWSS) in the era of regional autonomy in order to achieve 100% safe drinking water supply. The method of analysis used is descriptive method by exploring the existing condition in the provision of drinking water based on secondary data and by analyzing regulation in the implementation of water supply.

Small and medium enterprises (MSMe) are one of the major contributors of economic growth. The Philippines, Indonesia, and Thailand (later referred to as ASEAN 3) have identified this sector as the major component of the respective economy. However necessary to the sustainability, the lack of access to capital and credit necessary for the inception and sustainability of its operation(s) has proven to be a key complication. Financial inclusion is one of the solutions for small and medium-sized micro enterprises related to access to financial services. This paper analyzed the relationship of financial inclusion to the growth of micro, small and medium enterprises; and economic growth of the ASEAN 3. The authors have investigated financial inclusion using variable numbers of Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) per 100,000 people, commercial banks per 1,000 adults, and a number of bank branches. Panel vector auto regression (PVAR) were used in this study to investigate the relationship of financial inclusion and MSMe during Q12004 - Q42016. The results of the AR showed that the MSMe variable responded to the dynamics of financial inclusion, then the variable of economic growth also responded to the dynamics of MSMe in ASEAN 3.

This study was conducted to investigate how far the practice of sharia accounting that developed so far is different from current conventional accounting practice by referring to the desire to understand the reasons why the underlying stereotype of society still consider that accounting practices in sharia banking do not differ substantially with conventional banking. At the same time, doing a reconciliation of perceptions to minimize the perception gap towards the achievement of spiritual significance. This is done by involving the results of the analysis of the practitioners (managers of Islamic financial institutions), academics (lecturers and students), and the standard drafting board (DSAS). Husserl's transcendental phenomenology approach is used because the aim of the researcher is to explore the public view of sharia banking and sharia accounting in finding the difference between fact (reality) and essence (meaning) in fact (reality). The results of empirical research show that, firstly, the assessment of sharia banking practices in Indonesia is still far in the sense that not fully in accordance with Islamic Shari'ah is true. Secondly, the societal stereotype which considers that sharia accounting does not differ substantially with conventional accounting is true. Third, it turns out that the fundamental problem that causes the deviation of sharia practices from Islamic law is due to the factor of Human Resources (HR).
