Abstract

This thesis examines the efforts made by extracurricular coaches in the guidance of morals of students in Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 13 Sei Rampah. The problems discussed in this thesis include the form of extracurricular activities of Spiritual Islam (ROHIS) held in Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 13 Sei Rampah, an effort made by the extracurricular activity builder ROHIS in fostering the noble character of learners in Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 13 Sei Rampah and factors Supporters and inhibitors of extracurricular activities of PAI in Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 13 Sei Rampah. Sources of data obtained are Head of madrasah, Deputy Head Madrasah, builder extracurricular activities ROHIS head of Administration and learners. Date collected and then processed through three stages of data reduction, date display, and data verification, and then drawn conclusions and analyzed qualitatively. The efforts of the extracurricular activities facilitators in the development of learners include efforts to instill and evoke religious beliefs, instill good social ethics in the family environment, community environment and school environment and inculcate good habits in the form of discipline, responsibility, social relations and perform ritual worship. a). The implications of this research are: To describe the objective condition of ROHIS extracurricular activity program in Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 13 Sei Rampah. b). To describe and analyze the effort of the extracurricular activity of ROHIS in the guidance of morality of students in Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 13 Sei Rampah. c). To identify and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors of ROHIS extracurricular activities in Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 13 Sei Rampah. This study is expected to contribute thoughts on the development of extracurricular activities ROHIS and noble character development for learners. In addition, this study is expected to be a reference and comparison for researchers who conduct similar research. This research is expected to provide constructive educational information to be considered for the school, community and government and related parties in an effort to improve the moral character of learners through extracurricular activities ROHIS

Abstract

The advancement of technology is not only a matter of science and knowledge but has had an impact in education. The perceived development of technology by the utilization of technology in implementing the lesson so that it makes the technology lesson of the teacher's learning and to facilitate the students to learn quickly. The developmental product of the teaching-learning that teachers can be done by packing various materials and learning resources in the sports manufacturing technology or to be a medium lesson. With the absence of media technology that can be utilized to be a learning media can give the impact of learning of students.

Abstract

This research aims to (1) to know the effectiveness of Family Hope Program (PKH) aid in overcoming the drop out of school (2) to know the role of principal, headmaster, parents and PKH assistant in helping to overcome the drop out of poor students (3) to know the supporting and inhibiting factors Which affect the Family Hope program (PKH) in overcoming the dropout. This research uses qualitative approach in the form of naturalistic. The research data was collected through observation, interview, and document analysis. Research data using data reduction techniques, data presentation and conclusions. School environment as well as in the classroom. Research subjects consist of principals, teachers, students, parents of students and PKH facilitators. The object of the research is the effectiveness of the Family Hope Program (PKH) aid in overcoming the drop out of school, which is listed in the general guidelines of PKH in 2016, the PKH companion decree, the madrasah profile and the data of drop out children.  Research instruments were interview guides, observation sheets, and field notes. Data analysis by qualitative descriptive method. The results of the research are: (1) Family Hope Program (PKH) aid has not been effective in overcoming drop out in MTs Swasta Insan Kesuma LKMD Kecamatan Namo Rambe. This is evident, on T.P. 2016-2017 there are 5 students who have dropped out at MTs Swasta Insan Kesuma LKMD Kecamatan Namo Rambe. However, the assistance of Family Hope Program (PKH) is able to reduce the dropout rate. This can be seen in T.P 2015-2016 students who have dropped out of 8 students and on T.P. 2016-2017 as many as 5 students. There was a decrease of 3 students who dropped out of school. If all poor students in MTs Swasta Insan Kesuma LKMD get the help of Family Hope Program (PKH), the possibility of dropping out at MTs Swasta Insan Kesuma LKMD Kecamatan Namo Rambe can be resolved. (2) The role of madrasah is as a motivator and policy maker for students and parents, the role of parents is as a motivator and facilitator for their children and the role of PKH assistant is as a motivator and verifier for parents and students. (3) factors supporting PKH assistance in overcoming the drop out are: government commitment, facilities provided to the participants of pkh, head of madrasah and the role of PKH assistant.

Abstract

Communications in the process of education is very important between teachers and students. Communication is conducted in order to be able to convey the instruction in learning so learner can run effectively and efficiently. Effectiveness and efficiency communication can be achieved if communication happen is an educative communication. To do in educative communication, teachers should have a good interpersonal competency. Communications should be viewed as a fundamental element and an integrated process of education which aim to facilitate the exchanging of messages, an idea or concept that result in the attractiveness of sender with accepter message, in the implementation of the school's education, so all the members need communication skill so much to do their task at school.

Abstract

This article is about the Islamic state. The need of some Islamists to set up the islamic state has been rising since political revolution in Iran. The big question in this issue is that does Islam has a concept of Islamic state and does it order his embracers to set the islamic state? There were three major opinions in this issue, first, who rejected the idea of Islamic state at all, some of them are Ali Abdul Raziq and Ali Ashgar Engineer; second, who accepted the idea of Islamic state, like Abul A’la Al-Ma’ududi and; third, who said that Islam didn’t order specifically but the condition made it as a compulsory things, they are Hasan Al-Banna, Sayyid Qutb and Abdul Qodir Audah.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know: (1) the influence of an active learning strategy of tean quiz type to the student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education lesson, (2) the influence of the active learning strategy of type Practice Rehearsal Pairs on student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education lesson which taught by Active learning strategy of tean quiz type and learning result of Islamic religious education which taught by the active learning strategy type Practice Rehearsal Pairs. The study population is all students of class X of computer and network engineering majors in public vocational high school 1 Sei Rampah Serdang Bedagai regency which amounted to eighty students. The technique of sampling is done by cluster random sampling technique, that is random sampling of clump which means that all the individuals in the sample class will be the subjects of the research. The technique of collecting data is by using a test, while the data analysis technique using t test at the significance level α = 0.05. The findings of the research are: (1) there is an influence on the learning outcomes in Islamic religious education which is taught by the active learning strategy of tean quiz type on the material verses of al qur'an about democracy. This is tested by t-test statistical calculation t obtained value tcount = 3.47 while ttable value = 2.0231, (2) there is an influence on learning outcomes in Islamic religious education taught by the active learning strategy type Practice Rehearsal Pairs on the material of al Qur’an verses on democracy. This is tested by t-test statistic t calculation tcount value = 5.28 while the value ttable = 2.0231, and (3) there is a significant difference in the learning results of Islamic religious education is taught with active team learning strategy team quiz type and active learning strategy Type Practice Rehearsal Pairs on the material verses of al qur'an about democracy. This is true tested through t test statistical calculation tcount value = 3.00 while the value of ttable = 2.0231. Then seen from the average learning outcomes then the results of learning on Islamic religious education taught by team strategy quiz = 17, 85 higher than the average learning outcomes in Islamic religious education taught with practice strategy rehearsal pairs = 16.35

Abstract

The changing of the organisms do not do to balance the changing and demanding of the anti-dynastic and developing world, to conduct organizational change, do the non-organization changing must be done by managing carefully. Do the changing and devolvement to the organization needs a careful planning. The ready resource to inform the changing and development to be able to create youth and it is from organization culture which supports the individual activities, and a group in the organization. In changing and developing of organization and get resistance. The constraints and challenges of internal and external organization, on the other hand lead a conflict in organization. The management of changing and development of organization carefully and calculation are able to take the organization survive and compete with presenting various organization which apply the changing organization system with the international standard.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the relationship level of discipline and learning motivation with the results of learning jurisprudence MTs Al-Mushlihin Binjai, either individually or collectively. The population in this study is all students of MTs Al-Mushlihin Binjai amounted to 546 people in 2016/2017. The sample of this study is set at 85 people. The data collection tool used questionnaires in the form of Likert scale (for the variable of discipline and learning motivation) and test question for student learning result variable. Questionnaires are arranged based on indicators of variables and examined to the supervisor of the thesis, then tested to the respondent not the research sample. After instrument test, it is known that all instrument of variable X1 consist of 34 items and 30 valid items and X2 variable consist of 34 items and 31 valid. Variable Y uses test questions. Test data variable analysis requirements X1, X2, and Y note that all normal distributed variables so that linearity test can be tested and linearity test results were regression between variables X1 with Y and X2 with Y also linear with p value <0.05. The results showed that the level of discipline and motivation to learn has a significant relationship with the results of learning jurisprudence. In test of research hypothesis, obtained correlation X1 with Y = 0.53, correlation X2 with Y = 0.24. Correlations X1 and X2 together with Y of = 0.39

Abstract

Moral is a characteristic which is very important that must be had by all people, because the character is usual be used as a tool progression for humanity. The higher role of character is done, so more glorious that people have had it. Meanwhile the deferent of characteristics are between animal and human are the character and moral are showed in their daily activities. Human uphold the moral in this their live actually wished by Allah who had by everyone when the prophet Muhammad said. It is a purpose of Rasulullah Saw sent to this earth is to repair the moral people. Al-Ghazali said that to create an inner which supports the created the virtues of soul are called by Al-Ghazali happiness (Al-sa’adat Alhaqiqat). The virtues of moral has a lot of kinds, but it is called by Al-Ghazali is clarified

Abstract

This study aims to find out the management learning Islamic religious education in improving interest in learning in high school students 2 City Tebing Tinggi. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection in this research is done by observation technique, interview and document review. In analyzing the data, researchers used qualitative analysis techniques with data exposure, data reduction and conclusions. Based on the research that has been done, obtained the result that: 1). To create effective learning PAI teachers formulate a plan that includes: annual programming, semester program, lesson implementation plan, determining minimum graduation criteria conducted at the beginning of each new school year. 2). Organizing learning by PAI teachers are: subject matter, material resources, methods, tools used and strategies selected in delivering the subject matter. 3). Implementation of PAI lessons using the 2013 curriculum. Lessons learned include opening activities, core activities that emphasize exploration of past knowledge of closing activities as feedback and reinforcement of students. 4). In addition to supervision conducted by the Principal, Supervisor of PAI Kemenag Teachers, also held suvervisi meetings every Saturday, monthly supervision meetings, semester meetings and at the end of each semester the head and vice principal evaluate the performance of the teachers for assessment. Teachers who get a good assessment will be rewarded and if the value is low will be given a reprimand both oral and written. 5). In addition to the independent evaluation of the teachers through pre-test, post test, daily test, independent tasks and group assignments, there is also a periodic evaluation of the midsemester exam and the final exam of the semester. 6). The high interest of student learning on PAI lesson is shown by the students' activeness during teaching and learning process because they think the material is very useful in everyday life.
