Abstract

RPH (The cattle slaughter house) produces wastes, such as feses, urine, and blood of cow. The wastes are released to environment, make the evironment contamined. That waste has a potential usage for making liquid manure, after having fermentation process for a specified time. It is a research, studies of  liquid organic manure that made from  fermentation process of urine of cow (ferunsa) with varies addition of blood powder of cow, fucused in it’s quality. The research is conducted in 6 of treatments by adding blood powder of cow (TDS)  as follows : 0 grame, 20 grames, 40 grames, 60 grames, 80 grames and 100 grames, for 14 daies fermentations. The results, that in level of 80 grames addition is the  effective treatment by the contents of C-organic, Nitrogen, Phosfor, and  Kalium respectively are : 6,92%, 3,53%, 4,33%, and 5,02%.Keywords: liquid organic manure, fermentation, urine of cow, blood powder of cow.

Abstract

The successful marketing management program Business Administration State Polytechnic of Semarang must be clever in responding to the stakeholder. Referring to or before, this article is an empirical study on Marketing Management study program. The Election object study is 100 university students in Marketing Management program. Loading technique that sample used in this study is accidental sampling. Data was collected use survey methods by using questionnaires. Technical analysis of using two approaches: Confirmatory factor analysis, in Structural equation model (SEM) with AMOS 22.0, and Regression Weight in SEM. Analysis of data with the approach Confirmatory factor analysis showing a model raised can be accepted. While Regression approaches Weight in 2 of 5 the hypothesis that raised was rejected. Where the hypothesis 3 The impact of satisfaction with facilities study program to the quality of campus life has not proved to be significantly. And The impact of hypothesis 4 Satisfaction with management orientation to the quality of campus life has not proved to be significantly. Abstract

This study specifically aims to: (1) determine the water discharge drill wells, (2) analyzing the physical, chemical and microbiological before and after filtered. Water discharge is determined by the volume of water coming out of the pump, housed in a bucket or vessel in time-varying, repetition is done ten (10) times. Water discharge is determined from the average price of the volume of water being stored in the bucket divided time it takes to fill it. Based on a simple statistical calculation, the discharge of water after filtration is 1.31 l / s, before filtration   of 1.86 l / s, so that the filtration efficiency of 70.4%. Analysis of the composition of the water carried by physical, chemical and microbiological conducted in the laboratory total solids showed 460 ppm and 330 ppm prior to filtration, after filtration, the quality standard of 1,500 ppm. Chemical properties of the water before and after filtration, namely: pH 7, the quality standard (6.5 to 9.2). Total hardness initially 223.32 ppm to 181.56 ppm, while the quality standard of 500 ppm CaCO3. Nitrite has decreased from 0.38 ppm to < 0.02 ppm, but not yet eligible to be negative. Sulfate, lead and copper negative, chloride remained 16.588 ppm, well below the quality standard of 600 ppm. Although iron decreased from 218.72 before filtration into 184.8 ppm after filtration, but the maximum quality standard of 1 ppm Fe, thus not eligible drinking water.Keywords: assessment, discharge, water quality, wellbore

Abstract

Bamboo is a plant species of grasses with a cavity and a segment in the trunk. Bamboo has many types. In this era of bamboo has economic value and beneficial if used properly. One way is to become of utilizing bamboo handicrafts. Bamboo craft is a craft popular among the people of Indonesia, ranging from woven bamboo crafts, woven wall, Udung misstatement, tissue boxes and skewers. Irat bamboo is a tool that has a working principle attenuate or splitting bamboo section in accordance with a predetermined size. This tool is used to produce various kinds of craft in bulk with the results of the same product in a relatively short time. The purpose of this design tool is to cut the bamboo in large quantities in a short time. The method used to design and make bamboo irat engine with an electric motor with a power capacity of 600 incision 1HP per hour. Abstract

Nowadays more and more members of the public who tried to enter into the world of business, whether micro, small and medium. The intention of entering the business world in general is driven by national economic conditions are not yet fully capable of creating jobs, good for those who at this moment ready to enter the workforce, as well as new labor force, ie those who have recently graduated from an educational institution or caused by various causes can not be forced to complete their education. Those who drop out of school or who are not able to continue to pursue higher education also need to get a decent and dignified life. So in order to survive, they choose the alternative to enter the business world. With capital determination, passion or whatever possessed them to try berwirausaha.Mereka not easily give up the face of lifes difficulties, but among them many of them fail. Abstract

The research aims determine the effectiveness of the use of aluminum alloy as sacrificial anode for cathodic protection of hull plates and knows the needs of sacrificial anode that is used to slow the average rate of corrosion in the hull plates in seawater. This research method laboratory experiments. Test speciment for experimental laboratory is a steel plate AISI E 2512, three kinds of aluminum alloy sacrificial anode products are different (the product A, Al = 86.118%, the product B Al = 85.097% and the product C Al = 97.665%) and use of sea water media with a salinity of 37 %. Results of corrosion testing in the laboratory can prove that among of the three aluminum alloy sacrificial anode mounted on steel plates of AISI E 2512 ships haven is the most optimal performance is the product of aluminum alloy sacrificial anode C, because it has the average corrosion rate of the lowest vessel steel plate at 0.065 mm/year. From this research it is known that aluminum alloy sacrificial anode product C has the optimal performance, meaning it slows the rate of corrosion of steel plate AISI E 2512 that can truly serve as the sacrificial anode. Key words: Ship steel plate , Aluminum alloy sacrificial anode, Corrosion rate

Abstract

Iron concrete is a product of mining whose existence will someday run out. To solve the probem, alternatively attempted use cheap bamboo reinforcement and high strength . In this study the bamboo used instead of tensile reinforcement in concrete beams is simple. Berlulangan planned beam (underreinforced). All casting bamboo beams torsion beams are given particular on its reinforcement. In the end you will know how much a modification beams with tensile reinforcement of bamboo piinan petung in resist bending style. The results showed that the quality of concrete plans K - 225 kg/cm2 obtained an average compressive strength is 229 kg/cm2. Tensile strength of concrete iron test while 33.5 kN to 17.5 kN Babbu torsion. Flexural strength testing of concrete beams reinforced bamboo strands pull 35 kN, while for tensile steel reinforcement  10 mm concrete compressive strength was stopped after reaching an average of 81 kN. Concrete composite beams with tensile reinforcement of bamboo strands petung building materials can be used as a substitute for steel reinforcing.Key Word : Concrete Beams, Reinforcement bamboo, strong bending

Abstract

The production of corn are currently faced on processing the utilization of crop will be an alternative food, therefore, the role of women is dearer to fill the void of women in residential district of Banyumanik who was as a housewife, at this momment, finding additional needs through entrepreneurship to support the economic of family in increasing their life. In food priority in developing National Security, so there are three reasons for the review: 1) access of nutrition is good enough for human rights, 2) food nutrition consumption is the basis for the establishment of the qualified human resources, 3) food priority is the basic for economic security, even the national food security. Utilization of corn as alternative food had a good role, to some products, ingredients of corn already can be developed in the type of food menu depends on the processed that the ingredients is corn flour.Keyword : Role of Women, Food Processing.

Abstract

This paper is a part of the research entitles "Waste Plastic Bottles as Fiber on Concrete Panels forincreasing Compressive Strength and flexibility" The addition of plastic bottlefiber on the concrete wall panel aims to increase the compressive strength and tensile / flexural concrete. With the addition of fiber on concrete can reduce the cracks that may be happened as the result of shrinkage. Plastic as an artificial   inorganic chemicals complex from chemical complex material or high levels polymeric materials, basically is a carbon compound (Technology Materials, PEDC, 1987).  Have are a kinds of Plastic PE(Poly Etylene)types, i.elow-density polyethylene ( LDPE) and high density polyethylene ( HDPE). These type of plastic generally used to making bottles, which have strong anda weak characteristics. Waste mineral water  bottles are  used  in this research. This research used laboratory experiments by making concrete K 175, then added with plastic fiber  in varying amounts of 0%, 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, and 10%. to Cement weight. Then cube  Specimen samples use made for  compressive strength test and  beam specimentamplestest is made for bending test. The result is : the highest compresisive strength is by adding  2% fiber to the  cement’s weight is   208.2 Kg / Cm2 andthehighest  flexural achievement is by adding 4% fiber to the cement’s weight   is 47.97 Kg / Cm2.Keywords: Waste Plastics, Precast Concrete, Concrete Fiber

Abstract

There have been many studies that claim the existence of Ethnic Entrepreneurship is very significant influence on the improvement of public welfare. Not a few Migrant Entrepreneurs who become successful and there is also a failure in the city of Semarang. Therefore, the issue of the proposed research is to determine the factors most influential in shaping entrepreneurs who excel in line with expectations. Further variables and indicators of research is also based on previous studies. A model has been developed and five hypotheses have been formulated to address the problem of this research. Data analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) at 22.0 AMOS program. Research which will be tested in the five objectives of this research. The final result of this research that the findings of the research will be the most dominant variable in influencing the entrepreneurial orientation of the model to be superior entrepreneur is a potential factor. In addition 4 of 5 hypothesis proposed in this research study is acceptable significantly.
