Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Motivasi Wanita Pekerja di Industri Kecil dan Rumah Tangga (IKRT) Kain Sasirangan Kelurahan Seberang Mesjid, Kecamatan Banjarmasin Tengah, Kota Banjarmasin. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui motivasi pekerja wanita di Industri Kecil dan Rumah Tangga (IKRT) kain Sasirangan Kelurahan Seberang Mesjid, Kecamatan Banjarmasin Tengah, Kota Banjarmasin.                   Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan data primer yang diperoleh dari wawancara dan kuisioner, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari studi dokumen dan studi pustaka. Populasi penelitian yaitu wanita pekerja di IKRT kain Sasirangan Kelurahan Seberang Mesjid, Kecamatan Banjarmasin Tengah, Kota Banjarmasin yang berstatus menikah berjumlah 152 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel penuh. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik persentase.            Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi adalah suatu dorongan yang terdapat dalam diri individu  yang menyebabkan individu tersebut bertindak atau berbuat untuk mendapat tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Motivasi wanita pekerja di IKRT kain Sasirangan Kelurahan Seberang Mesjid, Kecamatan Banjarmasin Tengah, Kota Banjarmasin adalah motivasi ekonomi dan motivasi sosial. Motivasi ekonomi antara lain: menambah pendapatan keluarga dan ekonomi yang tidak bergantung dengan suami. Motivasi sosial antara lain: tingkat pendidikan, waktu luang, mencari pengalaman dan mengaktualisasikan diri. Motivasi ekonomi yang dominan  adalah motivasi untuk menambah pendapatan keluarga, sedangkan motivasi sosial yang dominan adalah motivasi mengisi waktu luang.Kata kunci: Wanita Pekerja, Motivasi, Motivasi Ekonomi, Motivasi Sosial

Abstract

Central market is a economi means to provided easly for a society to do transaction buying and selling an item. The item at central market ussually to selling too at markets or a smaller place. The items that sold at central that is of crude items (basic) like agricultural product and plantation, half-cooked item until finished item. Selidah’s central market handil bakti is a central market wich to located at sub-district of alalak barito kuala regency south Kalimantan province. Selidah’s central market handil bakti happened various activity buying and selling between marketeer dan buyer, but the items sold in the central market, it too much only crude items and operating every week. Selidah’s central market has many problems to meet the everyday neededs in transaction buying and selling of items,it can be analyzed internal aspects (stronger and weaker)and eksternal (opportunities and threats) with SWOT analysis. The result can be seen of weight total from each factor that is total score for power factor is 1.26, total score for weakness factor is 1.03, total score for opportunities factor is 2.28, and total score for threat factor is 0.68. selidah’s central market handil bakti standed at quadrant I with the coordinate point (0.11 : 0.8) used SWOT matriks.  Keywords: central market, SWOT analysis

Abstract

The study, titled Vulnerability to flooding in West Martapura of Banjar Regency research objectives the purpose of this research is to know the level of vulnerability to flooding in the Western County of Martapura of Banjar.The population in this research is a community located in the Sub-district Martapura Barat in 13 villages in the Sub-District Martapura Barat with sample taken randomly from 13 villages in the Sub-District Martapura Barat, each of which was taken on the basis of every family in the village of yangmewakili the population so that the total number of samples is 333 respondents using Random Sampling techniques. Primary data obtained through observation, measurement and direct question form technique in field, secondary data were obtained from the Office of Sub-district Martapura Barat, Regional disaster response Agency (BPBD), Banjar Regency, and regional development planning Board (BAPPEDA) Banjar Regency and the Central Bureau of statistics (BPS) Banjar Regency. Analysis techniques used by using analysis of percentage.The results showed that Vulnerability to flooding in Martapura barat i.e. much influence by the social economic and environmental factors.Key Words: vulnerability, Flood, Community.

Abstract

Lambung Mangkurat university is the eldest University at Kalimantan. This university stand on  September 21th 1958, but can be formalized on November 1st 1960, and standing until now. The perpove of this study is to know the requirement and room capacity park at Faculty of teachers training and Education UNLAM Banjarmasin's City have sufficed or not. The result of this study can be that analysis that  :  the supreme Accumulated parking is happening for motorbike in FKIP 1, as much as 511 unit, whereas for car as much as 11 unit, that is happening between hour 15.10 16.10 Wita. The supreme accumulated parking thatis happening for motorbike in FKIP 2, as much as 1.446 unit between hour 07.35 08.35 Wita.  The supreme durasi of parking that happen in parking FKIP 2 as much as 143,33 minutes / vehicles.  The supreme of alternation parkir’s level happen in FKIP 1 for car as much as 4,63 vehicles / SRP Per minute.  The supreme capacity park is capacity park for motorbike in FKIP 1 as much as 53,02 SRP Per minute, where is the slot’s sam that available as much as 2.651 whit the average long park as much as 0,05 minutes / vehicles. The supreme of index park is inden park motorbike as much as 215, 18 that happen in FKIP 2. The recessity room or the augmentation of extent room park for motorbike in FKIP 1 is 1.738  m², for car is 586,5 m², and FKIP 2 for motorbike is 1.503 m² and for car is 372 m².Key word  : Accumulate park, The duration of park, Capacity of park, Index park and the necessity room park FKIP UNLAM Banjarmasin City

Abstract

Title in this research is “Difference Of Student’s Learning Result Whose Taught Using Audio Visual Media and Computer Based Media On The Subject Matter Of Sustainable Development At Class XI SMA 7 Banjarmasin Academic Year 2014/2015". This research aims to find out the difference of student’s learning result whose taught using audio visual media and computer based media on the subject matter of sustainable development at class XI SMA 7 Banjarmasin academic year 2014/2015.Population of this research is all students at class XI IPS in SMA Negeri 7 Banjarmasin. The sample obtained used purpossive sample technique, the sample is all students at class XI IPS 2 and class XI IPS 3. The first experiment class is XI IPS 2 whose taught using computer based media, and the second class using audio visual media. Primary data obtained throuh observation in the field, and the values of the pre test and post test. Secondary data obtained from the study of document and literature. The technique of data analysis is percentage technique and t test analysis.The result calculation which used t test analysis techniques both at pre-test and post-test showed that thitung < ttable 5%. The calculation results showed that there was no significant difference between student learning result are taught using audio visual media and computer based media, then Ha is rejected and H0 accepted. Keywords: Difference, Student’s learning result, Media Audio Visual,Computer Based Media
