Abstract

The integrationvalues ofmulticultural educationis an attemptto combine thelearning strategiesthat includesmulticultural valuesin acknowledging, accepting and affirminghumandifferences and similaritiesthat includediversityof race, language, religion, raceandgender. It is doneby developinginstructional designthatincludes planning, implementation, andevaluationof PKn which includingmulticultural values.LearningPKnasteaching materials isintegrated withthe values ofmulticultural educationin order toincrease the value ofequality, democraticvaluesandtolerancebetween people. In this study, the writer useda qualitative method. The data collectiontechniqueswere observation, interviews, anddocumentation. Moreover, the data analysis techniques used data reduction, data display, and conclusion.The resultsof this studywerein the process ofplanninglearningPKn whichincludedMulticulturalvaluesinSMPN6Banjarmasin: the teachersalreadyhad asyllabusfortheir teaching and learning process, the teacher also alreadyhad the Lesson Plan (RPP) which has been integratedwiththe values ofmulticultural educationintothe Lesson Plan and the teachers had more than one thematerials/textbook when teaching Pkn. On the other hand, theimplementation ofthe teaching and learning process of PKn whichincludingmulticulturalvaluesinSMPN6Banjarmasinhas been runningprettywellsince it had included:carrying out the pre-activities, carrying out the while-activities which includedconductingcorevalues of equality, democracyandtolerance and the lastwas carrying out the post-activities. Then, the teachers haveimplemented the principles ofassessment for the evaluation ofthe teaching andlearning process of PKn whichincludedmulticulturalvaluesinSMPN6Banjarmasin. The principles ofassessment were valid, objective, fair, unified, open, thoroughandcontinuous, systematic, based on thecriteria, andaccountable.According to the results, it is suggested thatthe PKn teachersatSMPN6Banjarmasinshould improve the integrationvalues ofmulticultural educationin the teaching and learning processof PKn, it was based on the fact that SMPN6Banjarmasinhavestudents who werediversein terms ofethnicity, culture, language, religion, socialstatus, gender, ability, ageandrace.Keywords: Integration, The Values of Multicultural Education, Teaching and Learning PKn.

Guide (I) Zainul Akhyar, Dian Agus (II). Some of the problems that need to be considered in order to optimize the process of learning for example, how to find how to best to get across the various concepts that are being taught so that the students and considering more can be used for a long time the concept, how a teacher can communicate effectively with the students, how one of the students can open horizons thinking with a degree of intelligence that are different from each student problems difficulties student learning. is all in the implementation teaching and learning in schools, such as a sign PKn as knowledge that is abstract and verbal Civic Education, of course different with the science of applied science that is sure, the theory and in fact it is different. This is the place where the PAKEM strategy implementation contextual learning and the application is used. Thus, to develop learning approach through innovations PAKEM approach and application contextual learning will be done is expected to make it easier to understand and in improving childrens learning motivation so that they can improve learning. This Research qualitative research method to use this method can give a chance for researchers to learn more in-depth counseling on the phenomenon takes place. Samples taking in the course of research terms qualitative used with caution. Qualitative research In the samples taking was to gather information as possible not to do generalizations. Samples taking charge to the situation, the subject, informers and time. Technical data collection that used in this research is a technique the observation, an interview in-depth documentation and literature. The focus observation done to the three components that is the place or space, the perpetrators, and activities, instrument or is guidelines interview, a little book, camera as tool documentation. Research on the field that has been done about PAKEM approach and contextual on anticipated difficulties learning students in the schools Muhammadiyah Senior High School 2 Banjarmasin has often been implemented, the PAKEM is being implemented in the process of learning thus the activity to learn a lesson to draw, there is a students involvement in the process of learning, students will be directed to become more active and easy to understand lessons and contextual approach also are going well, and the teachers as a facilitator to be able to relate to what is being taught between matter with the situation real world. Based on the results of research, it can be concluded that the application PAKEM approach and contextual on anticipated difficulties learning in the teaching Citizenship Education at the Senior High School Muhammadiyah 2 Banjaramasin has been running but must be improved, to reduce overcome the challenges or in the field but PAKEM and relevant is being implemented in the process of learning.

Supervising (1) Zainul Akhyar (2) H. Harpani Matnuh During this adolescent behavior of the village of Sungai Alang tend to have yet to achieve good behavior as expected. It is seen from the actions and behaviour of the teenagers are shown to still be in the Act of perversion.            Research objectives are to find out other forms of deviant behavior of teenagers in the village of Sungai Alang,to determine the factors that led to the teen deviant behaviour in the village of Sungai Alang, to find out the attitude of the community towards deviant behavior of teenagers.The data source is composed of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation.            The results of this research indicate  the forms of juvenile delinquency can be seen by the presence of symptoms, drinking alcohol, etc, the factors causing occurrence of juvenile delinquency  internal factors and external factors, the right attitude to cope with teenage deviant behaviour is preventive action, the repressive measures, and rehabilitative and curative actionSuggestions in this study are for adolescents to behave so as not to stray again, for the community in order to better monitor and control the actions of teenagers, for the local government as input,  for the researchers as experience, for parents to be able to be a good role model, for community leaders as a description of the behavior of teenagers of the village.

Abstract

Kepribadian pengurus organisasi kemahasiswaan yang cenderung tertutup dalam menjalankan rutinitasnya akan berdampak terhadap kualitas kinerja dan pelayanan organisasi. Apabila hal demikian tidak mendapat perhatian serius dikhawatirkan akan menjadikan organisasi sosial lingkup kemahasiswaan tersebut hanya sekedar menjalankan aktivitas berupa rutinitas saja. Diharapkan pengurus organisasi tingkat kemahasiswaan memiliki kemandirian dan rasa tanggung jawab yang tinggi dalam menjalankan maupun melaksanakan perannya secara maksimal selama menjadi pengurus organisasi kemahasiswaan.

Counselor (I) Fatimah (II) Harpani Matnuh. Women Representation in parliament has been the focus of a lot of people since it is especially found on the election results that the percentage of womens representation in parliament does not reach the threshold of women representation. This study aims to see the women representation in Banjarmasin Parliament from the legislative election results. In addition, it also aims to know the problematic or the problems that occur in the women representation and the factors that affect the women representation in Banjarmasin Parliament.The method used in this study is qualitative data collection techniques by using the observation so that the researcher can see the problems of women representation in Banjarmasin Parliament, the interview is given to find out the problems directly from the informants as a source of data, and documentation is used to facilitate the researcher in collecting data both written documents or images as a data source.The research results show that the women representation is seen from the amount of Parliament members from among the women do not achieve the results of legislative elections but it nearly approaches the percentage of women representation. The problematic lead more to the limitation of women and the factors that influence it such as the difficulty of finding human resources who are courageous on the politic field and competent on it become a significant factor.In short, based on the results of this study, it is suggested that the women in Banjarmasin Parliament members should work optimally in order to further maximize their real work for the society, especially regarding to the issues of womens active role in efforts to increase the number women representation in the future and to strive for increasing the number of women representation to achieve the gender balance so that it can simplify the delivery of the interests and rights of women to go down to the community such as socializing or making events for instance seminars on increasing the womens representation. Keyword: Problematic, Women, Representation

Abstract

Art Hadrah just listen only and is not applied to them as a message song lyric that contain religious values into everyday life. Neither is the case today in society Pelambuan, as a good religious people of course, we need to understand the application of religious values through art Hadrah, so the application of religious values can be a reference for behavior and community group members hadrah in everyday life. Aims to determine the form of the implementation of arts activities in the community pelambuan hadrah, knowing public participation in the arts hadrah in a song lyric messages, hadrah art knows only as entertainment or as a tradition and know the direct impact that can be felt by people around the hadrah art activities.The method used was a qualitative method. The data source selected by purposive sampling. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis of the results of the research is the analysis of the data reduction steps, the data display and verification.The results of the study in the village Pelambuan Western District of Banjarmasin show that (1) the background belakangin founded this group in place so they had nothing with them to form their own initiative and the others follow in their footsteps, a tool used to fly set apart, the number of personnel 12 people, their financial systems by way of savings, well-structured organizational systems, organizational mechanisms from home to home exercise and there is a religious event, da average of these group activities that practice 1 time a week, while for the show to 3 times a week depending on the call. (2) the public participation activities hadrah art goes well enough and every territories also have their peculiarities hadrah grouped respectively. (3) hadrah art not only as a mere entertainment for the community but also as a tradition to release the vows. (4) One of the positive impact will be felt reminded of His greatness and His love to God and His Prophet and its negative impact a lack of public awareness of arts activities hadrah that exist around their territoryBased on these results, the participation of governments, communities and groups can apply the message of the poem t hadrah art into everyday life. Keyword: Religious values, hadrah group, community.

Abstract

Student learning outcomes in class X and XI SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Banjarmasin is very low , it is known that the learning civics teachers not  instructional media when presenting the material , associated with logging students understand the content of the subject matter . This study aimed to determine the relationship of learning instructional media with the results of class X and XI at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Banjarmasin . This study uses a quantitative approach to sampling technique proportionate random sampling. Samples were obtained at random. The data collection was done by using questionnaires, observation , and documentation . Analysis of the results of research used is descriptive analysis and product moment correlation test .The results of this study indicate that the learning media has a significant relationship with student learning outcomes . Visible on Product Moment Correlation test results is equal to 0.510 which is then adjusted to the interpretation table r value then the value of this 0,510 including interval coefficients between 0.41 to 0.599 which is included in the category of medium -level relationships or pretty .Based on these results, it can be suggested that teachers pay more attention to student needs and using learning media to improve student learning outcomes . Besides, the school is expected to provide infrastructure facilities that support the development of learners.Keyword: instructional media, learning outcomes, student

Skripsi Program Studi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan, jurusan Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial FKIP Universitas Lambung Mangkurat. Pembimbing (I) Hj. Fatimah, Pembimbing (II) Heru Puji Winarso. Kata kunci: pelaksanaan, perda nomor 8 tahun 2011, retribusi parkirPelaksanaan perda parkir di wisata menara Pandang Siring Pierre Tendean Banjarmasin belum sesuai dengan peraturan yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelayanan parkir, keamanan dan kenyamanan masyarakat pemilik kendaraan, faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pelaksanan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 8 Tahun 2011, serta mendeskripsikan upaya yang dilakukan dinas perparkiran dalam menegakkan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 8 Tahun 2011 tentang Retribusi Parkir di wisata Menara Pandang Siring Pierre Tendean Banjarmasin.Metode penelitian yang dipilih adalah metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif dimulai dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan parkir di wisata Menara Pandang belumlah berkualitas. Hal ini dilihat dari apa yang dirasakan masyarakat pengguna parkir. Mereka belum puas karena ada beberapa petugas yang tidak memakai seragam parkir, tidak adanya karcis, dan mereka menarik tarif parkir secara sepihak. Masyarakat belum bisa merasakan keamanan dan kenyamanan ketika mereka memarkirkan kendaraannya di areal Menara Pandang. Faktor yang memengaruhinya, yaitu kurangnya pengawasan dari pemerintah daerah atau dinas  perparkiran, tidak adanya kejelasan tentang berapa tarif parkir yang seharusnya dibayarkan oleh pemilik kendaraan, petugas tidak pernah mendapatkan pelatihan, tidak ada persyaratan untuk menjadi petugas parkir, tidak ada karcis, adanya pengaruh dari tempat lain, kebutuhan hidup yang tinggi, sehingga petugas parkir menganggap hal yang biasa untuk meminta tarif parkir tidak sesuai perda, dan petugas parkir harus menyetorkan sebagian besar penghasilannya kepada dinas terkait. Upaya untuk melaksanakan perda no. 8 tahun 2011 tentang retribusi parkir telah dilakukan. Akan tetapi, upaya tersebut belum maksimal karena banyaknya kendala yang dihadapi, seperti kurangnya aparatur dan minimnya sanksi yang diberikan kepada para pelanggar.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelayanan parkir belum maksimal, kemanan dan kenyamanan masyarakat pengguna parkir belum terjamin, banyak faktor yang memengaruhi pelaksanaan parkir, salah satunya kurangnya perhatian pemerintah daerah atau dinas terkait meskipun ada upaya yang telah dilakukan, tetapi belumlah maksimal.

Abstract

Causes of low student achievement in class XII SMK Bina BANUA Accounting 2 Banjarmasin is the lack of attention to students when the teacher explains the material in front, the lack of motivation in students learning, teachers are using lecture and question and answer. In addition, also, very rarely use cooperative learning model. Cooperative learning is an option because it can raise student motivation and learning outcomes. The aim of this study were: (1) Increasing student motivation in learning to use the Civic Education Cooperative learning model Jigsaw type Civics learning, (2) Improve student learning outcomes in Civics learning using Jigsaw cooperative learning model in teaching civics class XII student of Accounting 2 SMK Bina BANUA Banjarmasin Academic Year 2014/2015, (3) To determine the response of students to instructional materials with application macampemerintahan evaluate various learning models Jigsaw. Classroom action research carried out in the second cycle. Each cycle consists of four main activities: planning, action, observation / observation and reflection. Object class XII students study Accounting 2 SMK Bina BANUA Banjarmasin. Data collection is done by testing, observation, and questionnaires. Mechanical analysis of quantitative and qualitative data. The results of the study concluded that the application of jigsaw cooperative learning methods can increase the motivation to learn civics class XII student of Accounting 2 SMK Bina BANUA Banjarmasin 2014/2015 school year as evidenced by an increase in motivation to learn civics percentage score of 58.3% in the first cycle to 74, 6% in the second cycle, (2) use of Jigsaw cooperative learning model in the material system of government can improve student achievement, ie from 42.64 to 55.8% completeness in the first cycle, rising to an average of 75 with a classical completeness 97% in the second cycle.Keywords: motivation, learning outcomes Civics, models Jigsaw
