Abstract

Autodeks as 2D and 3D software degsigners, for the construction industry, manufacturing, entertainment and education have formed the ATC (Autorizhed Training Centre) or training centers in each coutry. In Indonesia, the training center only be found in Java and Surabaya, but in the city of Makassar is not availablerepersentative. Makassar as the growing cities in Indonesia ideal be supported by ATC facility what a strategic, so that consumers in the city Makassar easier to obtain trsining and certification information. The designof commercial buildings such as ATC is necessary in large quantities, besides that, a great level of energy consumption for the building turned out to have devastating effect on the environment, therefore the design is focused on generating building Autodeks training center in Makassar are energy efficient.

Abstract

Two year after the daya Wholesale Market habitation coustructed as from of reponse to market conditions traditionally imaged as a seedy place, dirty, muddy, poorly maintained, and has a very low accupancy level of cuality does not cause society to attract shopping in Daya WholesaleMarket. The this problem, we try to conduct research related to the tendency of the factors that keep people shopping at traditional market, trough this research, authours will try to offer the design criteria based on market data obtained from the results of research thourgh independent and dependent variables on the dependent variables is costumer satisfaction (society) Daya wholesale Market concept disegn that less thant the maximum, causing the need for the rehabilitation market. As result, after two years rehabilitation Daya wholesale Market is not run optimally during the rehabilitation process. So that, Daya Wholesale Market is not preffered by many visitoris, both costumers and producers.

Abstract

Plaining and desaign aims to design a tourism information and culture center with Modern arhitecture approach, this designlimited on several issue there arethe architectural issue, particulary spatial, space recurements and appearance of the building, while the method used is the study of literature/ literary studies, surveys (from of field observation and data collection of building where has a similar function to to tourism information and cultur center), and analyzing the data obtained. The result of the design is the creative of tourism information and culture South Sulawesi center in Makassar with modern architecture apptoach with the ablility of the building to accommodate the times when the building is nuanced and modern look, with a modern from so that, this building more interesting to prospective visitors.

Abstract

The change system of Daya Modern Wholesale market Mechanism is necessary because the system in place does not run propertly in accordance with. Associated with the existing system, the less the saller Latituted in marketing various kinds of merchandise, numer of trade sale price competation, the high prince of rent stalls/ kiosk, so in need of more serious treatment. That’s what limits the interes of traders in traditional markets to modern reluctant to sell in the market that had been prepared. In this study, discussion or research methods used there are 3 ways to market directly to the site observation, the survey by interviewing the traders and buyers in the market as well as distributing questionarto the merchant in order to confirm the results of research. From the research that have has been done the result is permanent traders selling in the market traditional and modern markets that have been built are not working prorely. So that the conclutions and recommendations that can be given is to change the system of Daya Modern Wholesale Market mechanisms to attract market participants.

Abstract

Planning and designing are aimed to the creative literary fiction community building in Makassar with Cubism architecture approach, this design is limited to a few problems such as the problem of architectural, location and footprint, the prospect physical design of the building, the need for space (layout), structure, materials, and equipment building so that, it can indicate the identity of what its contain, while the methods are literature studies, comparative studies, (Form obtained by comparing studies on similar projects or who have in common with creative literary fiction community building). The results of the design is creation of infrastructures to facilitate the public to channel their talents and interests in the field of literature, especially literary function and also facilitates and encourages reading by providing the quality of reading source which are cheap and reachable by all people.

Abstract

Sudiang sports center is one of the architectural masterpiece that is purposedly built to be used optimal by the local society, but thee reality is far from what is expected. Next problem is many street vendors who sell around the gymnasium building and road shoulders so that the building is supposed to be a place to exercise converted into a sale and purchase. The author tries ries to analyze and provide solutions through revitalization plan as a sports center attaractions based community efforts to address the problem. Through this research will be know apperenciation of the local society on the plan and will be know the factors cousing problem arise, trough a questionnaire which contains several points and sub questions that are  considerd related to the issue above the level of public enthusiasm and response plan as well as an opportunity to serve as a tourist destination. Then the data will be processed by presented using MS Excel based as the highest answer and lowets voting, the reslts of research state that the dominant factor that couses people rarel visit was the lack of free time due to the business of the work and the generally public to respond and respond positively on a revitalization plan. Therefor the relevant stakeholders such as the such as the society is expented to be more enthusiastic about building of Sudiang sports center as better an for the manager of the building with geverment in order to improve the quality of service and wise in making decisions in terms of regulating street vendors.

Abstract

The method issued is the study of literature/ literary studies, surveys (in the from of field observations and data collection of function of the building where has a similar to the trade fair), and analsis of the data obtained. The result of the creation of the design architecture and interior products exhibition builing in the city of Makassar with emphaisis Eco-Office, with the ability of building to accommodate currently building development without compromising environmental aspects.

Abstract

Suding sports center built since 2004, but over the mouths there are many problems that accured in this building mainly comes to facilities and infrastructure of buildings that have been damaged. Therefor we need conduct cancening the problem by observation as well as interview techniques and the distribution of questionnaires to the respondents of the research object which in Sudiang sport center about how far the problem in infrastructure damage and GOR infrastructure.
