Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the application of behavioristic theory in the learning of morality in the 2013 curriculum at the elementary school level. In addition, to reveal the implications of behavioristic theory in learning morality in the 2013 curriculum to shape the morals of elementary school students. This type of research is classified as library research with an interpretative text approach. Data were collected by quoting, adapting, and analyzing using data analysis techniques using the Miles and Huberman model of representative literature and having relevance to the problem discussed, then interpreting the data so that it becomes a conclusion that is considered to answer the problem formulation. The results of the study indicate that there are two main implications, namely: educators utilize preliminary and closing activities of learning as a means to shape the morals of students, and educators cooperate with various components of education staff in schools to form attitudes that lead to moral formation, including: a. ) condition students in an environment that allows the formation of morals, b) create programs that allow students to learn to implement concept learning into practice, c) provide examples to students in the school environment; and d) make a moral commitment to students.

Abstract

This research was ex post facto applying a quantitative methodological approach and a scientific approach in psychology. There were 61 Respondents in this study obtained by proportional cluster random sampling and collected through a questionnaire. The instrument was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The statistical hypothesis testing results from F_count analysis of 0.025 and p-value = 0.000 <0.05 means that H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. It indicated an effect of students' perceptions on utilizing video and PowerPoint media with students' independent learning in PAI subjects in class XI SMA Negeri 6 Sinjai. It means a simultaneous (simultaneous) influence on students' perceptions of using video and media PowerPoint with independent learning. This study implies that Islamic Religious Education Learning was very complex in increasing students' learning independence. As anticipation, a more precise learning process was needed.

Abstract

The objectives of this research on multicultural leadership structural equation model of private Islamic school administrators were 1) to investigate the components and factors affecting multicultural leadership of private Islamic school administrators, 2) to develop a multicultural leadership structural equation model of private Islamic school administrators, and 3) to examine the consistency of the multicultural leadership structural equation model of private Islamic school administrators developed by the researcher with empirical data. The research was divided into3 phases as follows: Phase 1 was to investigate the components and factors affecting multicultural leadership of private Islamic school administrators using a semi-structured interview with 12 experts; Phase 2 was to develop a multicultural leadership structural equation model of private Islamic school administrators using a focus group discussion with 10 experts; and Phase 3 was to examine the consistency of the multicultural leadership structural equation model of private Islamic school administrators developed by the researcher with empirical data from a sample of 245 people.

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of the teacher's example on the morals of the students of Madrasah Aliyah Nurul As'adiyah Callaccu Sengkang, Wajo Regency. The type of research used in this research is ex-post facto quantitative. Ex-post facto research is research in which the independent variables have been treated, or treatment was not carried out at the time of the research, so this research is usually separated from experimental research. This quantitative research aims to find out how much influence between variables. In this study, the research will examine the effect of teacher's example on the morals of the students of Madrasah Aliyah Nurul As'adiyah Callaccu Sengkang, Wajo Regency. The example of the teacher is very influential on the morals of students, therefore a teacher is required to continue to show good examples, the example of the teacher is needed with the aim that students have good morals.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to study the Strategic Leadership Components and Indicators of Islamic Private Schools’ administrators in the Three Southern Border Provinces. The research process in phase 1 consists of 5 steps: step 1 was the Strategic Leadership Components and Indicators from related documents and research, step 2 was the synthesis of the Strategic Leadership Components and Indicators, step 3 was preparing the questionnaire to group the indicators in accordance with the Competency Framework from 5 qualified persons, step 4 was preparing the questionnaire to group the key indicators of leadership in accordance with Islamic principles from 10 qualified persons, and step 5 was preparing the agreeing-disagreeing questionnaire on the Strategic Leadership Indicators from 23 qualified persons. The research in phase 2 was developing Strategic Leadership Indicators, using 2 rounds of Fucus Group Discussion technique. The results of the research showed that the Strategic Leadership Components consists of 5 components: 1) Organizational Direction Establishment, 2) Strategic Formulation, 3) Strategic Implementation, 4) Strategic Control and Evaluation, and 5) High Level Thinking Process, the Strategic Leadership Indicators consists of 166 indicators, and the development of strategic leadership indicators agreed from Focus Group Discussion techniques in round 1 from 7 qualified persons and in round 2 from 11 qualified persons consists of 110 indicators.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are describe the description of the ability to read the Koran of students at MAN 1 Makassar as well as describe learning strategies of Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers in improving students ' reading skills of Al-Qur'an at MAN 1 Makassar. This research is a type of field research with a qualitative approach. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique starts from data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data using the triangulation method. The results of this study show that The ability to read the Qur'an of students at MAN 1 Makassar is indeed quite low. There are still many students who have difficulty reading the Qur'an , stammering in reading the Qur'an and are still wrong in pronouncing the letters or in the laws of reading. Besides it, The strategy that the teacher uses in an effort to improve the students ' ability to read the Qur'an is that the teacher conducts additional lessons outside of school hours, starting at 2 to 3 in the afternoon.
