Abstract

This research is qualitative research with pedagogic, sociological, and theological approaches. The research location was at the IT Al-Ishlah Maros Middle School, as informants in this study the chairman of the foundation, school principal, teachers, hostel supervisors, students, and parents of students. Based on the findings of the study, Islamic Boarding School-based learning at SMP IT Al-Ishlah is divided into two formal and informal. Then the role of PAI learning is fostering student morals, among these roles are fostering morals in loving the environment, making students have disciplined morals, getting used to behaving politely, increasing religious understanding, getting used to independent behavior, and making students with honest character.

Abstract

The Effect of Teacher Creativity in Developing Learning Media on Student Learning Outcomes in the Pai Subject at SMA Negeri 2 Makassar. This study aims at examining teacher creativity in the Pai subject at SMAN 2 Makassar. The research method used in this study is quantitative, therefore the data collection technique uses observation, documentation, questionnaires, and interviews. Based on the results of the study, it proved that teacher creativity in PAI subjects at SMAN 2 Makassar was in the good category, namely at intervals of 31-35 with an average value of 32.92, while the learning media in PAI subjects at SMAN 2 Makassar were in the sufficient category, namely at intervals of 19-21 with an average score of 22.14, as well as student learning outcomes in PAI subjects at SMA Negeri 2 Makassar are in the good category at intervals of 26-28 with an average score of 22.97. From the results of the test, the count of teacher creativity in developing instructional media is 2.701 which is greater than the predetermined table value of 2.021. While the significant value is 0.029 <0.05. In addition, it is known that the regression equation with the formula Y = a + b1x1 + b2x2 = 13.606 + 0.069X1 + 0.316X2. Thus, it can be stated that there is an influence between teacher creativity in developing learning media on student learning outcomes in Pai subject at SMA Negeri 2 Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and identify the Managerial Capabilities of Principals on Teacher Performance at SMP Negeri 1 Bangkala Barat. This research is descriptive qualitative in nature, namely research that is intended to reveal an empirical fact in a scientific objective based on scientific logic, and procedures and supported by strong methodology and theory by the scientific disciplines occupied. The research shows that the Managerial Ability of Principals in Improving Teacher Performance at West Bangkala 1 Public Middle School can be seen from the application of an appropriate curriculum from the central government or the Ministry of Education and Culture in terms of improving the quality of educators, students, and managerial principals. The principal's relationship with teachers and stakeholders. Teacher performance can be seen in terms of the teacher's duties starting from MGKM activation, lesson preparation, learning process, and evaluation. As well good cooperation between school principals and teachers has a good impact.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to foster the self-sufficiency of students at the Ummul Mukminin 'Aisyiyah Islamic Boarding School for the South Sulawesi Region. It also explores what kind of student’s self-sufficiency. The research used a descriptive qualitative method approach, namely the data collected through informants' answers were selected and sorted which were then analyzed semantically. The results showed that the orientation of fostering the self-sufficiency of students at the Islamic Boarding School for Puteri Ummul Mukminin 'Aisyiyah in the South Sulawesi Region was directed at 2 aspects, namely physical and spiritual aspects. These two aspects will be well-formed if they are carried out with good and consistent management and are fully supported by the parents of the students themselves.

Abstract

This study discusses the Concepts and Values of Character Education in the Qur'an Surah al-Baqarah: 261-267. This research uses the library research method, namely by collecting data or materials related to the theme of the discussion and the problems, which are taken from library sources. The research results show that in QS. al-Baqarah: 261-267 there are values of character education namely: religious, social care, and friendly/communicative. These three characters reflect religious teachings that emphasize hablum minallah and hablun minnannas.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the application of student SOP management at SDIT Al-Madinah. The main objective of this is to identify and analyze character building for class V at SDIT Al-Madinah, to determine and analyze the effect of student SOP management on character building for fifth-grade students at SDIT Al-Madinah Maros. The method used in this research is an associative quantitative method, with data collection techniques using observation, documentation, and questionnaires. the authors use a simple regression formula with a sample of 48 respondents. Based on the results of the study, it was proven that the character of fifth-grade students at SDIT Al-Madinah Maros was significantly and positively influenced by Student SOPs. These results were obtained from testing the hypothesis using the t-value, which shows that the t-count of Student SOP is 4.234 higher than the predetermined t-table value of 2.021. Student SOP variable (X) affects student character variables, according to a significance value of 0.000 > 0.05.(Y). Based on the test of the coefficient of determination, the effect of applying Student Standard Operating Procedures on student character is 28% or R2 (R Square) of 0.280 (0.530). This shows that the independent variable (Student SOP) used can have a 28% effect on the dependent variable (student character). based on the results of a determination test of 0.280, which means a positive effect of 28% while 72% is influenced by other variables or factors that are not present in this study such as role models, environment, personality, etc. Therefore, according to the results of this study, student SOPs are classified as able to help in building student character at school.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the urgency of children's education according to Islamic views and to explore the concept of children's education according to the Qur'an and hadits. The research uses a deductive thinking approach, namely research that starts from general statements and draws specific conclusions, in the form of narrative descriptions. The results of the study show that the Qur'an and al-Hadith have a very perfect concept of child education, therefore it is fitting for everyone involved in this education to understand these concepts well, including parents as the main person in charge. in the process of educating children, they should have sufficient provisions or preparation both physically and spiritually, psychologically, and mentally as well as scientific preparation in managing the household and as Mu'allim (teacher) in the family.

Abstract

This Research aims to find out the Effect of teacher's Responses in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 on Teacher Performances at SMPN 1 Soppeng Riaja Ward Kiru-Kiru Regency Barru. This research used a quantitative method with a population of teachers at SMPN 1 Soppeng Riaja totaling 37. Data collection used observation, questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis used simple regression. The result of descriptive data analysis showed that teacher's responses to industrial revolution 4.0 were in the medium category with 23 respondents with a percentage of 62.2% and teacher performances in the medium category with 21 respondents out of a total of 37 respondents with a percentage of 56.75%. The results of inferential statistical analysis showed the value of = 195.712 > = 2.030. Then, the alternative hypothesis is accepted and is rejected, meaning that there is an effect of the teacher's response to the 4.0 industrial revolution on teacher performance at SMPN 1 Soppeng Riaja , Kiru-Kiru village, Barru district.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of EMIS data input for Islamic education institutions under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion, namely as a forum for administrative convenience, channeling assistance, as well as supporting planning and policy-making activities for Islamic education programs at the Ministry of Religion. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview and analyze the application of EMIS at the IMMIM Putra Makassar Islamic Boarding School. To obtain an overview and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing EMIS at the IMMIM Putra Makassar Islamic Boarding School. This type of qualitative descriptive research used in this study is intended to analyze the application of the Education Management Information System (EMIS) at the IMMIM Putra Makassar Islamic Boarding School. The sample in this study was the EMIS Data Manager. The data collection techniques used were the interview method, the observation method, and the documentation method. The data analysis technique used is Data Collection, Data Reduction, Data Display and Conclusion Drawing and Verification. From the results of the research the role of the leadership is quite good in every Modern Islamic Boarding School for Al-Quran Education IMMIM Makassar which is one of the organizational units because humans are the most important element. For this reason, it can be said that the role of the leader in implementing EMIS is quite good, the ability of the leader to foster a climate of cooperation easily and can mobilize existing resources so that they can utilize them and can run effectively and efficiently.
