This research aimed to determine the difficulties of PPG students of Physics education FKIP Unsyiah in implemented teaching experience program in Banda Aceh. This research is a descriptive research type using a qualitative approach. The subject of this research were PPG student of physics education FKIP Unsyiah who implemented the teaching experience program in Banda Aceh in the academic year 2016/2017 which amounted to 15 students. Data collection in this research used questionnaire technique and data analysis technique used percentage test. Based on the data analysis result, it is found that the difficulties of PPG students of physics education FKIP Unsyiah in conducting lesson opening activities were low, the difficulties in mastering the learning material were low, the difficulties in implementing educational learning strategies were low, the difficulties in applying the scientific approach were very low, the dificulities in resourcing utilization and instructional media were low, the difficulties in involving students in learning were very low, and the difficulties in closing lessons activities were very low. Overall the difficulty level of PPG students of physics education FKIP Unsyiah in implemented the teaching experience program (PPL) were low with percentage of difficulty was 36,8%, which showed that PPG students of physics education FKIP Unsyiah have no difficulties in implementing teaching experience program (PPL) in Banda Aceh.

The problem of this study does the subject of physics teaching plan influence micro-teaching for physics student academic year 2016/2017 faculty of education and teaching unsyiah ? the objective of this study is to recognizing, the influence of the subject physics teaching plan toward micro-teaching conducted by physics students FKIP Unsyiah academic year 2016/2017. The population of this study is the students at study program of physics FKIP Unsyiah year 2016-2017 who are conducting micro-teaching practice and have passed the subject physics teaching practice. The technique of date collection used observation and documentation study while the technique of date analysis formula from this study the regearcher found thitung ttable (2.56 1.7). This result means that there is an influence of the subject physics teaching plan toward micro-teaching practice done by the students of study program of physics FKIP Unsyiah year 2017. It is recommended that the students in micro-teaching should obtain a deeper understanding on the materials in the subject physics teaching plan.

This research aims to compare student activity in the learning process by using two models of direct instruction model and Snowball Throwing. The approach used in this research is qualitative approach and implemented experimentally. The research data obtained during the learning process in the classroom using student activity observation sheet. This observation is done by observers and researchers themselves. Instrument data collection is analyzed using percentage test. The results show direct learning model: motivation: 69%, visual: 81%, mental: 50%, motor: 50%, writes: 50%. And snowball throwing model: motivation: 100%, visual: 100%, bounce: 94%, motor: 94%, writes: 75%. From this research it can be concluded that the snowball throwing model is better than the direct learning model.

This study aims to know the result of student learning, teacher and student activity, teacher skill in managing learning, and student's response to the use of STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) Cooperative Learning Model in learning process. This type of research is Classroom Action Research Using a quantitative method. The subjects of this study are students of X-IPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Seunagan academic year 2016/2017 which amounted to 27 students, 3 male students and 24 female students. This research data obtained from the results of pre-test and post-test students, then processed using statistical methods and explained again using words. The result of the research shows that,) the increase of teacher and student activity during the learning process, there is improvement of teacher skill in managing learning from good category to excellent overall percentage of overall mastery increase from cycle 1 to cycle 3. students' responses tend to be positive where 94% of students express happy about learning by using STAD type cooperative learning. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning model type STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) can improve student physics learning outcomes on the subject of Static Fluid class X-IPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Seunagan.

This study examines the problem of how the implementation of the scientific approach has been carried out in Physics learning in SMA Negeri Pidie district. The purpose of this research is to know how far the implementation of scientific approach in Physics subject in SMA Negeri in Pidie district. Subjects in this study were all physics teachers of SMAN applying Curriculum 2013 that is SMAN 1 Sigli, SMAN 2 Sigli, SMAN Unggul Sigli, SMAN 1 Mutiara, and SMAN 1 Sakti. While the Object is the plan of implementation of learning in the teacher and questionnaire implementation of scientific approach. The type of this research is qualitative research. Data collection in this research is done by method (1) questionnaire, and (2) documentation. The data were analyzed descriptive qualitative using percentage equation. The results showed that the implementation of the scientific approach in Physics learning in SMA Negeri in Pidie district has been running well. The average percentage of the implementation of the scientific approach of 77.85% means that teachers always take a scientific approach in the learning process.

This study aims to determine the differences in learning achievement based on the selection path to the Department of FKIP Physics Unsyiah. This research is a quantitative research. Research population as well as a research sample are all students of physics majors FKIP Unsyiah generation 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016 are still active as many as 187 people. Technique of data retrieval is done by using documentation technique that is in the form of student's GPA data and data of student admission path for class of year 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 for academic year 2016/2017. Data were analyzed with inferential statistics using anova test.Result of analysis of research data obtained by mean of student GPA of SNMPTN, SBMPTN and UMB is equal to 3,00, and result of anova test show F count Ftabel. The conclusion of this research is no difference of academic achievement from physics student of SNMPTN, SBMPTN, and UMB.

This research to determine whether or not the influence of Collaborative Learning model Based on Lesson Study Learning Communiy (LSLC) on the results of students' learning grade VIII MTsN Samalanga. The population of this research is all students of grade VIII MTsN Samalanga. While to determine the sample used purposive sampling technique. So the sample of this research is class VIIIA which amounted to 31 people (experiment class) and class VIIIB which amounted to 31 people (control class). The method used is quasi experimental research method (quasi experimental). Data collection is done through documentation and tests. Based on the results of data analysis obtained t_hitung t_tabel is 5.60 1.67 then Ho is rejected. In the experimental class students do sharing task and jumping task, so that the collaboration and student learning outcomes increase. So it can be concluded that the lesson learning learning commuity (LSLC) collaborative learning model has an effect on the students' achievement of grade VIII MTsN Samalanga.

This study aims to determine students' perceptions of the implementation of physics lab in a high school laboratory of Banda Aceh City. The type of this research is descriptive research and approach used in this research is quantitative approach. Population in this research is all class XI IPA in a high school of Banda Aceh City. Sampling technique in this study using Proportional Random Sampling, with the number of samples of 48 students. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis technique using quantitative descriptive analysis technique. The results showed that students' perception on the implementation of physics lab in a high school laboratory of Banda Aceh City for the preparation stage of the practicum work is categorized as good as 68,8%, practice phase is categorized both 72,9% and closing stage of practice implementation Categorized as good as 66.7%. Overall, the implementation of physics lab in high school laboratory of Banda Aceh City has been done well.

This study aims to see the effect of learning model Problem Based Learning (PBL) on students critical thinking skills on the concept of temperature and heat in SMP Negeri 1 kaway XVI. The approach used is a quantitative approach in the form of experimental research. The sampling technique is using class of purposive sampling, the selected sample is class VII-1 (22 students) as experiment class, with learning model used PBL model and class VII-2 (20 students) as control class, with the model of learning used by Direct Instruction model. The data collected based on the results of the pre-test and post-test are based on the indicators of critical thinking, namely: (1) provide a simple explanation; (2) to conclude, and; (3) provide further explanation. Then the data is analyzed using t-test. Hypothesis test used by 1 side test is right side, with criterion accept Ha if t-count t-table and Ha rejected if t-count t-table. Hypothesis test results obtained tcount = 6.71 and ttable = 1.68, it can be concluded t-count t-table, in other words Ha accepted. The conclusion of this research is the effect of using Problem Based Learning (PBL) model on students' critical thinking ability on concept of temperature and heat in SMP Negeri 1 Kaway XVI. Based on the above conclusions the authors suggest to use the PBL learning model in teaching physics lessons.

This research entitles “The Difference of Learning result by Using Discovery and Inquiry Learning Strategy at SMA Negeri 8 Banda Aceh”. It was aimed to look into the difference of students’ learning result in Class XI at SMA Negeri 8 Banda Aceh through the implementation of Discovery and Inquiry learning strategy. This research is a quasi experimental study with all students of Class XI at SMA Negeri 8 become the population. While the sample of this research was chosen by using purposive sampling. Then the researcher found that Class XI IPA 1 consisting of 33 students as experimental-class 1 which was taught by using Discovery learning strategy and Class XI IPA 4 consisting of 31 students as experimental class 2 which was taught by using Inquiry learning strategy. The data collection was conducted by using a study-result test with 15 questions consisting of ten multiple choice questions and five essay questions. The data analysis used two-sample t-test. The result of this research shows tcount ttable that there is no difference of students’ learning result between using Discovery and Inquiry learning strategy in Physics at SMA Negeri 8 Banda Aceh.
