Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the role of social assistance during the Covid-19 pandemic for vulnerable workers in Pidie Regency. The variables in this study include social assistance for vulnerable workers. In this study, the author uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of the study indicate that the percentage of vulnerable workers in Pidie Regency who received assistance was more than those who did not receive assistance with a percentage of 68 percent, and all of them came from the government. During the pandemic 78 percent of vulnerable workers in Pidie district relied on savings and loans if there was no assistance at all. Even though they are still working, these vulnerable workers experience a drastic decrease in their income and some are even without income. Furthermore, for vulnerable workers to stay away from risk factors related to the Covid-19 virus, obey the health protocols from the government, in order to stop the wave of the spread of the Covid-19 virus.Keywords: Social Assistance, Vulnerable Workers,Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of macroeconomic variables on the composite stock price index in Indonesia. The macro variables used in this study are the BI Rate, the exchange rate, the money supply, world oil prices, and world gold prices. The analytical tool used is Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL), with data processing using the software application Eviews 10, with secondary data consisting of monthly data. The results of this study indicate that in the short-term ralationship the variables that affect the joint stock price index are the money supply and the exchange rate, while in the long-term relationship the variables that affect the joint stock price index are the exchange rate and world il prices.  Keywords: Composite Stock Price Index, Macroeconomic Variable, ARDL

Abstract

AbstractCoffee is one of the commodities which contribute in foreign exchange for Indonesia. As the largest coffee producing and exporting country in the world, analyzing the coffee export is important to conduct. The objective of this study is to analyze coffee exports in Indonesia. The variables used are the exchange rate, world coffee prices, and world economic growth. The data used is time series data using data from 1990-2019. The model used in this study is Multiple Data Regression with Ordinary Least Square. The data sources are from the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and the World Bank (World Bank). Of the three variables used in this study, only the exchange rate variable has a significant effect on coffee exports in Indonesia, while the coffee price variable and world economic growth have no significant effect. Therefore, it is recommended to the government to maintain the stability of the Indonesian Rupiah against the US Dollar so that Indonesian coffee exports can continue to increaseKeywords: Exchange Rate, Economic Growth, Indonesian Coffee Prices, Coffee Exports

Abstract

Abstract                                             This study aims to determine the Clean Water Demand in PDAM Tirta Aneuk Laot Sabang. This research was conducted in a period of one year is 2021. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. Partial test using t-test and tests simultaneously using F-test. It also performed classical assumption, that all of these tests using a tool SPSS 22. The results showed that price amounted to 0,462 which mean is that any increase price by 1 percent will increase demand for clean water for 0,462 percent with assuming the influencing factors do not change (ceteris paribus). Amounted to 0,453 visitors to hotels/restaurants. which mean is that any increase of visitors to hotels/restaurants by 1 percent will increase demand for clean water for 0,453 percent with assuming the influencing factors do not change (ceteris paribus). Unknown value of R Square of 0.382. What this means is that the influence contribution of the independent variable on the dependent variable is equal to 38.2 percent. While the remaining 61,8 percent is influenced by other variables yan is not included in this regression model. While most dominant variable among the variables in this study are variable (X1) the price 0,462 in view of Standardized Coefficients. Keywords: Price, Hotel/restaurant visitors and Water demand

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the projection of biodiesel consumption in Indonesia. The data in this study uses secondary data in the form of monthly data from 2014-2020 obtained from the ministry of energy and mineral resources. The method used in this study is the ARIMA method, which is an autoregressive (AR), moving average (MA) model and a mixed model of ARIMA (autoregressive moving average), the model used to project is the MA model. The forecasting results show that the policy of diverting the palm oil market to domestic markets will have a positive and effective impact on the government in producing large quantities of biodiesel. Therefore, it is suggested that the government should encourage the public to increase biodiesel consumption along with the increase in per capita income, one of which is by promoting biodiesel as an environmentally friendly product.Keywords: Consumption, Biodiesel, Arima

Abstract

Abstract    This study aims to analyze the socio-economic conditions of poor women in Blang Bintang sub-district, Aceh Besar district. This study uses primary data obtained by simple random sampling. The model used to analyze this goal is with Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that the age result had a negative and significant effect. Employment coefficient was found to have a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, the number of dependent children has a significant negative effect on the income of poor women. The recommendation of this research is that the government can provide skills training and also create jobs according to the training provided. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze how the influence of gross regional domestic product and village funds on the human development index in Aceh Province. The method used in conducting this research is the panel data regression analysis method. This study uses panel data from 23 districts / cities in Aceh Province from 2015-2019. Gross regional domestic product and village funds are the independent variable while the dependent variable is the human development index from BPS Aceh and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. The results showed that the gross regional domestic product variable had a significant positive effect on the human development index and also the village fund variable had a significant positive effect on the human development index. Partially the dominant influence on the human development index is gross regional domestic product.Keyword: Gross Regional Domestic Product, Village Fund, Human Development Index, Panel                Data Regression

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the flypaper effect of regional expenditure on District/City Economic Growth in Aceh Province. The data in this study uses secondary data in the form of annual data from 2008 to 2020 obtained from BPS, DJPK and the Ministry of Finance. The type of data used in this study is panel data, which consists of Time Series data in the form of annual data from 2008-2020 and Cross Section data in the form of Regency/City data in Aceh Province. The model used in this study is Path Analysis. The conclusion of this study is that simultaneously PAD, DAU, DBH, DAK have a significant effect on regional spending. Partially PAD, DAU, DAK have a positive effect on regional spending. Partially or simultaneously PAD, DAU, DBH, DAK, BD have a significant effect on economic growth. There is no flypaper effect in the District/City of Aceh Province. Keywords: Flypaper effect, regional expenditure, economic growth.

Abstract

AbstractThis research is motivated by the poverty level which is still high, and requires its own local financial resources to independently solve development problems in Aceh, including the problem of poverty. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of regional financial independence on poverty in the District/City of Aceh Province. The method used is the panel data regression method with the best model Random Effect Model (REM). In this study, the type of data used is secondary data from 23 districts/cities in Aceh Province for the 2012-2019 period. With regional financial independence as the independent variable and poverty as the dependent variable. Data were obtained from BPS Aceh, BPS RI, and BPKA and BPK RI. The results of this study indicate that regional financial independence has a significant and negative effect on poverty, while economic growth has no significant effect on poverty.Keywords: Regional Financial Independence, Economic Growth, Poverty

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the income of online motorcycle taxis before and during the covid-19 pandemic. In this study, the authors used primary data with the data collection method using a questionnaire, the sample in this study was 84 online motorcycle taxi drivers in Banda Aceh City. The results showed that the income for online motorcycle taxis before the pandemic was around Rp. 2,000,000 up to Rp. 6,000,000 where the majority of online motorcycle taxis had income before the pandemic was Rp. 4,000,000 as much as 28.6 percent, during the pandemic online motorcycle taxi revenues averaged around Rp. 1,000,000 up to Rp. 4,000,000 where the majority of online motorcycle taxi drivers are Rp. 2,000,000 up to Rp. 2,500,000 as much as 16.7 percent and there is a significant difference in online motorcycle taxi revenues before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in Banda Aceh City (p0.05).  Keywords: Income, online motorcycle taxi, covid-19 pandemic
