This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of the knowledge management process seen from knowledge acquisition, knowledge conversion, knowledge application, and knowledge protection on the performance of PT. Mitra Kerinci. This research is a causative study with quantitative methods. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method, the criteria used are permanent employees (Permanent / PKWTT) with a working period of more than 5 years. The results of the study show that the knowledge management process seen from knowledge acquisition, knowledge conversion, and knowledge application has a positive and significant effect on employee performance while knowledge protection has a positive and not significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Mitra Kerinci.

This study aims to examine the effect of Impulsive buying Influence on Consumer Anxiety That Affects to Compulsive buying and Mediated By Eskapisme investigated at Matahari Department Store in Banda Aceh. The sampling method in this study uses purposive sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis method used is simple regression and Path Analysis. The results showed that impulsive buying had a positive and significant effect on consumer anxiety, consumer anxiety had a positive and significant effect on escapism, escapism had a positive and significant effect on compulsive Buying and consumer anxiety had a positive and significant effect on compulsive Buying. Mediation testing shows that the Escapism variable mediates the relationship between Consumer Anxiety and Compulsive Buying.

This study aims to measure the effect of shopping enjoyment on impulse buying and product browsing as a mediation at consumer of Shopeee among college students of Unsyiah in Banda Aceh City. The sample used in this study is college students of Unsyiah in Banda Aceh City is totalling 270 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) was used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the results of the HLM analysis indicated that shopping enjoyment was related to impulse buying, shopping enjoyment significantly influence product browsing, product browsing was related to impulse buying, product browsing partially mediated the relationship between shopping enjoyment and impulse buying.

This study aims to measure the effect of career exploration on career indecision and career anxiety as a mediation at college students of Diploma III in Economic and Business Faculty of Syiah Kuala University. The sample used in this study is college students of Diploma III in Economic and Business Faculty of Syiah Kuala University is totalling 203 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) was used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the results of the HLM analysis indicated that career exploration was related to career indecision, career exploration significantly influence career anxiety, career anxiety was related to career indecision, career anxiety partially mediated the relationship between career exploration and career indecision.

This study aims to measure the effect of proactive personality on performance mediated by work involvement in teachers at Unsyiah Laboratory High School and SMAN 10 Fajar Harapan Banda Aceh. The sample used in this study were teachers at Unsyiah Laboratory High School and SMAN 10 Fajar Harapan Banda Aceh totaling 102 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved is Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM). Based on the results of HLM analysis indicate that proactive personality partially influences performance, proactive personality partially influences work engagement, work involvement partially influences performance, and work involvement mediates proactive personality on performance.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh kepribadian proaktif terhadap kinerja yang dimediasi oleh keterlibatan kerja pada guru di SMA Laboratorium Unsyiah dan SMAN 10 Fajar Harapan Banda Aceh. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru di SMA Laboratorium Unsyiah dan SMAN 10 Fajar Harapan Banda Aceh berjumlah 102 responden. Peralatan pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuisioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari semua variabel-variabel yang terlibat adalah Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM). Berdasarkan hasil analisis HLM mengindikasikan bahwa kepribadian proaktif secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, kepribadian proaktif secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap keterlibatan kerja, keterlibatan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, dan keterlibatan kerja memediasi kepribadian proaktif terhadap kinerja.

This study aims to determine the effect of company size, profitability and liquidity on dividend policy and company value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study uses a purposive sampling technique with several criteria to obtain 21 samples from companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2013-2017 period. The analytical method used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that company size had a positive and not significant effect on dividend policy, profitability had a positive and significant effect on dividend policy, liquidity had a positive and not significant effect on dividend policy, company size had a positive and not significant effect on firm value, profitability had a positive and significant effect on firm value, Liquidity has a negative and significant effect on firm value, and dividend policy has a positive and not significant effect on firm value.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of job satisfaction on millennial employee performance with demographic variables as moderators. This research was conducted on PT Semen Padang millennial employees with a sample of 211 people. Research data processing was carried out by SEM-PLS. The results showed that aspects of job satisfaction that had a positive and significant effect on performance in the order of the greatest influence were job characteristics, communication, coworkers, and appreciation. While variable salary, promotion opportunities, supervisors, and fringe benefits are known to have no effect on performance. As for the variable procedures and work regulations found negative and significant effect. Furthermore, demographic variables moderate the relationship between satisfaction and performance. Performance that is influenced by aspects of job satisfaction was found to be different for work location, work period, and education variables.

This research aims to identify various factors that contribute to herding behavior on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data in this study uses primary data in the form of a structured questionnaire that is personally sent to respondents. This research focuses on the psychology of retail investors as well as various factors that contribute to herding behavior among retail investors on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling used a purposive sampling technique conducted on 287 investors or respondents. The analytical method used is factor analysis with the CFA (Confirmatory Factor Analysis) approach. The results of the study show that investors considered various parameters when making their investment decisions. Include the power of intuition, the ability to take risks and the confidence level of retail investors has a greater influence when developing investment strategies. While the results of a factor analysis from 8 herding factors based on the replication of research Saxena et al. (2016), only 3 factors that correspond to the findings of Saxena et al., that is: lack of awareness, under confidence and optimism. Two factors forming herding form the same component (in one component), that is: social proof-bandwagon effect and speculation-volatility in global market. While the factors that do not form herding behavior are reputational factors.

This study aims to measure the effect of the Acquisition Value and Transaction Value on E-Loyalty mediated by E-Satisfaction in the E-Commerce Shoppee among the Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business. The sample used in this study was 150 Economics and Business Faculty Students. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is Non Probability Sampling, purposive sampling is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of all the variables involved. The results of this study indicate that the Acquisition Value and Transaction Value have a significant positive effect on E-Satisfaction and E-Loyalty, and also the results are obtained that E-Satisfaction mediates the relationship between Acquisition Value and E-Loyalty, and also mediates the relationship between Transaction Value and E- Loyalty.

This study aims to determine the effect of workplace bullying on knowledge hiding with moral disengagement as the moderator. Empirical study was conducted on hotel employees at 7 hotels in Kota Banda Aceh using questionnaires as the research instruments. Probability Sampling is used as sampling method with Proportional Random Sampling technique. MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) method was used as data analysis method using IBM SPSS 22 software. The result of this research shows that workplace bullying has positive and significant effect on knowledge hiding, moral disengagement has positive and significant effect on knowledge hiding, moral disengagement moderates the effect of workplace bullying on knowledge hiding.
