Abstract

This This studyaims to determine theef fectof high performance work system and perceived organizational support on perceived workload mediated by job demand on medical personnel at the Zainoel Abidin General Hospital, Banda Aceh. This research is a quantitative research, data collection using a questionnaire as an instrument. The population in this study was the Zainoel General Hospital Medical Staff, amounting to 750 people. as a representative sample of the research population.The sampling technique  use dissimple random sampling.The data analysis method used is Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) which isused asan analytical method to determine the effect between the variables involved. Based on the results of the study found that high performance work system, perceived organizational support and job demand directly have a significant effect on perceived workload. The results also found that high performance work system and perceived organizational support also affect the mediator variable, namely job demand, so that job demand is able to become a mediator on high performance worksystems and perceived organizational support on perceived workload.Targetyang harus dicapai adalah suatu pandangan individu mengenai besarnya target kerja yang diberikan untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh high performance work system dan perceived organizational support terhadap perceived workload yang dimediasi oleh job demand pada Tenaga Medis Rumah Sakit Umum Zainoel Abidin (RSUZA) Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrument. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Tenaga Medis Rumah Sakit Umum Zainoel yang berjumlah 750 orang. sebagai sampel yang mewakili populasi penelitian. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Statistical Product and Service Solutions(SPSS) digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel-variabelyang terlibat.Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa high performance work system, perceived organizational support dan job demand secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perceived workload. Hasil penelitian juga menemukan bahwa high performance worksystem dan perceived organizationa lsupport juga berpengaruh terhadap variabel mediator, ialah job demand, sehingga job demand mampu menjadi mediator pada high performance worksystem dan perceived organizational support terhadap perceived wrkload.

Abstract

Evaluation of employee performance is one of the benchmarks for employee performance. Field data obtained values from 2018-2020 there was an insignificant increase. Several indicators show values in the range of 79.00 to 81.42 indicating employee performance is in the good category. The Employee Performance Target Score (SKP) as a whole is in the range of 78.13 to 79.18, this value indicates that the average performance of employees of the Wonosobo District Civil Service Agency is in the sufficient category.The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of organizational commitment and organizational culture on employee performance through employee performance appraisal (SKP) as a mediating variable.This study uses quantitative methods with primary and secondary data sources. The population used was 27 people, namely all ASN BKD Wonosobo Regency. Data analysis used Smart-PLS, and data collection techniques used questionnaires.The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment and organizational culture have no effect on employee performance, performance appraisal does not mediate the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance, organizational culture influences employee performance appraisal, employee performance appraisal is able to mediate organizational culture on employee performance, and employee performance appraisal affects employee performance.For the future research agenda to be able to develop with other methods, for example by in-depth interviews with respondents so that the data obtained is more in-depth.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of Psychological Climate on Task Performance and Contextual Performance mediated by Affective Commitment to PT. PLN (Persero) Main Unit for Aceh Region. There are 3 indicators discussed in the Psychological Climate variable, 3 indicators discussed in the Task Performance variable, 5 indicators discussed in the Contextual Performance variable and 5 indicators in the Affective Commitment variable. Data were obtained through a survey of 97 people as a sample representing the study population. The data analysis method used is the Statistical Product and Service solution (SPSS). The results of the study found that Psychological Climate, Task Performance and Contextual Performance had an effect on Affective Commitment. The results of the study also found that the Affective Commitment variable mediates between the Psychological Climate variables on Task Performance and Contextual Performance.Keyword: Psychological Climate, Task Performance, Contextual Performance, Affective CommitmentAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Psychological Climate terhadap Task Performance dan Contextual Performance yang dimediasi oleh Affective Commitment pada Karyawan PT. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengelolaan rantai pasokan terhadap kinerja usaha yang didukung oleh keunggulan bersaing 12 a pelaku usaha kecil menengah yang menjual pakaian di Kabupaten Pandeglang Provinsi Banten. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif, dimana responden penelitian ini berjumlah 60 responden, tersebar disetiap kecamatan yang diambil dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 158 pedagang berdasarkan sebaran yang teridentifikasi melalui google maps. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan diolah dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data terungkap bahwa: 1) pengelolaan ra 5 pasokan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha, 2) pengelolaan rantai pasokan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing, dan 3) keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha. Adapun hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa keunggulan bersaing sebagai variabel intervening mampu memediasi hubungan pengaruh antara pengelolaan rantai pasokan terhadap kinerja usaha para pelaku usaha kecil menengah penjual pakaian di Kabupaten Pandeglang Provinsi Banten.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of digital marketing and trust on online purchasing decisions with customer relationship management as a mediating variable on e-commerce customers in Banda Aceh City. The population in this study are e-commerce customers in Banda Aceh City. The number of samples is determined with the condition that the minimum number of samples is for Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis which uses a formula of 10 times the number of indicator variables, totaling 14 indicators used (Ferdinand,2013) which amounts to 140 samples. The results showed that 1) Online Purchase Decisions, Customer Relationship Management, Digital Marketing, and Trust in e-commerce Customers in Banda Aceh City were good. 2) Digital Marketing affects the Management of Customer Relations with e-commerce Customers in Banda Aceh City. 3) Trust has an effect on the management of customer relations with e-commerce customers in Banda Aceh City. 4) Digital Marketing has an effect on Online Purchase Decisions for e-commerce Customers in Banda Aceh City. 5) Trust has no effect on Online Purchase Decisions for e-commerce Customers in Banda Aceh City. 6) Customer Relationship Management has an effect on Online Purchase Decisions for e-commerce customers in Banda Aceh City. 7) Customer Relationship Management partially mediates the influence of Digital Marketing on Online Purchase Decisions of e-commerce Customers in Banda Aceh City. 8) Customer Relationship Management fully mediates the influence of Trust on Online Purchase Decisions on e-commerce customers in Banda Aceh City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between transformational leadership style and motivation on employee performance with self-efficacy as a mediation. Data obtained through a survey of 134 employees of KC Aceh Diponegoro Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). The analytical method used is Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results of the study found that transformational leadership style, motivation and self-efficacy directly affect employee performance. The results of the study also found that transformational leadership style also influenced the mediator variables, namely self-efficacy on the influence of transformational leadership style variables and motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: the effect of managerial ownership on dividend policy in IDX manufacturing companies, the effect of institutional ownership on dividend policy in IDX manufacturing companies, the effect of debt policy on dividend policy in IDX manufacturing companies, and determine whether managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and policy dividends have a simultaneous effect on debt policy in IDX manufacturing companies. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2020. The sampling technique is using the Purposive Sampling Method. The sample selection is carried out with the aim of being able to determine the appropriate criteria for research. The results of the study show that: There is an effect of managerial ownership on dividend policy in manufacturing companies on the IDX, with the probability value obtained on the t test of 0.0054 (5% = 0.05); there is an effect of institutional ownership on dividend policy in manufacturing companies on the IDX, with the probability value obtained on the t test of 0.0003 (5% = 0.05); there is an effect of debt policy on dividend policy in manufacturing companies on the Stock Exchange, with the acquisition of probability values on the t test of 0.0010 (5% = 0.05); and Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, and Debt Policy together have a significant effect on Dividend Policy in manufacturing companies on the IDX.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Spirituality and Emotional Intelligence on Entrepreneurial Intention mediated by Creativity in students of Faculty of Economics and Business, Syiah Kuala University. The indicators discussed in the spirituality variable are 6 indicators, the indicators discussed in emotional intelligence there are 5 indicators, in the entrepreneurial intention variable there are 6 indicators, and in the creativity variable there are 4 indicators. Data was obtained through a survey of 105 people as a sample representing the research population. The data analysis method used was Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). Results The study found that the the Spirituality and Emotional Intelligence on Entrepreneurial Intention.The results also found that the creativity variable mediate between the Spirituality and Emotional Intelligence on Entrepreneurial Intention

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the effect of Market Timing on Capital Structure in Non-Financial Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The object of research is the capital structure and market timing of non-financial companies for the 2015-2019 period with data analysis tools in the study using the multiple linear regression analysis method. This study also uses control variables, namely company size and profitability as measured by (Return On Assets). The results of the study show that market timing, return on assets, and company size simultaneously affect capital structure. Partially, market timing has an effect on capital structure, return on assets has no effect on capital structure, and firm size has an effect on capital structure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kolaborasi, Berbagi Informasi, dan Kapabilitas Logistik terhadap Kinerja Logistik, serta pengaruh kapabilitas logistik sebagai mediasi antara variabel kolaborasi dan berbagi informasi terhadap kinerja logistik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuisioner sebagai  teknik survei. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan JT Express dan Cargo yang ada di kota Banda Aceh. Sampel yang diambil untuk mengisi kuisioner berjumlah 206 orang. Alat untuk analisis adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kolaborasi, Berbagi Informasi, dan Kapabilitas Logistik berpengaruh secara siginifikan terhadap Kinerja Logistik. Namun terdapat variabel yang tidak berpengaruh dalam penelitian ini yaitu antara Berbagi Informasi terhadap Kapabilitas Logistik. Hasil penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa Kapabilitas logistik juga tidak mampu menjadi mediasi antara pengaruh berbagi informasi terhadap kinerja logistik. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan dianjurkan untuk meningkatkan kolaborasi, berbagi informasi, dan kapabilitas logistik agar mampu meningkatkan kinerja logistik perusahaannya. Selanjutnya, ada baiknya tidak mengaitkan kapabilitas logistik dengan berbagi informasi karena tidak ditemukan pengaruh di antara keduanya. Peneliti juga boleh menarik variabel lainnya untuk mencari keterkaitan antara kapabilitas logistik dengan berbagi informasi.
