Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of Psychological Climate on Task Performance and Contextual Performance mediated by Affective Commitment to PT. PLN (Persero) Main Unit for Aceh Region. There are 3 indicators discussed in the Psychological Climate variable, 3 indicators discussed in the Task Performance variable, 5 indicators discussed in the Contextual Performance variable and 5 indicators in the Affective Commitment variable. Data were obtained through a survey of 97 people as a sample representing the study population. The data analysis method used is the Statistical Product and Service solution (SPSS). The results of the study found that Psychological Climate, Task Performance and Contextual Performance had an effect on Affective Commitment. The results of the study also found that the Affective Commitment variable mediates between the Psychological Climate variables on Task Performance and Contextual Performance.Keyword: Psychological Climate, Task Performance, Contextual Performance, Affective CommitmentAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Psychological Climate terhadap Task Performance dan Contextual Performance yang dimediasi oleh Affective Commitment pada Karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Aceh. Indikator yang dibahas dalam variabel Psychological Climate ada 3 indikator, indikator yang dibahas dalam variabel Task Performance ada 3 indikator, indikator yang dibahas dalam variabel Contextual Performance ada 5 indikator dan dalam variabel Affective Commitment ada 5 indikator. Data diperoleh melalui survei terhadap 97 orang sebagai sampel yang mewakili populasi penelitian. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Statistical Product and Service solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Psychological Climate, Task Performance dan Contextual Performance berpengaruh terhadap Affective Commitment. Hasil penelitian juga menemukan bahwa variabel Affektive Commitment memediasi antara variabel Psychological Climate terhadap Task Performance dan Contextual Performance.Kata Kunci: Psychological Climate, Task Performance, Contextual Performance, Affective Commitment
