This study aims to measure the influence of Brand Personality and Perceived Value on Consumer Satisfaction which is mediated by Trust in Matahari Department Store Customers in Banda Aceh City. The sample used in this study was Matahari Department Store Customers in Banda Aceh City, amounting to 200 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of the variables involved. Based on the results of analysis from SEM identified that Brand Personality and Perceived Value have an effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Brand Personality and Perceived Value have an effect on Trust, Trust has an effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Trust mediates Brand Personality and Perceived Value on Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract: This research was conducted in order to be able to detect the impact of investment understanding, information technology, and financial literacy on the investment interest of YPPI University students in Rembang. The nature of the research used is quantitative based on primary data by distributing questionnaires. The population used is students majoring in Management and Accounting with a total of 366 students. Stratified Random sampling is a technique used for sampling. And for samples used a total of 100. The data processing technique used is the multiple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that these three variables have a significant positive influence on the investment interest of YPPI Rembang University students.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Profitability and Capital Structure on Firm Value in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Profitability uses return of equity (ROE), capital structure uses debt equity ratio (DER) and company value uses Tobin's Q. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2021. The samples used were 136 companies with the sampling technique using purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using eviews. This study shows that paryially profitability and capital structure have a positive effect on firm value.

This study aims to determine the effect of self efficacy, career development, and transformational leadership on employee performance at Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kabupaten Sidoarjo, both in partial and simultant. This research is a type of quantitative reseacrh with descriptive approach, and using likert scale analysis tools of 1-5 and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 24 software. Data collection techniques using questionnaires are distributed via the google form link. The population in this study is 85 employees of Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kabupaten Sidoarjo and the sampling technique with a census techniques, namely as many as 85 respondents. The results of this study indicate that self efficacy, career development, and transformational leadership simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. From the results of the coefficient of determination it is known that the contribution of self efficacy, career development, and transformational leadership variables affects the employee performance variable which is equal to 54,3% and the remaining 45,7% is influenced by other variables that are not used in this study.

This study aims to determine the effect of leverage, working capital, company efficiency and company size on profitability in state-owned enterprises (BUMN) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study uses panel data with 20 state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from the 2016-2021 period. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis using Eviews 10. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with multiple linear regression data analysis using the fixed effect model. The results of this study partially show that leverage and company efficiency have a positive and significant effect on profitability (ROE and EPS), working capital has a positive and insignificant effect on profitability (ROE) and has a negative and insignificant effect on profitability (EPS), firm size has a positive and insignificant effect on profitability (EPS). negative and not significant to profitability (ROE and EPS). The results of the study simultaneously show that Leverage, Working Capital, Company Efficiency and Company Size Influence on Profitability of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

The purpose of this study is to examine how the influence of the use of IT and SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT practices on company performance is mediated by competitive advantage. This study uses statistical analysis tools Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research population is business partners located in the city of Banda Aceh and its surroundings. The sampling technique used was census sampling with a total of 58 samples. The results of the study show that the use of IT and SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT practices have a significant effect on competitive advantage and company performance. Furthermore, the use of IT has a significant effect on Company Performance through partial Competitive Advantage mediation and SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT Practices has a significant effect on Company Performance through partial Competitive Advantage mediation.Keywords: Use of IT, SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT Practices, Competitive Advantage, Company Performance and SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji bagaimana pengaruh Penggunaan TI dan Praktik SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan yang dimediasi oleh Competitive Advantge. Penelitian ini menggunakan peralatan analisis statistik Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Adapun populasi penelitian merupakan mitra usaha yang berlokasi di kota Banda Aceh dan sekitarnya. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu sensus sampling dengan total jumlah sampling sebanyak 58 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penggunaan TI dan Praktik SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Competitve Advantage dan Kinerja Perusahaan. Selanjutnya Penggunaan TI berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan melalui mediasi Competitve Advantage secara parsial dan Praktik SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan melalui mediasi Competitve Advantage secara parsial.Kata kunci: Penggunaan TI, Praktik SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT, Competitve Advantage, Kinerja Perusahaan dan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)

This study aims to measure the effect of advertising and sales promotion on behavioral intention mediated by brand image among Scarlett Whitening users in Banda Aceh City. The sample used in this study was consumers using Scarlett Whitening in Banda Aceh City, totaling 200 people. Data collection equipment used in this study is a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is purpsive sampling, structural equation modeling (SEM) is used as an analytical method to determine the influence of the variables involved. Based on the results of the SEM analysis identified that advertising has a positive effect on behavioral intention, sales promotion has a positive effect on behavioral intention, advertising has a positive effect on brand image, sales promotion has a positive effect on brand image, brand image has a positive effect on behavioral intention, brand image mediates the influence of advertising on behavioral intention, and brand image mediate the effect of sales promotion on behavioral intention

This study aims to measure the effect of Lifestyle Congruence and Perceived Value of Cost on Brand Loyalty mediated by Customer Satisfaction on Wardah Cosmetics consumers in Banda Aceh. The sample used in this study were Wardah Cosmetics consumers, totaling 200 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study is a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used as an analytical method to determine the effect between the variables involved. Based on the results of SEM analysis identified that Lifestyle Congruence has a positive effect on Brand Loyalty, Perceived Value of Cost has a positive effect on Brand Loyalty, Lifestyle Congruence has a positive effect on Perceived Value, Perceived Value of Cost has a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction, Customer Satisfaction fully mediates the influence of Lifestyle Congruence on Brand Loyalty, and Customer Satisfaction fully mediate the influence of the Perceived Value of Cost on Brand Loyalty.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh tingkat perputaran modal kerja, struktur modal, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan barang konsumsi yang terdapat di bursa efek indonesia. Profitabilitas menggunakan Return On Asset (ROE), tingkat perputaran modal menggunakan Working Capital Turn Over (WCTO), struktur modal menggunakan Debt Equity Ratio (DER), dan ukuran perusahaan menggunakan asset. Populasi yang digunakan pada riset ini yaitu seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2021 berjumlah 51 perusahaan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial tingkat perputaran modal dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Hasil secara simultan tingkat perputaran modal kerja, struktur modal, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas..

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh Internal Locus Of Control dan External Locus Of Control terhadap Opportunity Recognition dengan Entrepreneurial Intention sebagai variabel mediasi pada Mahasiswa Aktif FEB USK. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Aktif FEB USK yang berjumlah 346 responden. Peralatan pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Simple Random Sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) dan Uji Sobel digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari semua variabel-variabel yang terlibat.Berdasarkan hasil analisis HLM, mengindikasikan bahwa Internal Locus Of Control berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Opportunity Recognition, External Locus of Control berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Opportunity Recognition, Internal Locus Of Control berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Enterpreneurial Intention, External Locus of Control berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Enterpreneurial Intention, Enterpreneurial Intention berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Opportunity Recognition, Enterpreneurial Intention memediasi secara parsial pengaruh Internal Locus Of Control terhadap Opportunity Recognition dan Enterpreneurial Intention memediasi secara parsial pengaruh External Locus of Control terhadap Opportunity Recognition.
