Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know: (1) influence of emotional intelligence to organizational citizenship behavior of employee (2) influence organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior of employee, (3) influence of job satisfaction to organizational citizenship behavior employee (4) influence of emotional intelligence to employee performance (5) the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance, (6) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, (7) influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior of employees, (8) influence of organizational commitment to employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior employee, (9) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance through employee organizational citizenship behavior. This research was conducted at the Secretariat of the Korpri Aceh Executive Board. As for the object of this research is emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior and organizational performance. The results show that emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, OCB and employee performance has been running well. The test results proved that emotional intelligence affects employees OCB, organizational commitment affect the OCB employees, job satisfaction affect OCB employees, emotional intelligence affect on employee performance, organizational commitment also give effect to employee performance, job satisfaction given also affects employee performance and OCB employees have a positive and significant impact on employee performance and there is an indirect effect of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance through OCB employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know: (1) to describe workload, work environment, competence, job satisfaction and performance of employee (2) influence of work load to employee performance, (3) influence of work environment to employee performance (7) the influence of competence on employee job satisfaction (8) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance (9) indirect influence of workload on performance of employees through job satisfaction, (10) indirect influence of work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction and (11) indirect influence of competence on employee performance through job satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of Pidie Jaya Regency. The object of this research is workload, work environment, competence, employee performance, and job satisfaction with the number of respondents as many as 155 people. The research findings show that workload, work environment, competence, employee performance, and job satisfaction have gone well. The result of research also proves that workload, work environment and competence have an effect on to job satisfaction of employee, then job satisfaction perceived by employee have influence to improve employee performance, workload, work environment and competence influence to employee performance, indirect influence of work load on employee performance through job satisfaction, there is indirect influence of work environment to employee performance through job satisfaction of employee and there is indirect influence of competence to employee performance through job satisfaction of employee

Abstract

The main purposes of this study is to analyze the effect of work environment and transformational leadership style on employee’s job satisfaction and performance of Aceh Education Council Secretariat. The study conducted of 42 employees of the office. The data collected by questionnaire and then the data is analyzed by statistical means of path analysis. The study found that work environment and transformational leadership style positively and significantly effect on employee’s job satisfaction and performance of the institution. The job satisfaction mediates the effect of the two exogenous variable on employee’s performance. The mediating effects of the job satisfaction in mediating the effect of the two variables on employee performance is partial mediation

Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this research is to  describe (1) competence, leadership style, work culture, work environment, job satisfaction and employee performance, (2) influence of competence to job satisfaction of employee, (3) influence of leadership style to employee job satisfaction (4) influence of work culture on employee job satisfaction, (5) influence of work environment to job satisfaction of employee, (6) influence of competence to employee performance, (7)  the influence of leadership style on employee performance, (8) the influence of work culture on employee performance, (9) the influence of work environment on employee performance, (10) the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, (11) indirect influence of competence, leadership style, work culture and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction of employee. This research was conducted at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of West Aceh District, with the objectS of research are competence, leadership style, work culture, work environment, job satisfaction and employee performance. The results of this study indicate that the competence obtained an average value of 4.27, leadership style of 4.21, work culture of 4.19, work environment 4.32, employee job satisfaction of 4.25 and employee performance Office Ministry of Religious Affairs District of West Aceh amounted to 4.18, so that all variables descriptively are running well. The test results prove that competence, leadership style, work culture and work environment influence to job satisfaction of employee, then competence, leadership style, work culture and work environment influence to employee performance. The test results also prove that job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance, and there is indirect influence of competence, leadership style, work culture and work environment on employee performance through employee job satisfaction.Keywords:  Competence, Leadership Style, Work Culture, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction and Employee PerformanceAbstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) mendeskripsikan kompetensi, gaya kepemimpinan, budaya kerja, lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai, (2) pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, (3) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai (4) pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, (5) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, (6) pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai, (7) pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, (8) pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, (9) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, (10) pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, (11) pengaruh tidak langsung kompetensi, gaya kepemimpinan, budaya kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawaimelalui kepuasan kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Aceh Barat, dengan objek penelitian adalah kompetensi, gaya kepemimpinan, budaya kerja, lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 4,27, gaya kepemimpinan sebesar 4,21, budaya kerja sebesar 4,19, lingkungan kerja sebesar 4,32, kepuasan kerja pegawai sebesar 4,25 dan kinerja pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Aceh Barat sebesar 4,18, sehingga semua variabel secara deskriptif sudah berjalan dengan baik. Hasil pengujian membuktikan bahwa kompetensi, gaya kepemimpinan, budaya kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, kemudian kompetensi, gaya kepemimpinan, budaya kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil pengujian juga membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung kompetensi, gaya kepemimpinan, budaya kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawaimelalui kepuasan kerja pegawai.Kata kunci:      Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kerjasama Tim, Kompensasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social support and career self-efficacy on career choices with career exploration as a mediator in undergraduate students at the Faculty of Economics and Business at Syiah Kuala University. The sample in this study was 240 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Syiah Kuala University. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling method used is probability sampling stratified random sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of all the variables involved.Based on the results of the HLM analysis, research shows that Social Support has a positive effect on Career Options, Career Self-Efficacy has a positive effect on Career Options, Social Support has a positive effect on Career Exploration, Career Self-Efficacy has a positive effect on Career Exploration, Career Exploration has a positive effect on Career Options, Career Exploration mediates Social Support for Career Options in full, and Career Exploration partially mediates Career Self-Efficacy of Career Options.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the effect of Prestige External Perception on Deviant Behavior with Job Satisfaction as a Mediation Variable in PT. Indonesian Telecommunications Communication Branch Banda Aceh. The type of research used in this study is explanatory with a quantitative approach. The population of this study is employees at PT. Telkom Indonesia Banda Aceh Branch. The sample was taken as many as 127 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses Hierarchical Linear Modeling analysis with the help of Spss 20.0 for Windows. The test results show that Prestige External Perception has a negative effect on Deviant Behavior in PT employees. Telkom Indonesia Banda Aceh Branch. Prestige External Perception has a negative effect on Employee Welfare. Job Satisfaction is positively related to Deviant Behavior. Job Satisfaction mediates partially (partial mediation) Prestige External Perception of Deviant Behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how the influence of the use of IT and SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT practices on company performance is mediated by competitive advantage. This study uses statistical analysis tools Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research population is business partners located in the city of Banda Aceh and its surroundings. The sampling technique used was census sampling with a total of 58 samples. The results of the study show that the use of IT and SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT practices have a significant effect on competitive advantage and company performance. Furthermore, the use of IT has a significant effect on Company Performance through partial Competitive Advantage mediation and SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT Practices has a significant effect on Company Performance through partial Competitive Advantage mediation.Keywords: Use of IT, SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT Practices, Competitive Advantage, Company Performance and SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji bagaimana pengaruh Penggunaan TI dan Praktik SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan yang dimediasi oleh Competitive Advantge. Penelitian ini menggunakan peralatan analisis statistik Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Adapun populasi penelitian merupakan mitra usaha yang berlokasi di kota Banda Aceh dan sekitarnya. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu sensus sampling dengan total jumlah sampling sebanyak 58 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penggunaan TI dan Praktik SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Competitve Advantage dan Kinerja Perusahaan. Selanjutnya Penggunaan TI berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan melalui mediasi Competitve Advantage secara parsial dan Praktik SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan melalui mediasi Competitve Advantage secara parsial.Kata kunci: Penggunaan TI, Praktik SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT, Competitve Advantage, Kinerja Perusahaan dan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)
