This research has a purpose to find out effect of Job Description, Job Specification and Human Relations on Employee Performance in the production department of PT. Aice Ice Cream Jatim Industry. Quantitative approach methods are carried out in this research. Sampling in this study was performed by non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique with respondents of 100 employees of the production department. The data analysis method for this study is multiple regression using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) for windows type 22.This is confirmed by the results of the investigation conducted that job description has a partial impact on employee performance, the job specification variable has a partial impact on employee performance and the human relationshas a partial impact on employee performance. Job description, job specification and human relations have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Job Description, Job Specification dan Human Relation terhadap Kinerja Karyawan departemen produksi PT. Aice Ice Cream Jatim Industry.Metode pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan pada penelitian ini. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling yang dipilih pada penelitian ini ialah purposive sampling dengan responden sebanyak 100 karyawan departemen produksi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini yakni regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) for windows type 22.Hal ini diperkuat dengan hasil yang menyatakan job description mempunyai dampak secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, job specification memiliki pengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan dan human relation mempunyai dampak parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Job description, job specification dan human relation memiliki dampak secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Penelitian berikut bertujuan untuk mengetahuii Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Beban Kerja,dan Stress Kerja terhadapp Kinerja Tenaga medis pada Puskesmas Tarik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaif, populasi penelitian yaitu Tenaga medis puskesmas Tarik. Pada penelitian ini, menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive random sampling, dengan jumlah responden 63 Tenaga medis pukesmas Tarik. Dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui penyebaran kusioner dengan memperunakan program software SPSS 24 (Statistical Program For the Social Sciences). Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : Lingkungan1Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Tenaga medis . Beban Kerja positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Tenaga medis . dan Stress Kerja positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Tenaga medis . Lingkungan kerja, baben kerja, dan stres kerja berpengaruh secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Tenaga medis Pada Pukesmas Tarik.

ABSTRAK Kenaikan berat badan ibu hamil merupakan adanya adaptasi ibu terhadap pertumbuhan janin, sedangkan berat badan bayi baru lahir merupakan bagian dari hasil pertumbuhan janin yang dapat dipengaruhi oleh kenaikan berat badan ibu selama hamil. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan serta badan ibu hamil trimester 3 dengan berat badan bayi baru lahir di Puskesmas Tanah KaliKedinding Surabaya.Jenis penelitian ini adalah korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu post partum yang melahirkan di Puskesmas Tanah KaliKedinding Surabaya dengan populasi 35 responden sampel sebanyak 32 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampling menggunakan Quota Sampling. Instrument penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi. Hasil yang didapat dari 32 responden terdapat berat badan ibu hamil yang normal sebanyak 17 orang (53,1%). Berat badan bayi baru lahir dengan berat sedang sebanyak 23 orang (71,9). Hasil analisis uji statistic Spierman Rho menunjukkan bahwa signifikan rho value sebesar 0,003 (α≤ 0,05) maka dengan ini H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Artinya terdapat Hubungan Berat Badan Ibu Hamil Trimester 3 Dengan Berat Badan Bayi Baru Lahir di Puskesmas Tanah KaliKedinding Surabaya. Pemantauan berat badan ibu hamil penting untuk mengetahui tumbuh kembang janin. ANC secara teratur merupakan upaya pemantauan yang efektif sehingga mengurangi resiko gangguan dalam persalinan. Kata kunci :berat badan ibu hamil, berat badan bayi baru lahir, trimester 3 ABSTRACT Maternal weight gain is a maternal adaptation of fetal growth, while newborn weight is part of fetal growth that may be affected by maternal weight gain during pregnancy. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between body trimester pregnant mother 3 with newborn weight at Puskesmas Tanah KaliKedinding Surabaya. This research type is correlation with csoss sectional approach. The population in this research is post partum mother who gave birth at Puskesmas Tanah Kali Kedinding Surabaya with population of 35 sample respondents as many as 32 respondents. Sampling technique uses Sampling Quota. This research instrument uses observation sheet. Results obtained from 32 respondents had normal weight of pregnant women as many as 17 people (53.1%). Newborn weight with moderate weight as many as 23 people (71,9). The result of Spierman Rho statistic test shows that the significant rho value is 0,003 (α≤ 0,05) hence H0 is rejected and H1 accepted. This means that there is a Weight Pregnancy Trimester 3 Pregnant Wife With New Baby Weight Born in Puskesmas Tanah KaliKedinding Surabaya. Monitoring the weight of pregnant women is important to know the growth of fetal growth. ANCs are regularly an effective monitoring effort thus reducing the risk of impairment in labor. This study aims to determine the effect of self efficacy, career development, and transformational leadership on employee performance at Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kabupaten Sidoarjo, both in partial and simultant. This research is a type of quantitative reseacrh with descriptive approach, and using likert scale analysis tools of 1-5 and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 24 software. Data collection techniques using questionnaires are distributed via the google form link. The population in this study is 85 employees of Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kabupaten Sidoarjo and the sampling technique with a census techniques, namely as many as 85 respondents. The results of this study indicate that self efficacy, career development, and transformational leadership simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. From the results of the coefficient of determination it is known that the contribution of self efficacy, career development, and transformational leadership variables affects the employee performance variable which is equal to 54,3% and the remaining 45,7% is influenced by other variables that are not used in this study.

The economy in Indonesia cannot be separated from the globalization that has swept the world recently. Without the support of reliable human resources, the company's activities will not be resolved properly. This shows that human resources are the main key that must be considered for all company needs. Through the efficient and effective use of human resources, companies can continue to compete to obtain the best results and achieve company goals. This research method uses quantitative methods, data collection is carried out using questionnaires. The sample used in this study was 60 respondents in employees of the Tunas Setia Baru Pasuruan All-Business Cooperative. The analysis used was a multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 22 program. This primary data is obtained through a questionnaire whose measurements use an interval scale that is tested for validity and reliability of the data is declared valid and reliable. The results of this study partially prove that job satisfaction affects employee performance, ability affects employee performance, and the work environment affects employee performance. And simultaneously job satisfaction, ability, and work environment affect employee performance in the all-business cooperative

This paper analyzes the implications of the term of office of constitutional judges in relation to the principle of independence of judicial power. Constitutional justices have a five-year term of office and can only be re-elected for one further term. This provision has been tried to be corrected through a request for judicial review of the Constitutional Court (MK) Law, but there is no Constitutional Court decision stating that the term of office of constitutional judges is contrary to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Determining the term of office of constitutional judges has implications for the independence of judicial power. The existence of a second period or renewable term will open up opportunities for political influence in the appointment of constitutional judges for the second period, thereby reducing the independence of judicial power. The elimination of the second period as approved by the legislators has positive implications for the independence of judicial power, but needs to be accompanied by improvements to the selection and supervision mechanism for constitutional judges. The Third Amendment to the Constitutional Court Law also regulates the selection process, but only states the principles and leaves further regulations to each state institution.

Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras merupakan perusahaan yang bersifat perseroan bergerak dalam bidang pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan kerja, pelatihan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras. Pendekatan kuantitatif dilakukan dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik sampel purposive dari 55 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kerja, pelatihan dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Nilai uji R adalah sebesar 0,745 artinya terdapat hubunga`n antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen yang sangat kuat karena hasil uji R mendekati angka 1. Manfaat riset ini bagi keilmuan agar dapat memperluas pemahaman dan pengetahuan terutama terkait manajemen SDM dengan real terkhusus terkait kemampuan kerja, pelatihan, lingkungan kerja serta produktivitas kerja karyawan.
