Abstract

Scheduling learning activities is a routine activity every semester which is complicated and requires high accuracy. If the scheduling process is carried out inaccurately, there will be many implementation conflicts. In addition, learning scheduling must be completed on time so that the learning process can run according to the specified time. Likewise the scheduling process carried out at the Margarana Tourism Vocational School which has limited study space with a large number of subjects at all levels carried out each semester, this makes it difficult to maximize the use of classrooms. Through the Udayana Serving Program, assistance is provided for the management of the room arrangement system which can optimize the use for teachers of the Margarana Tourism Vocational School. The method of implementing community service is carried out by socialization, lectures, discussions and workshops in the form of training in the application system for setting up learning spaces. Evaluation results based on the implementation of the service program on testing the usability component of the system, that on average participants stated 58.67% agreed and 16% strongly agreed. Meanwhile, in the management application system standard test, 60% agreed and 20% strongly agreed. Based on the evaluation results, participants are able to understand and apply scheduling management, the scheduling system provides access for each teacher to set their own schedule and the leader can approve schedule submissions through the system. Abstract

The priest (Pemangku) is in charge of accompanying the yadnya ceremony and is generally elderly with various status of health conditions they have. The aim of this program is to conduct early detection of hyperglycemia and complications of anemia through blood glucose checks and complete blood counts for the priest in Ketewel Village free of charge. This program is carried out by checking blood glucose with a glucose Point of Care Testing (POCT) and checking a complete blood count with a Sysmex? XP100. The priest in Ketewel Village were gathered at the Wantilan Hall in Ketewel Village, routine physical examinations were carried out, blood glucose was checked and 2 ml of venous blood was taken into the K3EDTA tube for complete blood count examination at the Mantra Medika Clinical Laboratory. A total of 68 the priest attended as participants in the Udayana Serving Program. The average age of male the priest is 57.35 ± 11.11 years old and that of female the priest is 57.78 ± 8.14 years old. Laboratory examination results showed the average fasting blood glucose level for male the priest (124.5±31.3 mg/dl) and female the priest (110.2±20.3 mg/dl) which did not include the criteria for diabetes mellitus. Examination of the complete blood count in the form of hemoglobin, erythrocytes, hematocrit, leukocytes and platelets also showed results within the normal range of values (hemoglobin= 12-16 g/dl, erythrocytes = 4-5,2 x10^6 /ul, leukocytes = 4,1-11 x10^3 /ul, platelets = 140-440 x10^3 /ul). The priest are also given supplements in the form of vitamins and fresh milk. Keywords : complete blood count, blood glucose, the priest (Pemangku). Pemangku Pura bertugas untuk nganteb atau mengiringi upacara yadnya dan umumnya lanjut usia dengan berbagai status kondisi kesehatan yang dimiliki. Tujuan dari program pengabdian ini yaitu untuk melakukan deteksi dini hiperglikemia dan komplikasi terjadinya anemia melalui pemeriksaan gratis glukosa darah dan complete blood count pada para Pemangku yang ada di Desa ketewel. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan cara melakukan pemeriksaan gratis glukosa darah dengan alat Point of Care Testing (POCT) glukosa dan pemeriksaan complete blood count dengan alat SysmexÒ XP100. Pemangku yang ada di Desa Ketewel dikumpulkan di Balai Wantilan Desa Ketewel, dilakukan pemeriksaan fisik rutin, pemeriksaan glukosa darah dan pengambilan darah vena sebanyak 2 ml yang dimasukkan ke tabung K3EDTA untuk pemeriksaan complete blood count di Laboratorium Klinik Mantra Medika. Sebanyak 68 Pemangku hadir sebagai peserta dalam program Udayana Mengabdi. Rerata usia Pemangku laki-laki yaitu 57,35 ± 11,11 tahun dan Pemangku wanita yaitu 57,78 ±8,14 tahun. Hasil pemeriksaan laboratorium menunjukkan rerata kadar glukosa darah puasa Pemangku laki-laki (124,5±31,3 mg/dl) dan Pemangku wanita (110,2 ± 20,3 mg/dl) yang menunjukkan belum termasuk kriteria diabetes melitus. Pemeriksaan complete blood count berupa hemoglobin, eritrosit, hematokrit, leukosit dan trombosit juga menunjukkan hasil dalam rentang nilai normal. Para pemangku juga diberikan suplemen berupa vitamin dan susu cair.

Abstract

Children are the nation's next generation, therefore children need special attention in terms of education and health, so that they can become superior qualities for the progress of the nation. However, it should be noted that children have relatively weak immune systems, so they are susceptible to diseases such as diarrhea and intestinal worms. Factors causing diarrhea and intestinal worms are the lack of personal sanitation (clean and healthy living behavior) in children. The behavior in question is children defecating openly, playing with bare feet, not washing their hands before eating and after defecating, not keeping their fingernails and toenails clean, and eating snacks that are not kept clean. This educational game Find Points Box (CARKOIN) is made to increase children's knowledge and change children's behavior to be healthier. The implementation method in this activity is carried out through several stages. The results of the study showed that at each stage of implementation the children were enthusiastic about listening to the counseling material and were also enthusiastic about finding the point boxes and answering the questions in the boxes. Abstract

Home garden atau taman rumah merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi hunian dan sangat menarik untuk dibahas. Meskipun dengan ukuran lahan yang sempit, banyak orang tetap ingin membuat rumah di areal hunian. Home garden penting untuk diketahui karena memiliki banyak fungsi dan manfaat bagi kehidupan masyarakat modern masa kini. Home garden dapat menghadirkan manfaat ekonomi, biofisik, dan sosial ekonomi. Maka dari itu perlu diadakan kegiatan yang dapat menambah pengetahuan mengenai pentingnya taman rumah, filosofi seni, serta perkembangan taman rumah dalam dunia internasional melalui International Partnership Program and Community Engagement dengan tema Developing a Home garden to Support Environment Sustainability sebagai solusi permasalahan guna membangkitkan motivasi peserta mengenai pentinya home garden, memberikan tips dan trik dalam menciptakan home garden dan membantu pendampingan untuk mendesain konsep home garden di rumah tinggal peserta. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yang digunakan yaitu metode penyuluhan, pendampingan, pelatihan dan praktek langsung, serta evaluasi akhir kegiatan. Serangkaian kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan selama dua hari diikuti dengan antusias, baik oleh peserta offline maupun online, dan juga narasumber yang telah menyampaikan materinya

Abstract

Virgin coconut oil (VCO) is one of the processed coconut oil products. The manufacturing process, especially the filtering process, uses a very simple system. The coconut milk filtering process uses by tissue paper that it arranged in layers. Tissue filtering certainly has a weakness because tissue is produced by a chemical process. This is very possible chemical particles will dissolve in the VCO during the filtering process. The tissue that used also does not have standardization on health. The "membrane hollow fiber" tool is designed as one way to reduce tissue deprivation as a vco filter. The object of this service was the craftsmen of VCO in the Selumbung village The implementation of VCO filtering is using a "hollow fiber membrane" which has a very good filter quality. The test results in the Analytical laboratory Udayana University, showed that there was a decrease in the water content in the VCO by 11%. Abstract

This community service activity was given to a women’s group in RT 007 RW 13 Sukadanau Village, West Cikarang District, Bekasi, West Java. This activity aims to provide training and assistance in processing aloe vera into processed food products that have economic value. This activity is a collaboration between the Faculty of Economics and Business, Trisakti University, and PT. Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia, together with village officials and the local community. The methods used are "participatory rural appraisal" (PRA) and the transfer of knowledge, and technology. The results of the evaluation on the material provided, the transfer of knowledge and technology and the participation of the members were generally very good. The results obtained are in the form of: 1) cultivation of aloe vera plants, 2) processed food products from aloe vera, and 3) formation of home-based MSMEs. Abstract

Domestic violence mainly causes female victims.This activity aims to determine the understanding of women in Cau Belayu village, Marga District,Tabanan Regency about the existence of legal protection for women who experience domestic violence, the existence of legal protection for women who experience psychological violence and procedures settlement of cases of psychological violence in the household. The methods used are lectures, sharing and discussions. Many women in Cau Beayu Village, Tabanan Regency already know about the lack of laws that provide protection to women who experience domestic violence but need to given a more detailed explanation regarding the forms of legal protection provided to women who experience psychological violence in the household and procedures for resolving cases of psychological violence experienced by women within the household, either through existing legal channels or through social institutions that care about women and domestic violence. Abstract

Problems with Health Worker Partners at Rahayu Husada Clinic for Antenatal Care/ANC and Postnatal Care/PNC requiring specialist, obstetrician, and dental examinations. PKM Partnership is a solution to partner problems through quality ANC & PNC counseling and training, Dental and Oral Health which is implemented for Pregnant Women and Babies Under Two Years in preparation for the Golden Generation. Methods: outreach, focus group discussions, ANC & PNC counseling and training, dental health and mouth. At the beginning of the pretest with the results of 50% of the participants getting a score of 30, and 1% getting a score of 40, and in the posttest 39% of the participants getting a score of 70 and 80, while a score of 90 is 3%. Abstract

Corona virus infection is a disease caused by the corona virus. To prevent the spread of COVID-19, regular hand washing with soap and water, or an alcohol-based hand sanitizer is highly recommended. Always keep a safe distance. At the end of 2020, the Banjar Adat Denkayu Delodan was hit by an epidemic and resulted in the death of residents and disruption of economic activities, social activities and religious activities. This problem is due to the lack of discipline in the community about wearing masks, washing hands and keeping a distance during activities as well as the unavailability of facilities such as hygienic portable sinks, and not spraying disinfectants regularly in the community. Based on this problem, it is very necessary to do community service by providing disinfectant spray equipment and portable sinks to break the spread of Covid-19, as well as make it easier to bring it to the location of social, customary and religious activities and can break the spread of Covid-19 in the community. The method used in this community service activity is to conduct counseling and provide prevention tools to the community. The results that have been achieved from community service in Banjar Denkayu Delodan are that the Disinfectant Spray Tool and Portable Sink have been used properly by the people of Banjar Denkayu Delodan, Werdi Bhuwana Village for the needs of social, customary and religious activities in Banjar Denkayu Delodan, Werdi Bhuwana Village. Abstract

Background. Antibiotic or antimicrobe resistance is one of the health issues that threaten society. Inappropriate indications for use, untimely withdrawal, and overuse of large amounts of antimicrobials lead to this resistance. Overuse of antimicrobials also occurs in livestock, resulting in residues in products that are later consumed by humans and in waste in the environment. Prevention of antimicrobial resistance needs to be pursued in both households and the livestock sector. Objective. The establishment of the Antibiotic Wise Village (SAJAKA) aims to educate as well as increase awareness and concern of the community and farmers in using antimicrobials wisely and rationally. Methods. Guidance activities are carried out to the community and farmer groups using the discussion method. In order to celebrate the World Antimicrobial Awareness Week 2022, there was also a SAJAKA gathering night activity filled with education to the community through the media of bondres role-playing art. Results. The coaching activity was attended by 5 groups of breeders and the gathering night event was attended by 200 local villagers from various ages and backgrounds. In this activity, the coverage of the community who received information was comprehensive and a 28% increase in knowledge was obtained from the posttest. Conclusion. Sharing knowledge with ordinary people about the wise use of antimicrobials is the key to preventing antimicrobial resistance. Keywords: antibiotic, resistance, wise
