Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to see the description of work environment, work communication and moraleDesign/methodology/approachh - The design of this study was cross sectional method. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The nurses analysis unit is 107 people. Data collection using questionnaire. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distributionFindings - Based on the results of the research using descriptive analysis, the results obtained that work environment in the conducive category, wprk communication in the good category, and morale in the high category. Originality/value -  The differences in this study located on an object research , time research , a measuring instrument , literature that used , the theory that is used and the results of the study.

Abstract

Purpose - To find out the description of the level of brand experience and customer-based brand equity in site wedding marketplace Bridestory visitors in Indonesia. Design/methodology/approach - The design of this study is cross sectional method. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. A total of 135 respondents were selected using probability sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distribution.Findings - The result showed that brand experience is in good category, while customer-based brand equity is in good enough category.  Originality / value - The differences in this study located on an object research , time research , a measuring instrument , literature that used , the theory that is used and the results of the study

Abstract

Objectives - The purpose of this study is to find out how the picture of the application of net profit margin and earnings per share to stock prices in the sub-sector of investment companies in 2011-2016design / methodology / approach - The method used in this research is descriptive and verifikatif method. The data used are secondary data from each company sub sector of investment company in year 2011-2016 with analysis technique using multiple regression. Sampling in this research use purposive sampling.Findings - The results of this study indicate that, the application of net profit margin effect on stock prices. earnings per share effect on stock prices. The results showed that the application of net profit margin and earnings per share a positive influence on stock prices.Originality - Differences of research with previous research is on the object, population and sample research, the study period, measuring instruments and research results, as well as sources of foreign theories and journals and foreign books and research results

Abstract

Objective - to know the description of entrepreneurial skills to business success.The design / methodology / approach - this study was conducted over a period of less than one year, the research design used was cross sectional method. This research uses verifikatif approach with explanatory survey method. A total of 34 respondents as samples using saturated samples. Questionnaire research is used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents and data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression.Findings - Entrepreneurial skills have a significant effect on business success.Originality - differences are found in independent variables, research objects and methods, population and sample research, research periods, measurement tools and research results, as well as sources of foreign theories and journals and books.

Purpose – This study aims to determine the effect of work ability and coaching on employee performance at PT. Sari Ater Hotel and Resort Subang. Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to analyze empowerment training and job satisfaction.The design / methodology / approach - The design of this study was cross sectional. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The employee analysis unit is 50 people. Data collection using questionnaire. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distributionFindings – Based on the results of research using descriptive analysis, the results obtained that training in the good category, empowerment in the good category, and job satisfaction in the high category.Originality - This study provides a basis for understanding the issues of the training and empowerment on job satisfaction. The difference of this research with previous research is on the object in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kuningan branch office, training variable, empowerment and job satisfaction, and references used by researchers with previous researchers.

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this research is to know the decription the influence of knowledge management implementation toward employee performance in Bandung city revenue Management agency.Design/methodology/approach - The Research design is cross sectional. This research is using descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The analysis unit is 74 employees. Collecting the data is using questionnaire. Analysis technique used is descriptive technique with using frequency distribution.Finding - Based on the result of research, the results obtained that knowledge managemnt in the category is good with a score 81,9% , and employee performence is in high category with a score 86%.Originality/value - This research giving a basic for understanding work dicipline, work culture and issues on organizatonal citizenship behavior. The difference of this research with the previous research are on the object, variable, theory and references.

Abstract

Design/methodology/approach - The design of this study is cross sectional method. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. A total of 107 respondents were selected using probability sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents.
