Abstract

CoronaVirus or COVID-19 is a disease that spreads so quickly that it causes people who are infected to get sick and even die. The cause of the rapid spread of this virus is because of the way it is transmitted from one person infected with this virus to others in the vicinity through the air. Given these conditions, the researchers analyzed the design of information technology systems, especially the online system for registration of COVID-19 vaccinations, such as registration of the day of implementation, date of implementation, selection of locations and types of vaccines, and vaccination capacitation, especially in the DKI Jakarta area. People who come to the location of the COVID-19 vaccination, such as health centers, hospitals and other locations that have been determined. This information technology has been developed and has been implemented to help the community, especially the DKI Jakarta area, as a means of registering online for the implementation of vaccinations that are available and listed in a web-based information system. In this study, the first thing to do is to analyze the design of the information system using the Prototype method, which aims to make the system design that is built results in the development of appropriate software, and can help and facilitate the community in carrying out vaccinations, so that the DKI Jakarta government can monitor the implementation before and after vaccination, as well as managing data on people who have or have not received the COVID-19 vaccination as a reference in making decisions and policies of the DKI Jakarta Government. Abstract

“PT Rifan Financindo Futures (RBF) is an investor liaison company with the Jakarta Futures Exchange (BBJ) with more than 20 years of experience in the Commodity Futures Trading Industry and is the largest brokerage company by occupying the number one position of the ten most active brokerage companies from PT Kliring Berjangka Indonesia (Persero). The Company is committed to carrying out regular, fair, effective and transparent futures trading as stipulated in the law in the Futures Trading sector to provide legal certainty for all parties in Futures Trading activities in Indonesia.). In this study, the issues to be discussed is how is the relationship between motivation and work discipline on employee productivity at PT Rifan Financindo Berjangka (RFB). The research was conducted at the PT Rifan Financindo Berjangka (RFB). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of motivation and work diciplinediscipline on employee productivity at At PT Rifan Financindo Berjangka (RFB). This research is a survey research with a quantitative approach. The sample of this research is the employees of PT Rifan Financindo Berjangka Jakarta, which found 50 employees with the sampling technique is Non Probability Sampling. The result of this study was indicated that 1) there is a positive and significant the relationship of motivation and work dicipline At PT Rifan Financindo Berjangka (RFB). It is shown by Rank Sperman (0,576), 2) there is a positiveand significant relationship between work discipline and employee productivity at PT Rifan Financindo Berjangka (RFB). Abstract

Today, with the rapid development of innovation and the web in Indonesia, it has significantly affected business changes, starting from the way to promote, how to buy and offer, how to interact between people and informal long-distance communication work. In this study, the problem to be discussed is how the relationship between service quality promotion prices and purchasing decisions is made. In this study, researchers examined Lazada's online shop. Thegpurpose of this studyiwas to determinejthe effect ofkprice, promotiona, servicejquality on purchasingudecisions at the Lazada online shop. In this study, researchers took a sample of 40 Lazada users to beptested using multipleglinear regressionjanalysis. The final result of the hypothesis in thisjstudy usingmultiple linearjregression analysisgis. 1) Price has no effect on purchasing decisions at Lazada'sionline shop, with a t-count value < t-table, (1,267 < 2.042) This result shows that price has a negative impact on purchasingydecisions.2) Promotionghas an effectaon purchasing decisions at Lazada's online shop, with a value of t-count > t-table, (3.551 > 2.042) These results indicate that promotions have a positive impact on purchasingtdecisions. 3) Service quality has no effect on purchasing decisions at Lazada's online shop. , with arvalue ofgt-count < t-table, (1,338 <2,042) This result shows that quality has a negative impact on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Work environment and incentives are very important issues in a company. Because a less conducive work environment and unsatisfactory incentives can reduce the performance of each employee, but if the work environment is conducive and the incentives provided are very satisfactory, it will improve employee performance. This can be used as a problem point in a company.This study aims to see how the relationship between incentives and work environment on the performance of PT Victory Offset Prima employees.The type of data used in this study is quantitative data, and the analytical data used are Spearman Rank and Multiple Correlation analysis. the number of samples in the study were 74 people. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees with a counting scale using a Likert scale on the statements contained in the questionnaire to process the author's data using computer aids in the form of SPSS 18. Abstract

Human resources are an important asset in enhancing development within a country. The success of a country can be seen from the quality of human resources related to the production of a country. Human resources are the center of attention and focus for organizations or companies to survive in increasingly fierce competition in the current era of globalization. This research is used to analyze the relationship between work stress and employee performance and to analyze the relationship between work motivation and employee performance at the branch office of Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Jakarta Krekot. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 53 employees. Analyzed by Spearman Rank correlation analysis, the data was processed using IBM SPSS version 26. Abstract

Related party transactions are transactions between parties that have a special relationship or are the source of problems arising from transfer pricing practices. This study aims to determine the effect of related party transactions and profitability on aggressiveness in 2017 to 2019 in Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique is purposive sampling of 14 companies with sample criteria, namely food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The results of the study show a positive relationship to tax aggressiveness, which indicates that there is no effect between related party transactions and aggressiveness. tax. The related party transaction variables and profitability show that there is no effect on tax aggressiveness in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies on the IDX in 2017 to 2019. Suggestions for companies with high profits should maximize their tax planning properly without having to do tax aggressiveness. Keywords: Related Party Transactions, Profitability, Tax Aggressivness

Abstract

In operations other than war, it is stated that the TNI also has to assist regional governments. Together with the local government, the TNI has collaborated to carry out development in various fields jointly. The TNI has a Bhakti TNI program, namely TNI Manunggal Building Villages (TMMD), as the involvement of the TNI as a state tool to support the development and implementation of regional government without neglecting vigilance and National Defense and Security. This paper aims to look at the strategic management of the TMMD program. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative literature study. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of BI interest rates, inflation, Rupiah exchange rate against US dollar, GDP growth, Dow Jones Index and Covid-19 as Dummy variable on the composite stock price index during the 2015-2020 period. Data analysis with SPSS using descriptive statistics, classical assumption, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test using t-test, F-test, and determination of R2. The results showed that BI interest rates and inflation have no effect on the composite stock price index. Rupiah exchange rate against the US dollar have a negative and significant effect on the composite stock price index. GDP growth and Dow Jones Index have a positive and significant effect on composite stock price index. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality consisting of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy on student satisfaction. FEB is a service market. In this study, it is devoted to students from the 2016-2019 class. The respondents of this study were 89 students who were selected randomly (random sampling). The research instrument used was a questionnaire. Data from the completed questionnaire was then processed using multiple linear regression techniques and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the service quality variables consisting of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy had a significant effect on student satisfaction.
