Abstract

The objectives to be achieved in this study, namely: 1). To find out the Principal's performance in developing facilities and infrastructure for educators at the State 1 Kupang Vocational High School; and 2). To find out the performance of the School Committee in developing the facilities and infrastructure of educators at the State 1 Kupang Vocational High School. This study uses a qualitative method approach, which leads to case study research. The results of this study are: 1). Regarding the leadership of the principal include: a). think of support from other parties so that further sustainability can be carried out effectively and efficiently; b). The principal as the implementer of infrastructure development at the State 1 Kupang Vocational High School should be good at providing, planning and facilitating; c). The controller of the development of infrastructure in the State 1 Vocational High School Kupang where the principal is the top controlling leader who determines the key to the success of the school to achieve the objectives, and control at the Kupang 1 State Vocational High School is a process to continuously observe the implementation of work plans that have been prepared make corrections to irregularities in the development of the pre-existing facilities that occurred. Whereas those relating to the leadership of the school committee include: a). advisory agency in managing school facilities and infrastructure; b). Supporting agency in the management of school facilities and facilities; c). The controlling agency in the management of school facilities and infrastructure was realized in the participation of the school committee in the Keuanan Asli School Plan drafting meeting, directly checking the condition of facilities and infrastructure in the school and always being directly involved in the process of eliminating facilities and infrastructure; d). Mediator in managing school facilities and infrastructure; and e). Improving the quality of school facilities and infrastructure certainly cannot be separated from the obstacles faced. The main obstacles faced by school committees in an effort to improve the quality of facilities and infrastructure are the problem of funds and the limited land owned by the school.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship and the magnitude of the provision of strengthening learning through online by PAK lecturers with learning motivation among undergraduete students in IAKN Tarutung. This research was conducted by using inferential quantitative research. The population of this study was the forth semester of IAKN Tarutung. The total number of the students was 196 students. In order to determine the sample, the stratified random sampling was used to select that were 49 students as participants involved. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire with a total of 40 items. The data of the study were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistical data analysis techniques with the following steps: (1) The relationship test found that rcount> rtabel is 0.673> 0.266. It showed that there is a positive relationship between reinforcement with the learning motivation of IAKN Tarutung students, (2) The significant test of the relationship shows that tcount> ttable is 6.691> 2,000. It showed that there is a significant relationship between giving reinforcement of online learning and learning motivation. Therefore, it can be concluded that the strengthening of online learning in the Covid-19 pandemic situation is the ability of lecturers to innovate in designing and concocting materials, learning methods, and what applications are in accordance with the material and methods so that lecturers become creative and can motivate students to stay enthusiastic in learning online (online) and not be a psychological burden. Abstract

This paper contains the obstacles / constraints of parents who act as teachers at home during covid-19. The purpose of the results of this study is to find out more about the problems felt by parents when accompanying children to study at home. Related to the purpose of this study, the effective way of researchers using this type of research is descriptive qualitative type, through interview techniques followed by reducing data and conclusions. In extracting data from this study the researcher was able to produce and show a general picture experienced by parents (respondents) in accompanying children who were unable to study at home during the Covid-19 period, this was extraordinary by draining high anger appetite in a fairly frequent time span. , quota limitations, even parents, especially mothers, are very complaining about the learning given virtually (youtube,) and the results of the provided material such as the Google Class Room followed by evaluations and assignments, this is what raises the anxiety of parents at all. do not understand the material being taught that is delivered via virtual, especially mathematics in grade VI. This needs to be examined together when the current emergency condition is requested for policy makers so that educators, especially for elementary school children, with learning at home do not focus on heavy tasks. This has resulted in the anxiety and confusion of parents whose education cannot be equated with today's world, where it is very difficult to use technology (learning media) such as using Android phones, gadgets. Abstract

The use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) equipment and media such as smartphones by utilizing Internet technology has been carried out in many higher education institutions. The purpose of this study was to identify students' perceptions of smartphone use. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative on 105 respondents who are students of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Ichsan Gorontalo. Interviews were conducted online with the help of Google Form with the use of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) lens, namely perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEU). The results of this study indicate that among students, smartphones are much more popular than computers or laptops. Students are quite positive about smartphones, which is indicated by positive perceptions of smartphone usability and ease of use. It can be concluded that smartphones have the potential to be used as ICT-based learning media.

Abstract

Tujuan yang dicapai pada penelitian ini, yakni: 1). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kedisiplinan guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen pada Sekolah Menengah Atas dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri di Kota Kupang; dan 2). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari motivasi berprestasi terhadap kedisiplinan guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen pada Sekolah Menengah Atas dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri di Kota Kupang. Maka hasil yang diperoleh adalah: 1). Hasil analisis korelasi terbukti bahwa semua variabel bebas yaitu variabel Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X1) dan variabel Motivasi berprestasi (X2) mempunyai hubungan yang positif dan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Disiplin (Y) guru-guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen yang ada pada Sekolah Menengah Atas dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri di Kota Kupang. Nilai signifikansi dari masing-masing variabel bebas hádala sebagai berikut: Variabel Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah (X1) nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,554, dan Variabel Motivasi Berprestasi (X2) nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,629; 2). Hasil analisis regresi terbukti bahwa diperoleh persamaan regresi linier berganda dan pengaruh significan dari masing-masing variabel bebas sebagai berikut : Variabel Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah (X1) persamaan regresi linier berganda dan pengaruh signifikansinya sebesar 0,417, dan Variabel Motivasi Berprestasi (X2) persamaan regresi linier berganda dan pengaruh signifikansinya sebesar 0,582; dan 3). Secara keseluruhan sumbangan dari kedua variabel bebas yaitu variabel Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X1) dan variabel Motivasi berprestasi (X2) dalam penelitian ini terhadap Disiplin para guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen yang ada pada Sekolah Menengah Atas dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri di Kota Kupang sebesar 56,1% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 43,9% diterangkan atau dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diikutsertakan dalam model penelitian ini, seperti kondisi sosial ekonomi keluarga, kompensasi, latar belakang budaya kerja seseorang, fasilitas, lingkungan kerja, kesejahteraan dan lain sebagainya.

Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic causes very significant changes by making physical and social distancing regulations. Changes occur mainly in the field of education which makes the learning system in schools implement online learning. Through this research, researchers conducted an analysis of the implementation of online learning of high school students during the co-19 pandemic period. The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of online learning during the co-19 pandemic period. Te research was conducted using a questionnaire online. Based on the data it was found that 50% of respondents stated that they had never used online learning media before the enactment of online learning, 78% implementation of online learning was carried out according to school schedules, 28% of students could understand when taught online, 25% giving feedback when starting lessons (pre test) and end (post test), 78% of students take online learning, 81% of learning activities are carried out using video/youtube/ percentage recording, 78% use of smartphone as a medium used to access learning and online learning platforms that the most widely used during this pandemic is classroom, which was chosen by 38% of respondents. In situation like this, online learning can be done to the maximum if the teacher and students want to adapt the changes and developments in IT.

Abstract

Undergraduate thesis guidance is one of the most difficult times that all students who wish to complete their studies at college have to go through. The difficulties faced by students include students not writing clearly suggestions from the supervisor, irregular meeting times, and lack of motivation in completing theses. Qualitative descriptive research aims to describe the benefits of using the development book of undergraduate thesis consultant in solving the guidance problems that occur in students. This research was conducted for 6 weeks during basic training activities in the Primary School Teacher Education (PGSD) study program. This research was conducted on 144 students who were conducting undergraduate thesis guidance activities by taking 3 students as research subjects. The data collection technique was done by interviewing. The results of this study indicate that the use of the development book of undergraduate thesis consultant can help students in writing clearly suggestions for improvement, the scheduling of the counseling meeting, and increasing student motivation in completing the undergraduate thesis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze whether there are factors that are interrelated with the employment rate of high school graduates during the Covid-19 pandemic. These factors include ability factors, academic factors, and needs factors. This study uses a quantitative exploratory research method. The population in this study were students of class XII SMKN Putra Nasional Cibodas Lembang with a sample of 20 students. Data analysis was performed by statistical analysis test t-paired test. From the results of data analysis, it was found that: 1) academic factors were not related to ability factors, 2) academic factors were not related to needs, and 3) ability factors were not related to needs factors. The conclusion of this study is that because tcount <ttable, there is no significant difference between these unrelated factors and the job absorption rate. Abstract

In the era of the COVID-19 pandemic, all teaching and learning activities were carried out online. Various difficulties faced by the teacher in delivering material in learning, especially in biology which there are science process skills. Therefore, this research was conducted to make a product and test the feasibility of a biology learning module based on science process skills on the circulatory system by collecting data in the form of a questionnaire. In this development research using ADDIE model. The result of the questionnaire on the analysis of media needs, material experts, and users, namely teachers and students, were analyzed quantitatively. Based on the result of the assessment by material expert and media expert that the biology learning module based on science process skills on the circulatory system material is valid. Then based on the assessment by practitional expert, the module is quite valid. Then based on the student response, it was found that the biology learning module based on science process skills on the circulatory system material is valid, feasible, and very interesting. Abstract

This paper is the result of research on the Samin Community Education Model in Ngawen Hamlet, Sukolilo, Pati. They do not send their children to formal schools. Their decision not to send their children to formal schools was motivated by the history of the Samin Suronsentiko movement against Dutch colonialism. In their collective memory, there is a memory that the Dutch are smart but their intelligence is used to fool others. Another reason why they do not send their children to formal schools is that there is an obligation for their children to attend lessons in other religions that are not their beliefs. How does the education of the Samin community compare to Romo Mangun's vision of true learning that is liberating and contextual, not limited by time and space and is carried out throughout life. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The main data collection techniques are carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, secondary data collection is done through literature study. From the results of research and comparative studies, it is found that the education model of the life of the Samin community that is independent of time and space, although very simple, is in some way consistent with Romo Mangun Wijaya's educational vision.
