Abstract

The objectives achieved in this study are: 1). Describe and analyze the implementation of the zoning system policy in the Admission of New Students in the State Senior High School 1 Kupang; 2). Identifying and describing the obstacles found in the implementation of the zoning system policy in the Acceptance of New Students at State Senior High School 1 Kupang; and 3). Want to know the advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of the zonesi system in the acceptance of new students in the State Senior High School 1 Kupang. Then the results of the research found are: 1). These four things will affect the level of success and failure of implementing a policy, namely: a). Communication; b). Resource; c). Disposition; and D). organizational structure. 2). The participation shown by the Kupang State High School 1 stakholder is: a). Providing opportunities to the surrounding community; b). Transportation cost savings; and c). Reduces jams

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to stimulate Early Childhood Mindset in Theodeosius kindergarten through affective education. This research is qualitative research. Data analysis is done by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The research findings show that students are very enthusiastic about following the activities of the teacher with pleasure, happiness and not feeling burdened from the beginning of the activity to the end, students can take part in the activities of the teacher well. The efforts made by TK Theodosius educators are good, so that it can be said that the teacher's efforts to train children's independence are maximized. The students have begun to instill Pancasila values in their daily lives, namely Godhead, Humanity, the Value of Unity, People's Value, and Social Justice. Abstract

Tujuan yang dicapai pada penelitian ini adalah: untuk mengetahui guru-guru Sekolah Dasar Inpres Oebobo dalam menggunakan bahasa Dawan sebagai bahasa pengantar pembelajaran di kelas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yakni dapat menguraikan atau menceritakan kondisi atau kenyataan yang terjadi dilokasi penelitian.Maka hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian adalah 1). Bahasa daerah dawan adalah bahasa yang dapat dipakai sebagai bahasa pengantar dalam proses pembelajaran, karena dapat membantu dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas; 2). Bahasa dawan sebagai bahasa pengantar di kelas maka tujuan pembelajaran atau hasil belajar dapat tercapai karena anak mampu memahami pembelajaran tersebut; dan 2). Penggunaan bahas dawan sebagai bahasa pengantar di kelas sangat berdampak baik bagi hasil belajar siswa dikarenakan siswa mengerti akan maksud pembelajaran yang disampaikan.

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved in this study, namely: 1). To find out the Principal's performance in developing facilities and infrastructure for educators at the State 1 Kupang Vocational High School; and 2). To find out the performance of the School Committee in developing the facilities and infrastructure of educators at the State 1 Kupang Vocational High School. This study uses a qualitative method approach, which leads to case study research. The results of this study are: 1). Regarding the leadership of the principal include: a). think of support from other parties so that further sustainability can be carried out effectively and efficiently; b). The principal as the implementer of infrastructure development at the State 1 Kupang Vocational High School should be good at providing, planning and facilitating; c). The controller of the development of infrastructure in the State 1 Vocational High School Kupang where the principal is the top controlling leader who determines the key to the success of the school to achieve the objectives, and control at the Kupang 1 State Vocational High School is a process to continuously observe the implementation of work plans that have been prepared make corrections to irregularities in the development of the pre-existing facilities that occurred. Whereas those relating to the leadership of the school committee include: a). advisory agency in managing school facilities and infrastructure; b). Supporting agency in the management of school facilities and facilities; c). The controlling agency in the management of school facilities and infrastructure was realized in the participation of the school committee in the Keuanan Asli School Plan drafting meeting, directly checking the condition of facilities and infrastructure in the school and always being directly involved in the process of eliminating facilities and infrastructure; d). Mediator in managing school facilities and infrastructure; and e). Improving the quality of school facilities and infrastructure certainly cannot be separated from the obstacles faced. The main obstacles faced by school committees in an effort to improve the quality of facilities and infrastructure are the problem of funds and the limited land owned by the school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi guru di Sekolah Menengah Teologi Kristen Benfomeni Kapan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Menengah Teologi Kristen Benfomeni Kapan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum atau guru pemasaran, wakil kepala sekolah bidang humas, dan kepala tata usaha Sekolah Menengah Teologi Kristen Benfomeni Kapan. Metode pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa: lingkungan fisik, suasana kerja, penghargaan terhadap guru, serta pengembangan sarana dan prasarana penunjang pembelajaran. Upaya kepala sekolah untuk mengatasi hambatan dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja guru yaitu Kepala Sekolah melakukan pembinaan displin kerja dengan cara memberikan contoh keteladanan terhadap guru, melakukan komunikasi persuasif dengan cara mengawali pembicaraan dengan guru, dan rutin memberikan motivasi dalam bentuk kata-kata penyemangat serta arahan dalam setiap kesempatan.

Abstract

Tujuan yang akan dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran guru agama kristen dalam melakukan pendampingan kepada siswa masa pubertasdi Sekolah Menengah Teologi Kristen Benfomeni Kapan. Metode yang digunakan dalam melakukan penelitian adalah deskriptif. Subyek yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa dan guru pendidikan agama kristen. Maka hasil penelitian adalah Peran guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen di Sekolah Menengah Teologi Kristen Benfomeni Kapan adalah: a). Guru pendidikan agama kristen selalu melakukan bimbingan spiritual bagi seluruh siswa; b). Guru pendidikan agama kristensering menasihat siswa sebelum adanya masalah; c). Guru pendidikan agama kristenselalu menegur siswa pada saat melakukan kesalahan; dan d). Guru pendidikan agama kristenselalu memberi sangsi kepada siswa dan bersurat kepada orang tua sebagai konsekuensi dari kelalaian manjalankan aturan sekolah

Abstract

Tujuan yang dicapai pada artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan literasi digital terhadap mahasiswa program studi pendidikan Kristen, institut agama Kristen negeri kupang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis expo post facto.  Subyek dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa semester. Teknik yang dipakai dalam mengumpulkan data, yakni: observasi, angket dan studi dokumen. Maka hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini bahwa dalam penggunaan literasi digital olah seluruh dosen dan mahasiswa dalam menghasilkan pembelajaran yang kondusif. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut ternyata tidak terdapat signifikan bagi hasil belajar mahasiswa

Abstract

The aim of this study is to describe the role of Christian religious education teachers in shaping the character of students at the Basmuti One Roof Junior High School during the covid 19 pandemic. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive method. The subject of this research is the teacher of Christian religious education subject at Basmuti One Roof State Junior High School. This research can use three steps in data collection, namely: observation, structured interviews and documentation studies. So the results obtained from this study are the teacher's role in shaping the character of students at the Basmuti One Roof Junior High School, namely: 1). The teacher's role in the formation of student character, includes providing motivation, can facilitate, for example in setting an example and increasing student creativity. 2). Characters that are instilled in students are honesty, responsibility, increase student creativity, and cooperation.
