Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the guidance of further study information services affects the higher education interest of students of SMKN 2 Mataram. This study uses a quantitative research approach with the Pre-Experimental Design method in the form of One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The variables of this research are the interest in entering higher education and the independent variable of further study information service guidance. The study population was SMKN 2 Mataram, while the sample was students of class XI who attended further study information service guidance, namely 36 (thirty) students, who were determined by incidental sampling technique. Based on the results of data analysis with SPSS 17.0 for windows software with the Paired Sampe t Test procedure, the results show that t is greater than t table, t (count) (3.986)> t (table) (1.690). So the hypothesis of this research: there is an effect of further study information services on student interest in learning at SMKN 2 Mataram is accepted. The results of this study prove that information services for further studies have an effect on student interest in entering higher education. Therefore, it can be used as input and material for consideration for Guidance and Counseling Teachers in order to increase their role in directing vocational students who intend to continue to a higher level of education after completing their studies.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh positif entrepreneurship kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri di Kota Mataram. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif, dimana peneliti menggambarkan fenomena yang diamati dengan lebih detail menggunakan data-data berupa data kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMK Negeri di Kota Mataram yang berjumlah 295 guru. Sampel penelitian ini adalah sebagian dari jumlah guru SMK Negeri di Kota Mataram yang berjumlah 75 guru dengan menggunakan teknik proportionate random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif entrepreneurship kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri di Kota Mataram sebesar 11,8% yang dibuktikan dengan dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,003 lebih kecil dari level 0,05.Kata kunci: Entrepreneurship, Kepala Sekolah, Kinerja Guru.

Abstract

Undergraduate thesis guidance is one of the most difficult times that all students who wish to complete their studies at college have to go through. The difficulties faced by students include students not writing clearly suggestions from the supervisor, irregular meeting times, and lack of motivation in completing theses. Qualitative descriptive research aims to describe the benefits of using the development book of undergraduate thesis consultant in solving the guidance problems that occur in students. This research was conducted for 6 weeks during basic training activities in the Primary School Teacher Education (PGSD) study program. This research was conducted on 144 students who were conducting undergraduate thesis guidance activities by taking 3 students as research subjects. The data collection technique was done by interviewing. The results of this study indicate that the use of the development book of undergraduate thesis consultant can help students in writing clearly suggestions for improvement, the scheduling of the counseling meeting, and increasing student motivation in completing the undergraduate thesis.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh penerapan model problem  solving  dan problem  posing  terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar PPKn  sisw a. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Quasi eksperimen dengan nonequivalen  control group  design.  Data berfikir kritis dijaring menggunakan angket dan data hasil belajar PPKn  diambil menggunakan so al tes yang sudah memenuhi persyaratan instrument  penelitian. Keseluruhan data dianalisis secara kuantitif  melalui uji parametrik yang terlebih dahulu diuji persyaratan analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahw a tidak ada perbedaan kemampuan berfikir kritis dan hasil belajar PPKn antara yang menggunakan model problem  solving dan problem  posing.  Dengan mencermati nilai rata-rata yang sangat tinggi, maka kedua model pembelajaran sangat efektif. Implikasinya praktis adalah kedua model dapat digunakan dan secara teoritis memperkuat teori konstruktivistik sebagai backgroud teori pengembangan model pembelajaran. AbstractThe  purpose  of  this study is to  determine w hether  there is influence of  the application of problem solving methods and problems posed against the ability of critical thinking and  learning outcomes  of  student  PPKn.  This research is an experimental Quasi research w ith nonequivalent control group design. Learning methode  data w ith questionnaire method  and  learning result data PPKn taken using test questions that have met the requirements of the instrument. The data are analyzed quantitatively through the parametric test first. The results show ed no differences in critical thinking skills and learning outcomes betw een PPKn using problem solving and problem posing model. By looking at very high averages, the tw o learning models are very effective. The practical implication is that the second model  can  be  used  and  theoretically reinforces  constructivist  theory  as  a backgroud of learning model development theory. Keywords: Problem Solving, Problem Posing, Critical Thinking

Abstract

Tujuan  penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk mengetahui  hubungan antara  gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi sekolah, baik secara sendiri sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama dengan motivasi kerja guru MA sw asta se- Kabupaten  Lombok  Tengah.  Sampel  penelitian  sebanyak  97  guru  dari  3062 populasi yang ditentukan melalui teknik stratified proportional random sampling. Strata yang   dimaksud   adalah   guru  yang  sudah  sertifikasi  dan  belum.  Sedangkan proportional yang dimaksud  adalah dengan persentase dan untuk random dilakukan dengan  pengundian.  Variabel  bebas  dalam  penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X1) dan budaya organisasi sekolah (X2), sedangkan variabel   terikatnya    adalah   motivasi   kerja   guru   (Y).   Data   dikumpulkan menggunakan angket motivasi kerja guru untuk variabel (Y), angket gaya kepemimpinan  untuk  variabel (X1) dan angket budaya organisasi untuk variabel (X2) dengan skala Likert. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi dan korelasi. Berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian ini, disimpulkan bahw a terdapat korelasi yang positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya  organisasi  sekolah,  baik  secara  sendiri-sendiri  maupun secara  bersama- sama dengan motivasi kerja guru MA sw asta sekabupaten Lombok Tengah.  AbstractThe purpose of this study w as to investigate the relationship betw een leadership style and organizational culture headmaster of the school, both individually and jointly  w ith private  MA teacher w ork motivation throughout Central Lombok regency. The research sample as many as 97 teachers from the 3062 population is determined through proportional stratified random sampling technique. Strata is a teacher w ho has been certified and has not. While the question is proportional to the percentage and to do w ith the random draw . The independent variables in this study is the principal's leadership style (X1) and school organizational culture (X2), w hile the dependent variable is a teacher w ork motivation (Y). Data w ere collected using a questionnaire for the teacher w ork motivation variable (Y), leadership style questionnaire for the variable (X1) and organizational culture questionnaire for the variable  (X2) w ith Likert scale.  Hypothesis  testing  using  regression analysis and correlation techniques. Based on these results it can be concluded that there is a positive  and  significant  correlation  betw een leadership  style and  organizational culture  headmaster of the school, either individually or jointly w ith private MA teacher w ork motivation Central Lombok Sekabupaten. Keywords : Organizational Culture , Leadership Style , Employee Motivation

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Quasi Eksperimen dengan desain penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group Pretest-Postest. Data hasil belajar dijaring menggunakan  data hasil belajar PKn diambil menggunakan soal tes yang sudah memenuhi  persyaratatan instrumen  penelitian.  Keseluruhan data dianalisis secara kuantitatif melalui  uji parametrik  yang  terlebih dahulu  diuji persyaratan  analisis. Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  bahw a  ada pengaruh  model pembelajaran  circuit learning  berbantuan  media  kartu soal terhadap hasil belajar PKn sisw a. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan discovery learning berbantuan media slide program macromedia flash terhadap hasil belajar PPKn. Penelitian  ini  merupakan  penelitian  quasi  eksperimen  dengan  desain  nonequivlent control group design. Data hasil belajar sisw a diambil menggunakan soal tes berupa pilihan ganda yang sudah memenuhi persyaratan instrumen penelitian. Sampel penelitian ini adalah dua kelas, satu kelas kontrol dan satu kelas eksperimen, yang diambil secara simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahw a terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar PPKn antara kelas yang menerapkan model discovery learning berbantuan media slide program macromedia flash dengan yang menggunakan model pembelajaran  konvensional,  dengan nilai rata-rata  kelas eksperimen  lebih tinggi sehingga ada pengaruh model pembelajaran discovery learning berbantuan media slide program macromedia flash terhadap hasil belajar PPKn sisw a.AbstractThis research aimed to find out the impact of the discovery research based on the macromedia flash media slide program tow ards the Pancasila and Civil Education learning  outcomes.  It’s an “quasi experiment”  research by using non equivalent control  group  design.  The student’s learning outcomes is taken in the form of multiple  choices  questions,  that  has  fulfilled  the  research  requirements.  The samples  consist  of  two  classes,  one as a control  group  and  the other  as the experiment group,  w hich  taken  by  simple  random  sampling.  The  outcomes show ed that there are differences occurs betw een the class that implemented the discovery learning the macro media flash program compare to the conventional method.  The experiment  class show ed average  grades higher  than the control class.Keywords: Discovery Learning, Macromedia Flash, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Tujuan   penelitian   ini   adalah   untuk   mengetahui    ada   tidaknya   pengaruh menggunakan  model  kooperatif   tipe  Teams  Assisted  Individualization  (  TAI  ) terhadap hasil belajar PPKn pada sisw a SMP Negeri 1 Kediri. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan Statis Grup Comperasion Desaign dengan jenis penelitian pre eksperimen .Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan tes pilihan ganda 20 soal yang memenuhi validitas dan reabilitas. Berdasarkan hasil hitung uji t dapat disimpulkan bahw a  terdapat  pengaruh  yang  signifikan  menggunakan  kooperatif tipe teams assisted  individualization  (TAI)  terhadap  hasil  belajar  PPKn  pada sisw a  SMP Negeri 1 Kediri.  AbstractThe aim of this research is to know  w hether there is effect of use cooperative learning type teams assisted individualization (TAI) on PPKn learning outcomes at VIII grade at SMP Negeri 1 Kediri. This research design used Static Group Comparison    Design   w ith   experimental   pre   experimental   type.The   data accumulation instrument used multiple-choice test consist of 20 questions that fill validity and reability. Based on the result of t-test can be concluded that there is significant effect of used cooperative learning type teams assisted individualization (TAI) on PPKn learning outcomes at VIII grade at SMP Negeri 1 Kediri.  Keywords : learning outcomes , Teams Assisted Individualization (TAI)

Abstract

AbstracThis research was conducted to examine the process of the mangan merangkat's event and the forms of social values that contained in the mangan merangkat's event at the traditional marriage of the Sasaknese in Perina Village. This study aims to 1) find out the process in the mangan merangkat's event in Perina Village, 2) find out the forms of social values that contained in the mangan merangkat's event at the Sasak traditional marriage in Perina Village. This research uses a qualitative approach with ethnographic methods. The data collection techniques in this study using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study found that 1) the process of the mangan merangkat's event in Perina Village started from a) preparation, b) cooking, and c) eating together or begibung. 2) the forms of social values in the mangan metangkat's event took place in the Sasak traditional marriage in Perina Village, namely: 1) help, 2) kinship, 3) caring, 4) empathy, and 5) cooperation.
