Abstract

This study aims to develop web-based teaching materials social in elementary schools and determine the effectiveness of student learning outcomes. This research uses a research and development model developed by ADDIE consisting of five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. The test subject of this study was MI grade IV student Nurul Jadid Blitar. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, questionnaires, tests and documentation. Analysis of product effectiveness using independent t-test.  The results of the research were the development of web-based teaching materials getting material expert validation of 95% with very valid criteria, design expert validation of 89% with very valid criteria, and learning expert validation of 92.7% with very valid criteria. Student learning outcomes have increased, namely the average pretest score in the experimental class 52.5, then in the experimental class treatment using web-based teaching materials, the average value of the postest is 82.5 The results of the independent t-test show a value of 0.008, so it can be interpreted that there is an influence of the use of website-based learning media on student learning outcomes. So it can be said that the use of web-based teaching materials has an influence on improving student learning outcomes and is used in the learning process.

Abstract

Inclusive education is based on the right of all learners to a quality education that meets their basic learning needs and enriches their lives. This study aims to describe the implementation of elementary school inclusive education for students with hearing loss. This research method used a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews with teachers, and observation. This research uses triangulation techniques to check the validity of the data. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study found that in the implementation of inclusive learning/education in elementary school, three important components support the academic success of learners with hearing impairments, namely: (1) the role of the teacher is to create a positive and meaningful classroom atmosphere for learners, positioning learners with hearing impairments to be considered by other classmates, not as different children; (2) the role of fellow learners in the classroom is as allies to support and help each other in academic activities; and (3) the role of parents is to provide more attention, support and time to support children's cognitive health and academic development and success.

Abstract

Multicultural learning has occupied a key position in modern education, serving as an important foundation for strengthening tolerance and deepening cross-cultural understanding among students. The aim of this research is to determine the application of multicultural learning as a step in cultivating technology-based values of tolerance. This research is quantitative. This research data was processed using the JASP (Jeffrey's Amazing Statistics Program) program. This research uses primary data, with a total of 60 respondents from schools in Indonesia. Various factors are considered to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the education systems across participating countries. The following are some of the main variants or criteria that are usually assessed for elementary schools consisting of 10 private schools and 50 public schools in the 2018 PISA sample: school resources, educational practices, learning environment, educational outcomes, and technology integration. The research results show that the technology variable T1 Number of digital devices shows significant positive results, T2 also has a significant impact on Teachers' pedagogical skills in integrating digital tools, and T3 Effective Online Learning Platform also shows significant results in improving multicultural learning. Meanwhile, the variable M1 Study the culture of various countries did not show significant results, but M2 M2: Study cultural differences had a significant positive effect, and M3 Organizing multicultural learning also had a significant positive effect on increasing multicultural learning because the probability value was below the significance value <0.05. The implications of this research can provide a deeper understanding of the role of multicultural learning in forming attitudes of tolerance, as well as the use of technology as a means to increase its effectiveness.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out first, the implementation of differentiated learning in the independent curriculum; second, strategies for implementing differentiated learning; third, challenges in implementing differentiated learning. The research method used is a descriptive analytical method with a qualitative approach. The subjects in the research were Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (Islamic Elementary School) in the DKI Jakarta Province Region which implemented the Merdeka Curriculum. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation as well as descriptive data analysis using data reduction and data triangulation. Testing the validity of the data is carried out through source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of this research show that first, madrasahs have various internal policies, including special approaches including superior program tests, strengthening Pancasila values, introducing and familiarizing with literacy to support the implementation of the Independent Curriculum, in the implementation the teachers already understand differentiated learning. Second, the strategies applied in differentiated learning include carrying out initial assessments, grouping students, taking various approaches to accommodate the diversity of student profiles, preparing media and teaching materials that are not monotonous, and carrying out final assessments. Third, the challenges in implementing differentiated learning are that teachers still experience several obstacles, including understanding the characters of different students; adapting material that can be integrated into the discussion; improving learning media skills; determine students' talents, abilities and interests; inadequate media and infrastructure; limited time in implementing differentiated learning; students are difficult to control and there are still some who cannot read. The suggestions in this research require special assistance for teachers in madrasas; the need for Islamic Schools to collaborate with driving teachers, lecturers, researchers, the community, student parents and stakeholders involved; Madrasah heads need to take part in supervising some of the facilities and infrastructure needed by teachers.

Abstract

This research aims to produce technology-based interactive learning media that is feasible and effective in improving students' cognitive learning process activities. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) method with the ADDIE research model, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research test subjects were fourth-grade students of Darul Hikmah Islamic Elementary School. The data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, pre-test, post-test, and documentation. This interactive learning media is validated by material experts, media experts, and linguists if there are deficiencies or expert suggestions, it must be corrected according to the experts' suggestions. The comparative data analysis technique uses SPSS 19 to test the results of the effectiveness test or T-test. The results of interactive learning media development research get a percentage of material validity from material experts of 83%, from media experts getting a percentage of media validity of 80%, and a percentage of language validity of 80% from media experts, interactive learning media is declared feasible and can be tested on grade IV students of Darul Hikmah Islamic Elementary School. Based on the results of the t-test analysis on the pre-test, the average value is 71.40 and the post-test is 81.26. Because of the sig value. (2-tailed) or test 1 of 0.00 which means ≤ 0.05, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study's results shows a significant effect of interactive learning media on the cognitive abilities of fourth-grade students of Darul Hikmah Islamic Elementary School.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the monopoly-assisted PAKEM model (Active, effective, creative, effective and fun learning model) on the critical thinking skills of grade 5 students of SD Negeri Demaan. Research using quantitative methods with experimental research types. The experimental design form used Quasi Experimental Design with the form of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The study involved two groups: an experimental class and a control class. The subjects in this study were grade 5 Demaan state elementary school which amounted to 45 students. Data collection is in the form of a description type test of 10 questions given for pretest and posttest. The data analysis techniques used are normality, homogeneity and hypothesis test consisting of Independent sample t-test and Paired sample t test. Before carrying out the data collection process, conducting instrument trials first consists of validity, reliability, differentiation and difficulty tests. The average pretest result of the control class was 40.83 and the posttest was 40.95 While the average experimental class pretest results obtained were 44.06 and posttest obtained 80.63. The paired sample t test of the experimental class obtained results in the lower column of -41.90 upper of -31.23 and the significance value (2-tailed) = 0.000 < 0.05 then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted that there was a significant effect of using the monopoly-assisted PAKEM model on the critical thinking ability of grade 5 students of Demaan state elementary school. Therefore, educators or teachers can apply the Monopoly-assisted PAKEM model to improve students' critical thinking.
