Abstract

This study aimed to obtain and improve the learning outcomes of Mathematics about the addition of integers toward the first grade students in SD Negeri 060886 Medan. The approach used is a qualitative approach with the type of classroom action research. The number of students who were joined as research subjects were 20 students.This paper occured based on the introspection of the author after student learning on the material about Integers with the indicator of performing arithmetic operations toward the addition of integers by using a number line. After they studied according to the available time allocation, it turned out that the results of the assessment were not satisfactory. The author suspected that the using of a number line in the operation of adding integers makes students bored and makes learning process become less interesting. Based on the introspection above, the author creates tools/media that are expected to make students easier to understand the material, be active, creative, affective and fun; namely the modification of Congklak Game. The results showed that the average value of Mathematics Learning Outcomes in the Pre-Cycle was 4.5 and increased into 6.3 in Cycle I; and increased into 9.15 in Cycle II. It can be concluded that by using a modified game of Congklak can increase the speed of counting in integer addition operations.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the willingness and ability of teachers to develop syllabuses and learning implementation plans (RPP) so that the teaching and learning process is directed and learning achievement increases. Based on the results of syllabus observations in the first cycle, data on the increase in the percentage of suitability was obtained, namely in the component of determining teaching materials from 50% to 75%, learning activities increased from 25% to 75%, indicators from 25% to 75%, types of assessment from 50% to 75%. Meanwhile, in the second cycle, namely the preparation of rpp, there was an increase in terms of determining the learning model, which has increased, namely from 25% increased to 75% and the assessment aspect from 25% increased to 75%, indicators increased from 25% to 75%, learning objectives increased from 50% to 75%, teaching materials from 25% to 75%. Based on the results of the data analysis above, it was concluded that Collaborative coaching can improve teachers' ability to develop syllabuses and lesson implementation plans.

Abstract

The aim of this article is to investigate the influence of work stress on employee motivation at CV. Aneka Teknik in Binjai city, to examine the impact of motivation on employee performance at CV. Aneka Teknik in Binjai city, and to explore the combined influence of work stress and motivation on employee performance at CV. Aneka Teknik in Binjai city. This research adopts a quantitative approach. The population consists of 25 (twenty-five) permanent employees at CV. ANEKA TEKNIK Binjai, and the researcher distributed questionnaires to all of them to gather data for analysis. The data obtained are numerical and are used to analyze the relationships between variables. Based on the partial analysis, the independent variable of Work Stress (X2) has a significant negative influence on the dependent variable of Employee Performance (Y) at CV. Aneka Teknik Binjai. However, based on the simultaneous analysis, the independent variable of Motivation (X1) does not have a significant influence on the dependent variable of Employee Performance (Y) at CV. Aneka Teknik. Nonetheless, the simultaneous analysis reveals that the independent variable of Work Stress (X2) has a significant influence on the dependent variable of Employee Performance (Y) at CV. Aneka Teknik Binjai.

Abstract

One of the learning strategies accordance with the curriculum is learning with the PAIKEM GEMBROT approach, namely active, innovative, creative, effective, fun, happy and meaningful learning.  By utilizing the school environment as a learning resource, the implementation of GEMBROT PAIKEM learning will enable students to develop their creativity, motivation and participation in learning.  Meanwhile the reality is that many teachers who rarely or never even take advantage of the school environment as a learning resource.  Likewise in KKG, the teacher's ability to discuss is still not active and creative, so that the teacher's ability to use the school environment as a learning resource is not good.  This study was designed in the form of School Action Research that consisted of two cycles, where each cycle was carried out in two to three meetings.  The subjects of this study were teachers at SD Negeri 024763 Binjai consisting of ten teachers.  From the results of the implementation of the research, the following data were obtained: In the first cycle the average value obtained from the teacher's discussion attitude was 79.38 or "enough" category, while in the second cycle the average value obtained was 83.34, the "good" category, the average value obtained from the assessment  the learning scenario in the first cycle is 80 categories of "enough" while in the second cycle the average value obtained is 83, the average value obtained from the assessment of the implementation of learning in the first cycle is 79.38 or "enough" category, while in the second cycle  the average value obtained is 83.34 or "good" category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see how the Deli Serdang Museum was active during the pandemic. By conducting online-based activities, the Deli Medium Museum provides tourism education to the Deli Serdang community. The Deli Serdang Museum provides something new during the pandemic in providing services to the community, by using social media the public can enjoy the tourism education provided by the Deli Serdang Museum online from home. This writing uses a descriptive qualitative method by conducting observations, interviews and literature studies.
