Matrik:Jurnal Manajemen, Strategi Bisnis dan Kewirausahaan is a scientific journal published by the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, Udayana University which aims to publish articles of empirical and theoretical studies in the field of marketing management, finance, human resources, operations, strategy management, tourism management and entrepreneurship. Editors accept articles in Indonesian and English were not delivered or published in another journal. Determination of the article that appeared determined by expert editors review results through a blind review process. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of the concept of turnover intention to hotel employees in Surabaya-Indonesia, with a focus on the role of the construct of job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research also aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture variables and organizational justice on job satisfaction, and to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention. This research was conducted on 152 hotel employees in Surabaya with purposive sampling. The results of distributing questionnaires were processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis techniques. There are 7 hypotheses proposed in this study, 6 hypotheses are supported, namely H1, H2, H4, H5, H6, and H7. While H3 is not supported. The results of this study support social exchange theory. The holistic conclusion of this study is that this research model is supported empirically.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh dari pelatihan kepemimpinan dalam membentuk kepemimpinan visioner, sehingga mampu menciptakan kreativitas pegawai, dan peran dari berbagi pengetahuan sebagai moderasi. Sampel dari survey penelitian ini yaitu 50 orang pejabat yang sedang mengikuti pelatihan dan pendidikan kepemimpinan pola baru untuk eselon III dari 30 organisasi pemerintahan Kota. Analsis data statistik dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan Struktural Equation Model –Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS), dengan software Smart PLS 3.2.7. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan visioner memediasi hubungan antaran pelatihan kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan kreativitas pegawai. Berbagi pengetahuan terbukti memoderasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan visioner dan kreativitas pegawai. Penelitian ini berkontribusi terhadap pengembangan teori kepemimpinan di organisasi pemerintahan, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pemimpin dengan gaya kepemimpinan visioner mampu meningkatkan kreativitas pegawai dalam bekerja, namun tergantung dengan perilaku berbagi pengetahuan dari pemimpin tersebut

Playing a video game has become a favorite activity for children. One of the marketing efforts to attract their attention is by combining advertising and entertainment in the form of advergame or advertising game. Childhood is considered as a critical period towards the impact of advertising. As more advergame played especially intended for children, this study aims to analyze the effectiveness of advergame through flow experience and persuasion knowledge towards advergame and brand attitude as well as their purchase intention towards the embedded product in the game. This study was participated by 218 children aged 10-12 years old in Jakarta and Surabaya. Seven hypotheses were proposed to be analyzed further. Different from the previous studies, this study shows that attitudes on advergame do not influence the children intention to purchase the advertised product. The findings also offer some implications, limitations and directions to the future research.

This research aims to measure the social performance of Village Credit Institutions (VCI). VCI performance is not only seen from financial performance, but the social performance has also need to be assessed. The social performance management is measured by four dimension using the Social Performance Indicators. These dimensions include 1) target and outreach, 2) products and services, 3) benefits for the members and 4) social responsibility. The population of this study includes 38 VCI with total asset above Rp100 billion (> Rp 100 M) as the census technique was applied, all VCI was taken as the sample. The results show that the social performance of large VCI in Bali is very weak on target and outreach dimension but is strong on social responsibility. The pro-poor method and the individuals targeting are the weakest social performance criteria. These institutions must also focus their programs on helping the poor people. This can be done by collaborating with other institutions located in the areas with high poverty rates

Business resilience is a manifestation of how an economic structure can survive and adapt to the empowerment of BUMDesa. This study aims to create a model for institutional capacity building for the success of BUMDesa in Bali. There are 455 BUMDesa in Bali that are engaged in various productive sectors, so the approach used in this study is a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches. The qualitative approach is a case study. The quantitative approach is descriptive by displaying statistical data in the form of trends. The sampling technique was carried out by quota. There are eight districts and one city in Bali. Each will be given a quota by conducting random sampling in each district/city. The results showed that the stimulus funds and business planning can be a resilience modle for BUMDes. These two prerequisites must be fulfilled for BUMDesa in Bali so that they can continue to exist and show their identity in the midst of the current economic situation and downturn.

This research aims to examine how a proactive personality and entrepreneurial self-efficacy of students may affect the entrepreneurial intentions in students is mediated by the creative self-efficacy, learning self-efficacy and anticipatory entrepreneurial cognitions. This research was conducted on students of Sebelas Maret University, taken using the technique of probability sampling that is stratified random sampling with the number of respondents in this study as much as 610 students. This research uses the structural equation modeling. The results of this research it can be concluded that: 1) proactive personality of Sebelas Maret University’s students associated positively with entrepreneurial self-efficacy that is mediated by creative self-efficacy and learning self-efficacy; 2) trait competitiveness of Sebelas Maret University’s students associated positively with entrepreneurial self-efficacy that is mediated by the creative self-efficacy and learning self-efficacy; 3) entrepreneurial self-efficacy of Sebelas Maret University’s students were associated positively with students entrepreneurial intentions is mediated by anticipatory entrepreneurial cognitions. This research has limitations in terms of subject and object of research, because the focus of the research only to students who are still active in the college’s activities and conducted in Sebelas Maret University’s environment. So in the next research is expected to complete the limitations in this research.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh knowledge sharing, individual innovation capability dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Luar Biasa wilayah Kota dan Kabupaten Cirebon. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi penelitian adalah guru dengan status Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Sekolah Luar Biasa wilayah Kota dan Kabupaten Cirebon yang berjumlah 101 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Probability Sampling, dengan teknik propotionate stratified random sampling, sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 81 responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa : 1). Knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. 2). Individual innovation capability tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. 3). Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. 4) Knowledge sharing, individual innovation capability, dan komitmen organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SLB wilayah Kota dan Kabupaten Cirebon.

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menyelidiki faktor yang mempengaruhi minat pembelian kembali dari pelayanan transportasi online yaitu Gojek pada kota Pontianak. Lebih khusus lagi, penelitian ini memeriksa hubungan antara variabel kualitas layanan elektronik, kesadaran merek, kepercayaan, dan kepuasan terhadap minat pembelian kembali pada layanan Go-Car, Go-Food, dan Go-Ride. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dengan 170 responden. Pemodelan persamaan struktural digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Model penelitian diuji menggunakan data survei yang dianalisis dengan pemodelan persamaan struktural kuadrat terkecil parsial. Untuk layanan Go-Car dan Go-Food menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas layanan elektronik dan kesadaran merek terhadap kepercayaan dan kepuasan, kemudian adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepercayaan terhadap minat pembelian kembali. Sedangkan pada layanan Go-Ride ditemukan adanya hubungan tidak signifikan antara kesadaran merek terhadap kepercayaan, namun berpengaruh signifikan hubungan antara kepercayaan terhadap minat pembelian kembali. Kata Kunci: kualitas layanan elektronik, kesadaran merek, kepercayaan, kepuasan pelanggan, minat pembelian kembali, transportasi online.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, analyze the effect of service quality on customer loyalty, and analyze customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in Grab Online Transportation. This type of research is associative research, according to this associative, data tendencies are used in quantitative methods. This study uses 3 types of variables namely customer loyalty, satisfaction and quality of electronic services. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used were interviews and questionnaires. The population of this study is the users of Grab online transportation services with the provisions that have used Grab transportation services more than twice. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. For data analysis used Partial Least Square (PLS) based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study found that there was a positive and significant influence of e quality of service on Grab online transportation customer satisfaction, significant and significant positive contribution of e quality of service to Grab online transportation customer loyalty, and related positively and significantly of customer satisfaction to customer loyalty Grab online transportation.
