Abstract

The porpuse of the study was to examine the effect of direct and indirect personality, organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study used the unit of analysis throughout the administration Civil Servants at the University of Palangka Raya, using stratified random sampling obtained 169 administrative employees in the sample. The approach used in this study is a Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS. The results of this study showed that a significant direct effect on the personality of organizational commitment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Organizational commitment was not significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Keywords: Personality, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)

Abstract

The aim of this paper to explain the influence of leadership training in visionary leadership, on the creation of employee creativity, and the role of sharing knowledge as the moderating variable. The respondents consist of 50 echelon III officials from 30 government organizations of Central Kalimantan taking part in the new pattern of leadership training and education. Variant base SEM is used to analyze the data. The results show visionary leadership mediates the relationship between leadership training and employee creativity. Knowledge sharing is proven to moderate the relationship between visionary leadership and employee creativity. This research contributes to the development of leadership theory in government organizations, this shows that leaders with a visionary leadership style are able to increase employee creativity in the workplace, but it depends on the knowledge sharing behavior of the leader

Abstract

This study aims to explain the strategy of human resources (SHR) in mediating leadership styles in improving performance and to identify the dominant leadership style in influencing SHR. 96 echelon officials were used as samples with a stratified random sampling approach. The results show that all hypotheses are proven to be influential, and SHR is a mediation complementary to partial mediation. This study provides a unique development where transformational leadership is the dominant factor in improving SHR compared to visionary leadership.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and explain the role of job stress in mediating the relationship between workload, incentives, and turnover intention. Samples were taken from as many as 44 employees who worked for at least 6 months. Hypothesis testing in this study using Smart PLS 3.3.3. The study's results explain that incentives have a negative effect on work stress and turnover intention, and work stress has a positive impact on turnover intention. This finding also explains that job stress is a competitive partial mediation. This study develops a model from previous studies that give different results between workload and work stress.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan komitmen afektif sebagai variabel intervening. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah Nonprobability Sampling, jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah  85 responden.  Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melalui penyebaran kuesioner online dan offline menggunakan Google From dan observasi secara langsung. Alat uji analisis data menggunakan alat bantu aplikasi Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) versi 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa dukungan organisasi berpengruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai,  dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan  terhadap komitmen afektif, komitmen afektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan komitmen afektif mampu memediasi  dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepemimpinan visioner terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi pada Dinas Perumahan, Permukiman, dan Pertanahan Kabupaten Katingan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei menggunakan kuesioner kepada 50 responden. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) melalui aplikasi SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja, namun berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi. Sebaliknya, kepemimpinan visioner berpengaruh signifikan baik terhadap motivasi maupun kinerja. Selain itu, motivasi terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, yang menunjukkan bahwa motivasi memiliki peran mediatif dalam hubungan antara kepemimpinan dan kinerja. Temuan ini mengindikasikan pentingnya pengembangan gaya kepemimpinan dan peningkatan motivasi untuk mendorong kinerja pegawai yang optimal.

Abstract

This study examines the role of the Social Servicescape in enhancing Customer Trust through perceptions of Price Fairness at Starbucks in Palangka Raya. With the coffee shop industry rapidly evolving, this research explores how social interactions among customers and employees affect customers views on price fairness and trust. Utilizing a descriptive quantitative approach, data was collected through questionnaires. The findings reveal that the social servicescape significantly influences customer trust both directly and indirectly via price fairness. This research provides valuable insights for coffee shop owners to develop effective marketing strategies that enhance customer experiences and foster loyalty.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of live streaming commerce and online customer reviews on impulsive buying behavior, with e-trust as an intervening variable, focusing on Somethinc cosmetics among Generation Z consumers. Utilizing a quantitative approach, the research gathered data from 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling in Palangka Raya City. The Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) was employed to analyze the relationships between variables. The findings reveal that live streaming commerce has a significant positive effect on both e-trust and impulsive buying, emphasizing its role as an interactive and engaging marketing tool. Online customer reviews also positively impact e-trust and impulsive buying, albeit with a weaker effect. However, the mediating role of e-trust between these factors and impulsive buying is not statistically significant, suggesting that Generation Z consumers prioritize interactive and social aspects over trust in their purchasing decisions. This study provides valuable insights for marketers aiming to enhance impulsive buying through digital marketing strategies. Future research is encouraged to explore these relationships across various industries and demographics to broaden the understanding of impulsive buying behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pengembangan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan dimediasi oleh kreativitas. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh, dengan jumlah sampel 31 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melalui penyebaran kuesioner online dan offline menggunakan Google Form dan observasi secara langsung. Alat uji analisis data menggunakan alat bantu aplikasi Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) versi 4.0. berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pengembangan sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengembangan sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kreativitas, kreativitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kreativitas mampu memediasi pengembangan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Research in the expansion of the Greater Kotawaringin Province was identified as meeting the administrative requirements of the number of districts, namely 5 districts consisting of East Kotawaringin, West Kotawaringin, Seruyan, Lamandau and Sukamara districts. However, the Regional Original Income in the proposed area for the expansion of Kotawaringin Raya Province is deemed unable to support sustainable regional development, especially Lamandau and Sukamara Regencies, which are the smallest contributors of all the regencies in Central Kalimantan Province, so there is a need for more monitoring and evaluation. comprehensive. The proposed expansion of the Greater Barito Province, which consists of South Barito, East Barito, North Barito and Murung Raya Regencies, is considered to still not meet administrative requirements. The proposed expansion of Barito Raya Province still consists of 4 (four) districts or one more district has not been fulfilled, so the initial recommendation that can be given is that the regional government of the Greater Barito region can add one more district or can expand the districts first. The sustainability of the business strategy is built with a vision, mission and positive influence to improve the welfare of the SMes business.
