Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menyelidiki faktor yang mempengaruhi minat pembelian kembali dari pelayanan transportasi online yaitu Gojek pada kota Pontianak. Lebih khusus lagi, penelitian ini memeriksa hubungan antara variabel kualitas layanan elektronik, kesadaran merek, kepercayaan, dan kepuasan terhadap minat pembelian kembali pada layanan Go-Car, Go-Food, dan Go-Ride. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dengan 170 responden. Pemodelan persamaan struktural digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Model penelitian diuji menggunakan data survei yang dianalisis dengan pemodelan persamaan struktural kuadrat terkecil parsial. Untuk layanan Go-Car dan Go-Food menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas layanan elektronik dan kesadaran merek terhadap kepercayaan dan kepuasan, kemudian adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepercayaan terhadap minat pembelian kembali. Sedangkan pada layanan Go-Ride ditemukan adanya hubungan tidak signifikan antara kesadaran merek terhadap kepercayaan, namun berpengaruh signifikan hubungan antara kepercayaan terhadap minat pembelian kembali. Kata Kunci: kualitas layanan elektronik, kesadaran merek, kepercayaan, kepuasan pelanggan, minat pembelian kembali, transportasi online.

Abstract

Abstract: This reserch is intendedto see the correlation of elasticity of wrist and hand-eye coordination with the result of free throw on women basket ball club, Young Ladies Pekanbaru. The purpouse of this research also to train member, so they can do free throw with good method. With Young Ladies Club as the population , sample in this research is all population that contain 12 members. Instrument that has beed used in this research is elasticity test of wrist, throw and catch tennis ball, and free throw test, to measure shooting skill when doing free throw. After that, data counted with statistic, to examine normality with lilofors test onsignificant level of a (0,05). The Hypothesis of this research shows there is correlation of elasticityof wrist and hand-eye coordination with free throw result. As the result of this research with statistic procedure, researcher finds conclution that is correlation about elasticity of wrist and hand-eye coordination with free throw results, with calculating result the correlation of elasticity of wrist with free throw skill is rhitung (0,91) > rtab(0, 4973), correlation of hand-eye coordination with free throw rhitung (0,82) > rtab(0,4973) and correlation of elasticity of wrist and hand eye coordination with free throw skill is Rhitung (0,96) > rtab(0,4973).Key Words: Wrist Flexibility and Hand-Eye Coordination, Free Throw.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work environment and quality of work life on employee performance, with mental health as a mediating variable among Generation Z employees in startup companies across Indonesia. The population in this research consists of Generation Z individuals working in startups throughout the country. The study employs the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method to analyze the data. It investigates the significant relationships between work environment, quality of work life, employee performance, and mental health by developing a new model to illustrate the interactions among these variables. The results indicate that improvements in work environment and quality of work life can enhance the performance of Generation Z employees, especially when their mental health is well-maintained. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the factors influencing employee performance in the context of work environment and quality of work life, and provides recommendations for employees to pay greater attention to their mental health.
